1、(a) establish a reasonable flight team團(tuán)隊(duì)精神就是教研組如“雁陣”般翱翔永葆生機(jī)的內(nèi)在動(dòng)力。為了讓每位教師都感到自 己很重要,鍛造一個(gè)人心齊、勇拼搏的教師團(tuán)隊(duì),我園推出了項(xiàng)目管理組。所謂項(xiàng)目,是指 幼兒園組織的各類(lèi)活動(dòng)。如:節(jié)日的環(huán)境布置、幼兒園的宣傳等。推出項(xiàng)目組前,我們讓教 師根據(jù)特長(zhǎng)自主選擇2-3個(gè)項(xiàng)目組,并對(duì)該活動(dòng)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行具體的策劃和實(shí)施。我園成立了“活 動(dòng)策劃組” “文化新聞組”“文化美編組” “制作維護(hù)組”“課題中心組”“常規(guī)檢查組” 6個(gè) 項(xiàng)目組,每個(gè)組都有明確任務(wù),具體的分工。項(xiàng)目組的推出,打破了我園傳統(tǒng)的大教研組形 式,由原來(lái)的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)布置任
2、務(wù)變?yōu)榻處熥灾鬟x擇和承擔(dān)任務(wù),充分調(diào)動(dòng)了教師主動(dòng)參與和實(shí)施 幼兒園各類(lèi)活動(dòng)的積極性。Team spirit is the educational research group such as the inherent power of the eternal vitality of a share. 8、了 “竟聘式”。讓有信心參加組長(zhǎng)競(jìng)聘的 教師進(jìn)行“假如我是教研組長(zhǎng)”的演講,在此基礎(chǔ)上行政再確定候選人名單,教師民主選舉產(chǎn)生。這樣就能把那些思想好、業(yè)務(wù)水平高、組織能力強(qiáng),善于團(tuán)結(jié)同志,在教學(xué)中有一定 威望的骨干教師選拔出來(lái)?yè)?dān)任各項(xiàng)目組的組長(zhǎng)。組長(zhǎng)明確工作職責(zé)后,簽訂目標(biāo)責(zé)任書(shū),按 規(guī)定每月給予崗位津貼,基本上做到了責(zé)、權(quán)、利結(jié)合,增強(qiáng)了組長(zhǎng)的工作責(zé)任感,調(diào)動(dòng)了 他們的積極性。Project team was set up, you need to identify the team leader. 13、展的。因此我們倡導(dǎo)組內(nèi)成員要用其所長(zhǎng)領(lǐng)頭。如孫亞靜老師長(zhǎng)期進(jìn)行個(gè)人專(zhuān)項(xiàng)課題研 究,在課題的申報(bào)、結(jié)題上積累了大量的經(jīng)驗(yàn),我們便讓她擔(dān)任“課題中心組”的“領(lǐng)頭雁”, 讓她幫助幼兒園中一些有科研熱情、想開(kāi)展課題研究但沒(méi)有經(jīng)驗(yàn)的青年教師申報(bào)教師專(zhuān)項(xiàng)課 題。在她的幫助下,3位教師的專(zhuān)項(xiàng)課題在市順利結(jié)題,其中2位教師的課題成果還獲了 獎(jiǎng)。Share in the team, the leading wild goose have the power, experienced, it could show the way in front and grasp the direction of flight
