aahF 第一章總論 第一節(jié)概述 一、項(xiàng)目地理交通位置及 氣候 概況 *礦區(qū)屬低山丘陵地帶,為農(nóng)林區(qū),居民稀少,礦區(qū)大部分土地屬荒地和叢林,當(dāng)?shù)鼐用褚詮氖罗r(nóng)林業(yè)為主,工業(yè)稀少。地區(qū)氣侯特點(diǎn)是冬季漫長(zhǎng)寒冷,夏季短暫炎熱。 二、可行性研究的背景及依據(jù) 我國(guó)是一個(gè)銅緊缺國(guó),每年銅需要量約 100萬(wàn)噸,缺口部分 尚需進(jìn)口,雖然我國(guó)銅總儲(chǔ)量不少,但能經(jīng)濟(jì)地利用傳統(tǒng)選冶工藝處理的銅礦越來(lái)越少,過(guò)去一直未被開(kāi)發(fā)利用的難選氧化銅礦和低品位銅礦的開(kāi)發(fā),目前已取得了初步進(jìn)展,北京礦冶研究院于 1995年在多寶山銅礦利用氧化銅礦建立了一座年產(chǎn) 200噸電解銅的浸出 -萃取 -電積試驗(yàn)工廠,該工廠于 1995年 6月投產(chǎn),經(jīng)過(guò)兩個(gè)多月的生產(chǎn)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn),取得了良好的技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)指標(biāo),銅山銅礦 aahF 工藝是行之有效的。 日前,國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)該礦石性質(zhì)進(jìn)行了大量的試驗(yàn)研究和生產(chǎn)實(shí)踐,采 用浸出 -萃取 -電積工藝處理這種氧化礦和低品位礦石的生產(chǎn)新流程,具有投資省和生產(chǎn)成本低的最大優(yōu)越性。多寶山銅礦采用這種新工藝開(kāi)發(fā)礦山,是能夠獲得較好的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和社會(huì)效益 的。 三、鑒于多 *銅礦為大型銅基地,以銅為主,含有多種稀有和貴金屬礦物,需加強(qiáng)試驗(yàn)研究進(jìn)行綜合回收。礦體銅金屬總儲(chǔ)量為 237萬(wàn)噸,其中地表氧化銅礦儲(chǔ)量約 10萬(wàn)噸。本次設(shè)計(jì)的主要對(duì)象是開(kāi)采 *礦區(qū)原置中不影響今后開(kāi)采原生銅礦的設(shè)計(jì)布局,這是本次可行性研究報(bào)告的主要設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容和要求。企業(yè)規(guī)模按 1000噸電解銅設(shè)計(jì),故采礦和浸出-萃取 -電積的 生產(chǎn)能力均按年產(chǎn)電解銅 1000噸計(jì)。 第二節(jié)項(xiàng)目的建設(shè)條件 aahF 地帶,地形高差在 50米左右,場(chǎng)地坡度不大,地勢(shì)開(kāi)闊,礦體開(kāi)采適宜露天開(kāi)采方式。 二、 項(xiàng)目的外部條件 礦區(qū)對(duì)外運(yùn)輸為公路運(yùn)輸,目前礦區(qū)對(duì)外運(yùn)輸有 6公里簡(jiǎn)易公路與嫩呼國(guó)家公路相通。這 6公里簡(jiǎn)易公路從線路平面和縱斷面標(biāo)準(zhǔn)看均已達(dá)到公路要求,只需將部分路段路基拓寬并在全線加鋪泥結(jié)碎石路面,即能保證礦區(qū)對(duì)外的公路運(yùn)輸暢通無(wú)阻。 