1、-. z.教學(xué)管理論文:普通本科高校教學(xué)管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)【中文摘要】當(dāng)今社會科學(xué)技術(shù)和信息化發(fā)展日新月異,計(jì)算機(jī)強(qiáng)大的數(shù)據(jù)處理功能也逐漸被人們所認(rèn)識,并已經(jīng)滲透到人們的政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、教育、生活的方方面面。大量復(fù)雜、煩瑣的數(shù)據(jù)信息給人們的管理帶來困難,與此同時(shí),各種管理系統(tǒng)也應(yīng)運(yùn)而生,已成為政府部門、企事業(yè)單位信息化管理中的重要組成部分,也倍受管理部門的青睞。普通本科高校教學(xué)管理系統(tǒng)就是順應(yīng)此潮流開發(fā)的,運(yùn)用現(xiàn)代化的計(jì)算機(jī)開發(fā)語言來對日益復(fù)雜的學(xué)校部信息進(jìn)行管理的系統(tǒng)。普通本科教學(xué)管理系統(tǒng)是輕工業(yè)學(xué)院的實(shí)際需要開發(fā)的,采用了當(dāng)前較為流行的Java開發(fā)語言和Oracle后臺數(shù)據(jù)庫。本著高起點(diǎn)高標(biāo)
2、準(zhǔn)、既適應(yīng)當(dāng)前又考慮未來發(fā)展的原則,實(shí)現(xiàn)了一個(gè)界面友好、易于掌握、操作簡單、功能齊全、安全可靠、運(yùn)用廣泛的信息管理平臺,從而有效的提高了高校的教學(xué)管理水平。普通本科高校管理系統(tǒng)主要分為學(xué)生管理、智能排課、考試管理、選課管理、成績管理、畢業(yè)生管理六大模塊。該系統(tǒng)通過查詢、修改、統(tǒng)計(jì)等應(yīng)用模塊來具體的對學(xué)校的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行科學(xué)的管理。學(xué)生管理模塊實(shí)現(xiàn)對新生行政分班、編*,并對已繳費(fèi)的學(xué)生給予學(xué)生證注冊,還可以對在校學(xué)生的學(xué)籍、專業(yè)、專業(yè)方向、輔修、變動(dòng)情況及時(shí)記錄,根據(jù)在校學(xué)生的日常表現(xiàn)給予獎(jiǎng)懲并記入檔案;智能排課模塊是教學(xué)管理系統(tǒng)的核心,管理員可以對排課條件進(jìn)行設(shè)置,根據(jù)模型和優(yōu)化的人上智能遺傳算法系
3、統(tǒng)將實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)排課,自動(dòng)排課率基本可以達(dá)到95%以上,對于其他的剩余課程,管理員可以通過系統(tǒng)的人機(jī)交互功能來輔助完成達(dá)到排課的。系統(tǒng)同時(shí)可以自動(dòng)的檢測排課過程中的沖突,使得課程的安排盡量合理;考試管理中管理員可以根據(jù)院系、專業(yè)、課程信息來設(shè)置考試名稱、進(jìn)行考試安排,系統(tǒng)可以判斷專業(yè)班級的教學(xué)任務(wù)和學(xué)生選課情況是否存在沖突;選課管理模塊中,在安排學(xué)生選課的時(shí)間、課程、選課輪次之前,管理員事先要在后臺對選課規(guī)則進(jìn)行設(shè)置,以確保選課活動(dòng)的合理、有序開展。按照開課的原則和學(xué)生選課的反饋結(jié)果,系統(tǒng)可以自動(dòng)為學(xué)生生成課程表,同時(shí)還可以為任課教師生成上課花名冊和網(wǎng)上錄入成績;成績管理中用戶可以按照教學(xué)任務(wù)、上
4、課對象、課程錄入成績??梢凿浫雮€(gè)人成績,也可以追加個(gè)人成績。任課老師要在學(xué)校規(guī)定的時(shí)間對學(xué)生成績進(jìn)行網(wǎng)上錄入并打印成績單,根據(jù)錄入的期末考試成績和平時(shí)成績自動(dòng)計(jì)算出總成績;畢業(yè)生管理模塊根據(jù)學(xué)校的相關(guān)規(guī)章和制度,結(jié)合每個(gè)學(xué)生在校期間的學(xué)習(xí)成績、平時(shí)的生活情況和在校期間的獎(jiǎng)懲情況,對畢業(yè)生的畢業(yè)資格和學(xué)位授予進(jìn)行資格審查。系統(tǒng)可自動(dòng)對學(xué)生進(jìn)行審核,簡化了人上審核過程,大大的提高了上作效率。該模塊主要包括學(xué)生所得學(xué)分查詢、畢業(yè)生資格審查、學(xué)位預(yù)審核等。本系統(tǒng)采用了面向?qū)ο蟮脑O(shè)計(jì)方法,使用UML對用戶實(shí)際需求進(jìn)行分析,以基于Web環(huán)境下的B/S三層體系結(jié)構(gòu)模式作為總體框架,后臺數(shù)據(jù)庫則是采用了目前較
5、為先進(jìn)、處理數(shù)據(jù)快捷方便的Oracle數(shù)據(jù)庫。在智能排課算法上,采用了人工智能中經(jīng)典的遺傳算法,對學(xué)校的資源、人員合理調(diào)度。嚴(yán)格遵循軟件開發(fā)的原則,先根據(jù)需求分析制定系統(tǒng)開發(fā)計(jì)劃,之后對軟件進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)、程序編寫,經(jīng)過軟件測試后使系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行,并對后期的維護(hù)工作進(jìn)行規(guī)劃。【英文摘要】With the rapid development of modern social science technology and information, the strong data processing function of puter also has been gradually recognized by

