Party C should know and agree that Party A is entrusted by Party B to sign this agreement with Party C 三、權(quán)利義務(wù)甲、乙、丙三方同意：Party A, B and C agree that:1.如丙方未按照采購/銷售外貿(mào)合同的規(guī)定將貨物/貨款交付至甲方，甲方無義務(wù)按進/出口代理協(xié)議的規(guī)定向乙方交付任何貨物/貨款，且免除任何有關(guān)延遲/拒交付的違約責(zé)任。1. In case, Party C breaches the Foreign Trade contract that couldnt delivery the goods/pay the payment to Party A, Party A has no obligation to delivery the goods/pay for the payment to Party B according to import/export agency agreement, and exempts the responsibility for breach of contract about delayed/refused the goods/payment. 2.甲方對貨物的質(zhì)量和數(shù)量不承擔(dān)任何責(zé)任。如乙、丙方對貨物質(zhì)量和數(shù)量有任何異議，應(yīng)自行雙方協(xié)商處理，而無權(quán)依外貿(mào)合同向甲方追究任何違約責(zé)任。2. Party A wont undertake any responsibility for the quality and quantity of goods. If Party B and C has any objection to the quality and quantity of goods, who should negotiate each other, and shall not be entitled to investigate any liability to Party A in accordance with the Foreign Trade Contract. 3.乙/丙方保證所交付給甲方的貨物在產(chǎn)地、規(guī)品、數(shù)量等方面與外貿(mào)合同的規(guī)定嚴格一致；如有不符，乙方應(yīng)承擔(dān)所有法律責(zé)任并賠償甲方所有損失。3.PartyB/Cshouldensurethatthe delivery goods including the origin, size, quantity keep the same as terms of the Foreign Trade Contract.