第三節(jié)建設(shè)方案 一、總體布置原則 *銅礦為大型斑巖銅礦,金屬總量為 237萬(wàn)噸,礦石有原生硫化銅礦石和氧化銅礦石,故在礦區(qū)總體布置中,先開(kāi)采礦體上部氧化礦時(shí),一定要重視目前所有工業(yè)場(chǎng)地的布置要避開(kāi)今后 *大型銅礦開(kāi)采的范圍,以不給 *大型銅礦開(kāi)采時(shí)增加不利因素為原則。在企業(yè)總布置中,首先要保證企業(yè)的總體生產(chǎn)工藝流程順暢,從采礦的原料 -萃取 -電積工藝,直接達(dá)到電解銅產(chǎn)品,這種濕法冶金工藝,具有投資孝見(jiàn)效快的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。近年來(lái)在國(guó)內(nèi)特別是云南,氧化銅礦已普遍采用浸出 -萃取 -電積工藝,取得了良好的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。 *銅礦已對(duì)低品位氧化銅礦進(jìn)行了浸出 -萃取 -電積試驗(yàn),也已取得了較好試驗(yàn)指標(biāo)。因此,本可行性研究報(bào)告推薦采用礦石浸出 -萃取 -電積生產(chǎn)工藝。 第二章地質(zhì)資源 第一節(jié) 概況 aahF 所以至今未付諸實(shí)施。 二、該礦區(qū)主要礦體和從屬礦體的上部多出露地表為氧化礦石,這些礦石采用一般常規(guī)選礦方法,回收率低,經(jīng)濟(jì)效益不高,所以對(duì)該礦區(qū)一直未進(jìn)行大規(guī)模開(kāi)發(fā)。近幾年國(guó)內(nèi)在氧化礦開(kāi)采方面積累了一定經(jīng)驗(yàn),特別是 *山礦區(qū)的堆浸 -萃取 -電積工藝試驗(yàn)已取得成功。根據(jù)這些經(jīng)驗(yàn)提出在 *礦區(qū)首先處理氧化礦,給大規(guī)模開(kāi)發(fā)該礦創(chuàng)造條件, 也符合國(guó)家提出的探采結(jié)合政策。 第二節(jié) 礦床地質(zhì) 一、地質(zhì)特征 礦區(qū)出露的地層有中奧陶組、銅山組、多寶山組、上奧陶統(tǒng)裸河組、愛(ài)輝組和下志留統(tǒng)黃花溝組及第四系松散沉積物。 礦區(qū)內(nèi)比較明顯的構(gòu)造形跡有:華力西期構(gòu)造旋回之北西向構(gòu)造,北東向構(gòu)造。燕山期旋回的東西向構(gòu)造。西北向構(gòu)造區(qū)內(nèi)基礎(chǔ)構(gòu)造,它即是容礦構(gòu)造又是導(dǎo)礦構(gòu)造,北東向構(gòu)造是導(dǎo)礦構(gòu)造,東西向構(gòu)造為成礦后構(gòu)造。 aahF 巖漿巖主要有加里東中期的噴出巖和華力西中 -晚期的侵入巖。加里東中期的噴出巖主要是多寶山組中的安山巖和英安巖。 華力西晚期有侵入巖,主要為石英閃長(zhǎng)巖、更長(zhǎng)花崗閃長(zhǎng)巖和斜長(zhǎng)花崗斑巖。另有與侵入巖伴生的閃長(zhǎng)玢巖、細(xì)晶閃長(zhǎng)巖等。 二、礦床特征 礦床由 4個(gè)礦帶 215個(gè)礦體組成。其中主礦體 14個(gè),以 3號(hào)礦帶 號(hào)礦體最大,占總儲(chǔ)量的 73.4%;其次為 1號(hào)礦帶的 號(hào)礦體,占總儲(chǔ)量的 9.7%。 號(hào)礦體長(zhǎng) 1400m,寬23-34m,延 300-1000m,呈北西 -南東向作弧形展布。 