11、nages the data of school specific through inquiry, modify, statistics application modules.Student management module implements many functions. For e*ample, it differentiates administrative classes and layouts student id for freshmen. It can grant student card registration for students who has alread
12、y captured e*pends. Besides, it can also record timely when a school student changes his registration, professional, major, minor and other fluctuant circumstance. Administrator gives rewards or punishments which are recorded files according to the current students daily performance. Intelligent cur
13、riculum arrangement module is the core of teaching management system; the system can reach more than 95% of automatic course arrangement rate through reasonable terms set, optimized mathematical model and algorithm. It also pletes remaining virgin row courses by the man-machine interactive au*iliary
14、 timetabling way. In the process of curriculum, the system will detect conflict automatically to make the course arrangement reasonable as far as possible. According to the information of department, major and courses, administrator can set e*amination name, arrange e*amination plan in the e*aminati
15、on management module. The system can judge whether there are conflicts e*ist between professional class teaching task and student courses. In order to ensure that students may select courses orderly and reasonably, selecting courses management set courses selection rules firstly in the background, a
16、nd then arrange rounds, time, selection range, selection object for students. It can also provide feedbacks of results of selecting timely, and determine classes, generate classes individual students timetables, teachers online entry lists automatically. User has the right to input students personal
17、 scores in accordance with the teaching task, class objects and courses. Teachers should input and print students results online within the prescribed time, the system will calculate average grades according to their final grades. Our system will audit whether graduates have the qualification to get
18、 degrees based on the performances of study, life, rewards and punishments, as well as school rules and regulations. Furthermore, we can inquire credits, minor professional and so on.The object-oriented technique is used in the system. We use UML analyzing the actual needs of users. The collectivity
19、 frame of system is three layers B/S structure based on Web environment with the bination of Oracle database which is more advanced and quicker and convenient in the processing of data. As to algorithm of intelligent timetabling, the system uses classical genetic algorithm in Artificial Intelligence
20、 to arrange and schedule resources and personnel reasonably.
