March,mostofthemajorprojectsundertakenbytheCompanywillbecompletedasscheduled,forexample:WestPharmaceutical,Wyeth,Fresenius,WorldExpoAustraliaPavilion,LanzhouBio-productResearchInstitute,BeijingP&G,NovozymesbHAcGMPproject.ThiscanensurethesufficientresourcesincompetentandexperiencedPM,CM,constructionengineers,supervisors,aswellasworkersofrequireddisciplinesandqualifiedandcertifiedconstructionplantsandequipmentsareavailableforselection.Theyallhaveworkexperiencesforsimilarprojectsandknowtheworkproceduresrequiredatsimilarprojectsite.Theirsuccessfulexperiencesandlessonslearnedfromallprevioussimilarprojectsconstructionwouldcertainlyhelptoachieveamuchbetterperformanceandsuccessfulexecutionofthisproject.Inaddition,strongsupportshallbemaintainedbytheCompanyinmobilizingallitsresourcestoensurethetimelykickoffandsmoothexecutionoftheprojecttotheexpectationsofOwnerandManagementCompany.3(如西氏、惠氏、費森尤斯、世博會澳大利亞館、蘭生所、保潔、諾維信透明質(zhì)酸原料藥生產(chǎn)總承包項目等等),因而可保證有充足的富有項目管理和工程技術(shù)經(jīng)驗的項目經(jīng)理、施工經(jīng)理、工程師、其他管理以及大批擁有項目建設(shè)經(jīng)歷的熟練工人以及合格的施工機具供本項目選擇。他時,公司將始終保持對本項目的實施給予強有力的支持,動員其所有資源以確保本項目的如期開工和順利實施,實現(xiàn)業(yè)主和管理公司的期望目標。ProjectOrganizationDescription團隊CEFOCwould,uponbeingawardedthecontract,officiallyappointaPMwithrichexperienceinmajorforeignprojectmanagementandhighcompetenceincommunicationtobetheextraordinaryrepresentativeoftheCompanytoimplementthisprojectandfulfillCompany’scommitmentstoOwnerandManagementCompany.Meanwhile,theCompanywould,upontherequestfromthePMandinaccordancewithconditionsofContract s,aswellastheactualneedoftheprojectexecution,providestrongsupportsinallavailableresourcestotherapidmobilizationtoensurethesufficientmanpower,financeandequipments/plantsforthetimelykickoffoftheconstructionandsmoothimplementationoftheprojectexecutiontotheexpectationofOwnerandManagementCompany.TheauthorityandresponsibilitiesofHomeOffice公司總部的職ItistheresponsibilitiesofHomeOfficetoexecutedirectsupervisionovertheoverallperformanceoftheSiteProjectOfficeandgivebothinstructionsandsupportstothesiteneedsinvariousaspects.MakingallrequiredadjustmentandoptimizationoftheProjectOrganizationwiththeapprovalofPMCorOwner.Performthedirectsupervisiononthesafety;quality;workscheduleandcostcontrolofsiteworks;trainingofmanagerialstaff;assessoftheperformanceoftheProjectTeamandmakinganydecisionsoncitationandpunishmentaccordingly.行調(diào)整和優(yōu)化,對項目的安全、質(zhì)量、工期和費用進行直接的監(jiān)督和管理,對項目組的工作CommunicationbetweenHomeOfficeandsiteProjectOffice項目部與公司總部ThedirectsupervisionandsupportsfromtherelevantfunctionaldepartmentsofCompanytotheSiteOfficewouldberealizedthroughregularinspectiontositework;regularprojectmeetings,anyfeedbacksfromandcoordinationmeetingswithPMCandOwner,andinstructionsbasedonfindingsfromtheworkreports,weekly ndprojectmemo,etc.submittedbyway ,orfax 公司相關(guān)將通過對現(xiàn)場的定期檢查、定期會議、與管理公司溝通得到的反饋意見,并依TheauthorityandresponsibilitiesofSiteProjectOffice現(xiàn)場項目部的TheSiteProjectOfficeisempoweredbyCompanytoexecutetheprojectstrictlyincompliancewiththeworkplansapprovedbyPMCincost,manpower,workschedule,safety,quality,constructionequipmentandplants,etcasspecifiedinContract
