1、商品說明書中英文翻譯對照【藥物名】對乙酰氨基酚【其他名稱】乙酰氨基酚；撲熱息痛；退熱凈；醋氨酚；Acetami nophen ；N-acetyl-P-ami no phe nol【英文名稱】Paracetamol【適應癥】 用于感冒及流感，發(fā)熱，減輕中度疼痛如關節(jié)痛、神經(jīng)痛、肌肉痛、 頭痛、偏頭痛、痛經(jīng)、牙痛等癥狀。對阿司匹林過敏或不適應的患者應用本品尤 為適宜?！居梅ㄅc用量】 口服：成人每次300-500毫克，日2-3次。兒童每日2-3次， 每次 2-3 歲 50-100 毫克；4-6 歲 100-150 毫克；7-9 歲 150-200 毫克；10-12 歲 200-250毫克；12歲以上

2、250-500毫克；1歲以下兒童避免使用。【注意事項】(1) 對阿司匹林過敏者一般對本品不發(fā)生過敏，但也有因?qū)Π⑺酒チ诌^敏而發(fā)生哮喘的病人中，少部分人在服用本品后發(fā)生輕度支氣管痙攣性反應，因此，對阿司匹林過敏者慎用。(2) 孕婦和哺乳期婦女慎用。(3) 服用本品后如出現(xiàn)紅斑或水腫癥狀，應立即停藥?！静涣挤磻?一般劑量較少引起不良反應，對胃腸道刺激小，不會引起胃腸道 出血。但也偶可引起惡心、嘔吐、出汗、腹瀉及面色蒼白等不良反應。長期大量 用藥，對肝、腎均有損害，尤其是腎功能低下者，可能出現(xiàn)腎絞痛或急性腎功能 衰竭。另外還可發(fā)生咼鐵血紅蛋白血癥?！窘砂Y】(1) 對本品過敏者禁用。(2) 1歲以

3、下兒童及新生兒因肝、腎功能發(fā)育不全，應避免使用。(3) 酒精中毒、患肝病或病毒性肝炎時，本品有增加肝臟毒性作用的危險，應 禁用。(4) 腎功能不全者禁用?！鞠薅▌┬汀?片劑，咀嚼片，緩釋片，泡騰片，分散片，膠囊劑，口服溶液劑， 滴劑，糖漿劑，顆粒劑，泡騰顆粒劑，栓劑。【藥物貯藏】應在陰涼干燥處密閉保存?！舅幬锱湮椤?、長期飲酒或正在應用其他肝酶誘導劑時，尤其是巴比妥類或其他抗痙攣藥的患者，連續(xù)使用本品，有發(fā)生肝臟毒性反應的危險。2、長期大量與阿司匹林、其他水楊酸鹽制劑或其他非甾體抗炎藥合用時(如每 年累積用量達1000克，應用3年以上)，可明顯增加腎毒性的危險。3、與抗病毒藥劑多夫定合用時，會
