5、廟初級(jí)中學(xué)高效課堂之小組建設(shè)實(shí)施方案小組合作學(xué)習(xí)是新課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)倡導(dǎo)的重要學(xué)習(xí)方式,隨著我 校課改的逐步推進(jìn)和深入,教師對(duì)合作學(xué)習(xí)的認(rèn)識(shí)已經(jīng)跨越理 念走向行動(dòng),從盲目嘗試到有序運(yùn)作,從注重形式到講求實(shí)效。 如何真正讓學(xué)生的行為、認(rèn)知、情感參與到小組合作學(xué)習(xí)中來(lái), 如何將小組進(jìn)行最優(yōu)化組合、最優(yōu)化分工,如何進(jìn)行小組評(píng)價(jià), 如何為更好、更有效地開展好小組的合作學(xué)習(xí),使小組合作學(xué) 習(xí)真正具有實(shí)效,特制定如下方案:一、小組的組建1、組建的目的:讓學(xué)生能夠自我管理、自我約束,并在此 基礎(chǔ)上形成合作與競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的良好局面。2、組建的方法:組間同質(zhì),組內(nèi)異質(zhì)即學(xué)習(xí)小組在構(gòu)成上要求小組成員的性別、學(xué)業(yè)成績(jī)、智 力水平、

6、個(gè)性特征、家庭背景等方面有著合理的差異,這樣構(gòu) 建的合作學(xué)習(xí)小組才能“組內(nèi)異質(zhì),組間同質(zhì)”。組內(nèi)異質(zhì)為互助合作奠定了基礎(chǔ),而組間同質(zhì)又為全班各 小組間公平競(jìng)爭(zhēng)創(chuàng)造了條件。如何進(jìn)行科學(xué)、合理的分組,基本保證學(xué)習(xí)小組“組內(nèi)異 質(zhì),組間同質(zhì)”呢?以24人的班級(jí)規(guī)模構(gòu)建4人合作學(xué)習(xí)小組的操作程序?yàn)?例,全班可以組成4個(gè)學(xué)習(xí)小組。首先從全班挑選出 4名學(xué)習(xí) 成績(jī)好、組織能力強(qiáng)、同學(xué)中威信較高的學(xué)生擔(dān)任各組的組長(zhǎng); 然后按學(xué)業(yè)成績(jī)和能力水平,從高到低分別選擇編號(hào),挑選得 力的組長(zhǎng)安排各組的副組長(zhǎng)(l人)、學(xué)科組長(zhǎng)(1人)。小組長(zhǎng)應(yīng)具備以下條件: 很強(qiáng)的組織協(xié)調(diào)能力、很強(qiáng)的責(zé)任心和集體榮譽(yù)感; 很強(qiáng)的口頭表

18、 te .成員進(jìn)行詳細(xì)分工。如1號(hào)任領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和主持人,2號(hào)是事務(wù)管理 員,3號(hào)中心發(fā)言人,4號(hào)記錄檢察員。每個(gè)編號(hào)都有具體的職 責(zé),如1號(hào)主持人,負(fù)責(zé)編制本小組的活動(dòng)規(guī)則,分配小組成 員的任務(wù),幫助化解矛盾和爭(zhēng)端,提出有利于小組進(jìn)步的建議, 負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)小組成員進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),保證小組內(nèi)工作在即定時(shí)間內(nèi)完成。 2號(hào)、3號(hào)、4號(hào)也是如此。注意:各成員角色可定期更換,職責(zé)定期輪流,有利于培養(yǎng)學(xué) 生的合作精神,有利于學(xué)生全面的發(fā)展。關(guān)注差生,讓差生大 膽發(fā)言,多給他們表現(xiàn)的機(jī)會(huì)。4、座位的編排。由班主任根據(jù)本班學(xué)生人數(shù)自行設(shè)計(jì)座位安排,原則上一 個(gè)學(xué)習(xí)小組的座位要有利討論學(xué)習(xí)。另外,小組不能靠墻,留 出空間給老師走

19、動(dòng),便于巡視。二、小組管理小組長(zhǎng)的組織管理作用:自我管理,責(zé)任明確1、課前準(zhǔn)備:要起到提醒、督促作用。提醒組員及時(shí)就位、擺 放好學(xué)習(xí)用品、清理好桌面、等待上課。2、管理好本組的學(xué)科組長(zhǎng)、學(xué)習(xí)對(duì)子、師徒關(guān)系。要組織、督 促他們各施其職。3、理解、熟悉課堂各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)的要求,并切實(shí)組織好課堂上的各 個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)。4、關(guān)注組員狀態(tài)、落實(shí)對(duì)組員的過(guò)關(guān)檢測(cè)和幫扶措施。5、小組長(zhǎng)的幫扶作用6、組長(zhǎng)的檢查、評(píng)比作用7、小組長(zhǎng)的跟蹤反饋?zhàn)饔?、與組員及時(shí)進(jìn)行思想溝通三、小組文化1、讓全組成員集思廣益、共同磋商,為小組取一個(gè)積極向 上富有新意的響亮的名字,以凝聚人心,形成小組目標(biāo)和團(tuán)隊(duì) 精神。2、每個(gè)小組必須擁有“兩個(gè)一
