1、IEL 數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)兩個(gè)學(xué)會(huì)簡(jiǎn)介 電氣電子工程師學(xué)會(huì)（IEEE）的英文全稱是the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers，其前身是成立于1884年的美國(guó)電氣工程師協(xié)會(huì)(AIEE)和成立于1912年的無線電工程師協(xié)會(huì)(IRE)。前者主要致力于有線通訊、光學(xué)以及動(dòng)力系統(tǒng)的研究，而后者則是國(guó)際無線電領(lǐng)域不斷擴(kuò)大的產(chǎn)物。20世紀(jì)30年代，“電子學(xué)”這個(gè)詞開始進(jìn)入工程學(xué)詞典。雖然許多工程師都同時(shí)是AIEE和IRE兩個(gè)協(xié)會(huì)的會(huì)員，但是新入行的電子工程師們還是更傾向于加入無線電工程師協(xié)會(huì)。兩個(gè)協(xié)會(huì)之間激烈的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的結(jié)果，造就了雙方的合作與合并。1963年

2、，AIEE和IRE宣布合并，電氣電子工程師學(xué)會(huì)（IEEE）正式成立了。 作為全球最大的專業(yè)技術(shù)組織，在電氣及電子工程、計(jì)算機(jī)、通信等領(lǐng)域中，IEEE 發(fā)表的技術(shù)文獻(xiàn)占到了全球同類文獻(xiàn)的百分之三十。同時(shí)IEEE每年還結(jié)集出版電氣工程、通訊、計(jì)算機(jī)理論及方法領(lǐng)域的專業(yè)技術(shù)期刊，數(shù)量達(dá)140余冊(cè)。配合各專業(yè)技術(shù)領(lǐng)域的學(xué)術(shù)交流活動(dòng)，IEEE還提供學(xué)報(bào)、技術(shù)通訊、會(huì)議論文集和會(huì)刊等約700余種出版物。 如今，隨著電子信息和其他相關(guān)技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展和演進(jìn)，以及會(huì)員職業(yè)范圍的擴(kuò)大和技術(shù)興趣的不斷增長(zhǎng)，IEEE也將其關(guān)注點(diǎn)不斷擴(kuò)充至其他新興領(lǐng)域。隨著會(huì)員所在地域范圍的擴(kuò)大，IEEE已經(jīng)日趨全球化，并通過其會(huì)員的
