蓄熱式熱氧化器(RTO)概述蓄熱式熱氧化器(RegenerativeThermalOxidizer,以下簡(jiǎn)稱為RTO),是在熱氧化裝置中加入蓄熱式交換器,預(yù)熱VOC廢氣,在進(jìn)行氧化反應(yīng)。隨著蓄熱材料的發(fā)展,目前蓄熱式熱交換器的熱回收率已經(jīng)達(dá)到95%以上,而且占用空間越來越小。這樣輔助燃燒的消耗很少(甚至不用輔助燃燒,且當(dāng)VOC的濃度達(dá)到一定值以上時(shí),還可以從RTO輸出熱量)。同時(shí),由于目前的蓄熱材料都選用陶瓷填料,所以可處理的腐蝕性或含有顆粒物的VOC廢氣。RTO的特點(diǎn)這是一種新型的去除已揮發(fā)性有機(jī)物(VOCs)設(shè)備,在高溫下將有機(jī)組份氧化分解為CO2和水,使用旋轉(zhuǎn)翼替代了傳統(tǒng)設(shè)備中眾多的閥門以及復(fù)雜的液壓設(shè)備。有機(jī)物去除率可以達(dá)到99%以上,熱回收率達(dá)到95-97%。在工業(yè)生產(chǎn)過程中,排放的有機(jī)尾氣通過引風(fēng)機(jī)進(jìn)入設(shè)備的旋轉(zhuǎn)軸中央,通過選轉(zhuǎn)翼將進(jìn)口氣體和出口氣體完全分開。氣體通過結(jié)構(gòu)陶瓷時(shí)發(fā)生熱量的儲(chǔ)備和熱交換(RTO系統(tǒng)氣體在進(jìn)入燃燒區(qū)前在催化劑區(qū)域發(fā)生氧化反應(yīng)),氣體進(jìn)入燃燒區(qū)借助VOCs氧化產(chǎn)生的熱量或者外部燃料的能量達(dá)到設(shè)定的溫度。氣體從燃燒區(qū)出來,氣體所帶的熱量釋放出來并儲(chǔ)存于吸熱區(qū),凈化后的氣體通過旋轉(zhuǎn)翼排放。系統(tǒng)連續(xù)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)、自動(dòng)切換吸熱區(qū)和放熱區(qū)。工藝流程RTO設(shè)備優(yōu)點(diǎn)操作費(fèi)用低,超低燃料費(fèi)。有機(jī)廢氣濃度在450PPM以上時(shí),RTO裝置不需要添加輔助燃料凈化率高,兩床式RTO凈化率98%以上。不產(chǎn)生NOx等二次污染全自動(dòng)控制、操作簡(jiǎn)單安全性高穩(wěn)定性高適用行業(yè)化工、石化、醫(yī)藥、涂裝、電氣、電子元件、印刷、罐裝車、橡膠、纖維、人造革、干洗、釀造等RegenerativeThermalOxidizers(RTOs)Oneoftodaysmostwidelyacceptedairpollutioncontroltechnologiesacrossindustryisaregenerativethermaloxidizer,commonlyreferredtoasaRTO.Theyareveryversatileandextremelyefficientheatrecoveryefficiencycanreach95%.Thisisachievedthroughthestorageofheatbydenseceramicstoneware.Insomeapplications,theuseofcatalystwiththeceramicmediahelpsallowoxidationatreducedtemperaturesresultinginevenloweroperatingcosts.RTOsareidealinlowVOCconcentrationsandduringlongcontinuousoperations.BenefitsExtremelyHighHeatRecoveryEfficiencyPossible-Upto95%SmallFootprintsAvailableRegenerativeThermalOxidizerTheAnguilRegenerativeThermalOxidizer(RTO)destroysairtoxicsandVolatileOrganicCompounds(VOCs)thataredischargedinindustrialprocessexhausts.TheAnguilsystemachievesVOCdestructionthroughtheprocessofhightemperaturethermaloxidation,convertingtheVOCstocarbondioxideandwatervapor,recyclingreleasedenergytoreduceoperatingcosts.HowtheRegenerativeThermalOxidizerWorksProcessgaswithVOCcontaminantsenterstheTwinBedRTOthroughaninletmanifold.Aflowcontrolvalvedirectsthisgasintoanenergyrecoverychamberwhichpreheatstheprocessstream.Theprocessgasandcontaminantsareprogressivelyheatedinthestonewarebedastheymovetowardthecombustionchamber.TheVOCsarethenoxidized,releasingenergyinthesecondstonewarebed,therebyreducinganyauxiliaryfuelrequirement.Thestonewarebedisheatedandthegasiscooledsothattheoutletgastemperatureisonlyslightlyhigherthantheinlettemperature.Theflowcontrolvalveswitchesandalternatesthestonewarebedssoeachisininletandoutletmode.IftheprocessgascontainsenoughVOCs,theenergyreleasedfromtheircombustionallowsself-sustainedoperation.Forexample,at95%thermalenergyrecovery,theoutlettemperaturemaybeonly77°(25°)higherthantheinletprocessgastemperature.