號(hào)礦體長(zhǎng) 850m,最大厚度 200m,延深大于 850m,傾角 75。主礦段位于片理化的蝕變花崗閃長(zhǎng)巖中,在花崗閃長(zhǎng)巖中銅礦儲(chǔ)量占 90%以上。礦體 出露地表標(biāo)高為 570 490m 標(biāo)高之間。 4個(gè)礦帶均位于絹云母化帶中。礦帶與絹云母化、片理化關(guān)系極為密切。 1號(hào)礦帶位于斑巖體和鉀化帶的下盤; 3、2和 aahF 東依次呈右列式雁行排列。礦體在礦帶中呈不規(guī)則狀、扁豆?fàn)罨蛩瓢鍫睢4蠖鄶?shù)礦體中間厚大,品位較高,向兩端和向下大都變分板尖滅。 礦區(qū)位于寒溫帶,年平均降雨量少,冰凍期長(zhǎng),加之地下水不豐富,所以地表礦石氧化礦石(氧化銅 /總銅30%)所占比例較??;礦床的主體是原生硫化礦石。但由于礦體規(guī)模大,就氧化礦的絕對(duì) 量來(lái)說(shuō)還是可觀的,可以作為規(guī)模開(kāi)采氧化礦的原料基地。 風(fēng)化淋濾帶,出露于地表或地表以下至 30米以上地段。帶內(nèi)金屬硫化物或部分氧化,或完全氧化。巖石呈灰白色,僅留下礦物淋失空洞;有的有褐鐵礦、水針鐵礦及不同發(fā)育程度的孔雀石、蘭銅礦、赤銅礦、黑銅礦等。 擬首采的 號(hào)礦體,其氧化帶開(kāi)發(fā)深度一般在 25m aahF 第 三節(jié)水文地質(zhì) 礦區(qū)位于山坡地段,南東高北西低。礦體出露地面標(biāo)高 560 515m,附近最低侵蝕基準(zhǔn)面 512m。約三分之二的儲(chǔ)量位于浸蝕基準(zhǔn)面以下,前期露天開(kāi)采氧化礦大部分在浸蝕基準(zhǔn)面以上。 區(qū)內(nèi)的氣候寒冷,歷年最高氣溫 31.5 ,最低氣溫-37 。年降雨量 531-586mm,發(fā)量 869-990mm。 礦體一帶,僅風(fēng)化裂隙帶中賦存有風(fēng)化裂隙水。風(fēng)化帶底界埋深一般 20-50m,最大 60m。含水層厚度一般為10-40m,平均厚度 26.58m,潛水位埋深 2-20m,地形高處相對(duì)淺些,低處水位埋 藏較深。 風(fēng)化帶以下深部巖層或巖體,節(jié)理不發(fā)育、不含水。 露天開(kāi)采采場(chǎng)地表水為暴雨匯入量和地下水滲入量。由于采場(chǎng)面積較小,可采用機(jī)械排水。 第四節(jié)礦床儲(chǔ)量 經(jīng)多年地質(zhì)工作現(xiàn)已查明礦床規(guī)模和礦體賦存規(guī)律,圈定了礦帶、礦體邊界,深部基本控制;礦石質(zhì)量已Selection.ParagraphFormat.LineSpacingL aahF 基本查清。屬大型品位不高的斑巖銅礦??勺鳛榇笠?guī)模開(kāi)采的銅原料基地。同時(shí)要綜合回收鉬、金以及鉑元素的其他金屬以提高開(kāi)發(fā)該礦床的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。 第三章采礦 第一節(jié)開(kāi)采方式的選擇 本礦床氧化礦位于礦體上部,大部直接出 露地表,部分復(fù)蓋較薄的土巖層,氧化帶深度一般小于 25m,最大深度 30或 40m,適宜露采,因此選用露天開(kāi)采方式,技術(shù)簡(jiǎn)單,經(jīng)濟(jì)合理。 第二節(jié)開(kāi)采范圍和露天開(kāi)采境界的確定 根據(jù)地質(zhì)礦產(chǎn)局第二地質(zhì)調(diào)查所提供的資料,礦區(qū)礦石量如下: 根據(jù)電積廠年產(chǎn) 1000t 電解銅的要求,并留有適當(dāng)發(fā)展余地,確定礦山生產(chǎn)規(guī)模為礦石 26t/a 生產(chǎn)年限按 15-20年計(jì)算,相應(yīng)圈定露天開(kāi)采境界??紤]到 1號(hào)礦帶 4號(hào)礦體氧化礦相對(duì)富些,它與礦區(qū)的主礦體 3號(hào)帶 5號(hào)礦體相距 0.5 第三節(jié)礦山工作制度、生產(chǎn)能力和服務(wù)年限 礦山工作制度:礦區(qū)位于寒溫帶,冬季氣候寒冷影響堆浸作業(yè),為了與堆浸作業(yè)相適當(dāng),礦山采用冬季間斷其它季節(jié)連續(xù)的工作制度。每年冬季進(jìn)行設(shè)備的大中修,礦山年工作 280天,每天 3班,每 班 8小時(shí)作業(yè)。 礦山年采礦量: 26萬(wàn)噸 /年,年采剝礦巖量 34萬(wàn)噸 /年。 礦山日采礦量: 714.3噸 /天,日采剝礦巖量 1214.3噸 /天。 160萬(wàn)噸,采場(chǎng)能力26萬(wàn)噸 /年,可持產(chǎn) 6年;其它礦體氧化礦 254萬(wàn)噸作為后備礦量可生產(chǎn) 12年,礦山服務(wù)年限 15-20年。 第四節(jié)開(kāi)拓運(yùn)輸系統(tǒng)及設(shè)備 礦體賦存于低山丘陵帶,破碎站、堆浸場(chǎng)均布置在 4號(hào)礦體西北部的平緩谷地上,廢石場(chǎng)在采場(chǎng)四周就近排放。礦石和廢石運(yùn)距在 0.8 1.5公里。采場(chǎng)較小,適合采用汽車公路運(yùn)輸,礦山基建工程量小,生產(chǎn)簡(jiǎn)單易行。 采場(chǎng)公路雙車道寬 12m,布置在采場(chǎng)的一側(cè),最大坡度8 aahF 由于礦體直接出露巖層,礦體內(nèi)有夾層,采用水平階段采礦方法,沿走向開(kāi)采,階段高度 10m。采用 KQG-100潛孔鉆機(jī)穿,大塊礦石用 Y-24型鑿巖機(jī)進(jìn)行二次破碎,選用 ZL-50前裝機(jī)裝載,最小工作平臺(tái)寬度 30m,掘溝底寬 20m。 第六節(jié)基建和生產(chǎn)進(jìn)度計(jì)劃 礦體大部分直接出露地表,有部分復(fù)蓋土巖?;ㄆ陂g按滿足年產(chǎn) 26萬(wàn)噸礦石兩級(jí)礦量的要求進(jìn)行剝離,經(jīng)計(jì)算,基建剝離量為 4.7萬(wàn) m,其中剝離土巖 3萬(wàn) m,副產(chǎn)礦石 1.7萬(wàn)m(4.6萬(wàn)噸 )?;▌冸x安排在 0.5 1年時(shí)間內(nèi)完成。 第七節(jié)采場(chǎng)排水 采場(chǎng)地處丘陵地帶,進(jìn)入凹陷開(kāi)采可在采場(chǎng)四周掘排水溝或筑堤(低洼處),以防止外部地面水流入采常采場(chǎng)內(nèi)部積水,經(jīng)計(jì)算,采場(chǎng)面積 39000m,暴雨匯入量和地下水滲入量為 1780m/d。設(shè)計(jì)選用三臺(tái) aahF 5t炸藥庫(kù)( 53m)貯存炸藥 ,一座小型爆破材料庫(kù)( 28m)存放其它爆破材料。 第四章冶煉 第一節(jié)概述 原料為氧化銅礦,主要來(lái)自 *銅礦的地表氧化礦 ,其品位為0.47%,金屬總儲(chǔ)量為 2.03萬(wàn)噸。根據(jù)原料的性質(zhì),結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外生產(chǎn)實(shí)際情況,本可研擬采用 “堆浸 -萃取 -電積 ”工藝,產(chǎn)品為電解銅。 第二節(jié)原料及輔助材料 一、原料 原料為氧化銅礦。擬采的 1號(hào)礦帶 4號(hào)礦體氧化帶發(fā)育深度一般在 25米左右,個(gè)別可達(dá) 30米。氧化銅礦以孔雀石為主,少量為赤銅礦、輝銅礦,微量自然銅和銅蘭,還有少量褐鐵礦、水針鐵礦與針鐵礦。脈石 aahF 第三節(jié)工藝流程 一、工藝流程的選擇 傳統(tǒng)的煉銅方法為采礦 選礦 火法冶煉,該工藝處理銅的硫化礦是很有效的,但對(duì)銅的氧化 礦而言,該工藝顯示出其局限性,選礦的回采率很低,經(jīng)濟(jì)效益很差。隨著銅的硫化礦資源日益減少,人們?cè)街匾暤推肺浑y選氧化銅礦資源的開(kāi)發(fā)利用,研究出了 “浸出 萃泉電積 ”新工藝來(lái)處理低品位難選氧化銅礦,取得良好效果。該工藝具有投資少、成本低、經(jīng)濟(jì)效益顯著、無(wú)環(huán)境污染等優(yōu)點(diǎn),在國(guó)內(nèi)外已被廣泛應(yīng)用。目前,世界上用該工藝生產(chǎn)的電解銅為 100萬(wàn)噸左右。根據(jù) *地區(qū)氧化銅礦的性質(zhì),結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外生產(chǎn)實(shí)際,本可研也采用這一新工藝。該工藝的浸出方式有很多,如噴淋堆浸、埋管滴浸、攪拌浸出及井下就地溶浸等等。噴淋液分布均勻,浸出效果好,噴 拌浸出僅適合于品位高的富氧化銅礦;井下就地溶浸尚處于試驗(yàn)階段。多寶山地區(qū)氧化銅礦品位很低(含銅只有0.47),冬季氣候寒冷、結(jié)凍期長(zhǎng),適合采用噴淋,加拿大已成功地在冬季進(jìn)行堆浸生產(chǎn),但我國(guó)目前尚無(wú)在寒冷地區(qū)冬季進(jìn)行堆浸生產(chǎn)先例,為穩(wěn)妥起見(jiàn),擬采用噴淋堆浸方式,非凍期進(jìn)行噴淋浸出生產(chǎn),結(jié)凍期停產(chǎn)。投產(chǎn)后可進(jìn)行一定規(guī)模 的冬季埋管滴浸試驗(yàn),若試驗(yàn)成功,則可采取噴淋堆浸與埋管滴浸相結(jié)合的雙重浸出方式,年工作日可大大延長(zhǎng),在不增加設(shè)備的條件下,可使工廠生產(chǎn)規(guī)模大為提高。 二、生產(chǎn)過(guò)程簡(jiǎn)述 用顎式破碎機(jī)將氧化銅礦進(jìn)行二級(jí)開(kāi)路破碎,破碎后礦石粒度為 20mm 以下。破碎石由裝載機(jī)運(yùn)往堆浸筑堆,一次堆高約 5米。礦石堆經(jīng)平整后鋪設(shè)噴淋管網(wǎng),接能供液管,然后泵送 PH值為 1 1.5的酸性萃余液進(jìn)行噴淋,噴淋強(qiáng)度為7 101/mh。噴淋液與礦石發(fā)生反應(yīng),生成的硫酸銅溶液靠自向底層滲透,由礦層底部的排液管流出,進(jìn)入集液池。當(dāng)浸出液 1.5,經(jīng)由萃余液緩沖池浮油處理后流入萃余液池,在此補(bǔ)酸后返回作堆浸噴淋液。負(fù)載有機(jī)相含銅 3 3.5g/1,進(jìn)入反萃段與廢電解液接觸,獲得的富銅液經(jīng)砂濾后進(jìn)入富電解液貯槽,送至電解工段電積生產(chǎn)電解銅。反萃后的再生有機(jī)相含銅約 1.1g/1,返回萃取段繼續(xù)萃 取銅。 電解工段采用 Pb-Ca-Sn合金為不溶陽(yáng)極,陰極為純銅始極片。始極片在種板槽內(nèi)的不銹鋼陰板上生產(chǎn),周期 24小時(shí)。電解液采取上進(jìn)下出的循環(huán)方式,電解液溫度大于 20 。電解銅生產(chǎn)周期為 7 10天,電解銅出槽后用水浸泡洗滌,晾干后包裝出廠。為了控制電解液雜質(zhì)濃度維持在一定水平,部分開(kāi)路排放廢電解液,并入浸出液萃取回收銅,殘酸作浸出補(bǔ)加酸使用。為避免霧溢出污染環(huán)境,在每個(gè)電解槽面上覆蓋一層約 10mm 厚的低壓聚乙烯粒料( 1 3mm)。另Selection.ParagraphFormat.LineSpacingL 60噸;生活用水 70噸。 二、排水 礦區(qū)為低丘陵地帶。地形坡度不大,礦區(qū)自然排水系統(tǒng)良好。企業(yè)總體布置均未改變自然現(xiàn)狀,礦區(qū)總的排水方向仍采用由北向南 排出廠外。 采礦場(chǎng)地表水及地下水均無(wú)有害物質(zhì),可采用水泵將采礦場(chǎng)內(nèi)雨水及地下水揚(yáng)至采區(qū)邊緣,排水場(chǎng)外。 采礦工業(yè)場(chǎng)地、破碎場(chǎng)地及電積場(chǎng)地的地表水和生產(chǎn)生活廢水,經(jīng)處理后可采用明溝排入場(chǎng)地西溝,由北向南利用Selection.ParagraphFormat.LineSpacingL inesToPoints(2) aahF 自然溝排至礦區(qū)以外。 浸出 -萃取 -電積工藝的循環(huán)水含有酸性物質(zhì),采用長(zhǎng)期循環(huán)使用,不向外排,對(duì)環(huán)境保護(hù)不會(huì)產(chǎn)生不良影響。 第二節(jié)電力、自動(dòng)化儀表 一、供電電源 本礦區(qū)需從 *山變電站引回 10KVA 線路,至礦區(qū)萃取電積車間高壓配電室,供電給 500KVA 整流 變壓器及 500KVAT生產(chǎn)生活變壓器。 二、供電方案 變壓器安裝容量暫按 5002KVA 考慮,高低配電室、變電所、整流所設(shè)置在電積車間同一建筑物內(nèi),硅整流器柜及直流母線要合理配置。生產(chǎn)生活用電變壓器經(jīng)低壓配電裝置向礦區(qū)供電,供電線路電壓損失不得超過(guò)正常負(fù)荷時(shí)電壓降的6%,否則需在礦區(qū)增設(shè)一臺(tái)變壓器,露天礦電網(wǎng)采用中性點(diǎn)不接地系統(tǒng)。 點(diǎn)直接地系統(tǒng)、冷卻系統(tǒng)、輔助裝置的各項(xiàng)保護(hù)、運(yùn)行狀態(tài)的監(jiān)控等。整流所尚應(yīng)設(shè)置事故音響信號(hào)、預(yù)告音響信號(hào)系統(tǒng)。直流母線側(cè)的儀表測(cè)量需按著有色金屬小型電解整流所的規(guī)定酌情設(shè)置。 第七章 投資估算 一、本工程可行性研究投資估算額為 2000萬(wàn)元。 其中土建工程 685.93萬(wàn)元;設(shè)備及安裝工程 819.6萬(wàn)元;其它費(fèi)用 494.47萬(wàn)元。 工業(yè)廠房及行政生活福利建筑的單位造價(jià),是根據(jù)當(dāng)?shù)匾话憬ㄖ?biāo)準(zhǔn)(每平方米 400-650元)進(jìn)行計(jì)算。 二、服務(wù)年限 根據(jù)礦體儲(chǔ)量計(jì)算,氧化礦可服務(wù) 14年,硫化礦可服務(wù)37年。 第八章環(huán)境保護(hù) 礦區(qū)地處寒溫帶,氣溫變化較大,春、夏、秋季較短,冬季漫長(zhǎng)。 Selection.ParagraphFormat.LineSpacingL inesToPoints(2)
