8%基準(zhǔn)，若所測之知濕度值超過 8%時，賣方必須按照船身吃水鑒定報告來調(diào)整出最后實際重量，發(fā)票僅依凈重。samplingandanalysis抽樣及分析：allsamplingandanalysisrelevanttothecontracttermsshallbeconductedatloadport.依照合約內(nèi)容所進(jìn)行的采樣及分析工作應(yīng)于裝貨港口實施之。supposingthecargogetsanydiscrepancybetweentheinspectionatdischargeportandthesgs(pt.sucofindo)/ciq(accordingtotheagreement).theendingresultbyciqforthiscontract.若買方在卸貨港檢驗時與賣方的sgs(pt.sucofindo)/ciq證明(符合合約規(guī)范
