OverviewandTechnicalSpecifications印度尼西亞INDRAMAYU電廠工程位于西爪哇省IndramayuRegency市Sukara區(qū)Sumuradem村,位于雅加達以東約180公里。TheIndramayuProjectisconstructedinSumurademvillageofSukaradistrictinthecityofIndramayuRegencyinWesternJavaandislocatedapproximately180kmtotheeastofJakarta.INDRAMAYU電廠安裝3×330MW國產(chǎn)亞臨界燃煤濕冷發(fā)電機組,電廠內(nèi)設(shè)150KV配電裝置,出4回線路接入印尼150KV系統(tǒng)。3×330MWsub-criticalcoal-firedwatercoolinggenerationunitsareinstalledinIndramayupowerplantwhere150KVswitchgearisequippedandfouroutgoinglinesareconnectedwiththe150KVsystemofIndonesia.本工程燃用來自Sumatera和Kalimantan的煤炭,駁船運輸進廠,廠內(nèi)設(shè)煤碼頭。ThecoalforthisprojectcomesfromSumateraandKalimantanandistransportedintothecoaljettywithabargeinthepowerplant.冷卻系統(tǒng)采用海水直流冷卻,冷卻水取自爪哇海的海水。廠內(nèi)設(shè)置海水淡化站,以海水淡化后的生水作為生活用水和鍋爐補充用水。ThecoolingsystemadoptsseawaterflowcoolingforwhichthewaterisobtainedfromJavaSea.Onewaterdesalinationstationisavailableinthepowerplantandthetreatedwaterisusedastherawwaterfordomesticwaterandwatersupplyofboiler.機組主要承擔(dān)基本負荷,并具有一定的調(diào)峰能力(30%~90%范圍)。Theunitsmainlycarrythebasicloadandiscapableofpeakregulationincertainscope(30%~90%).設(shè)備日利用小時數(shù):20小時Dailyavailabilityofequipmentinhrs:20h設(shè)備年利用小時數(shù):6000小時Annualavailabilityofequipmentinhrs:6000h鍋爐為北京巴布科克.威爾科克斯有限公司提供的1050t/h,亞臨界壓力、一次中間再熱、單爐膛、自然循環(huán)、平衡通風(fēng)、固態(tài)排渣、前后墻對沖燃燒、汽包型燃煤鍋爐,露天布置,全鋼構(gòu)架。Theboilerinuse,whichisprovidedbyBabcock&WilcoxCompany,isdesignedinthisway:itisofsub-criticalpressure,primaryintermediatereheating,singlefurnace,naturalcirculation,balancedventilation,solidslagdischarge,crossfiringbetweenthefrontandrearwall,steamdrumcoal-firedboiler,outdoorarrangementwithawholesteelframework.汽輪機由北京北重汽輪電機有限公司提供的330MW亞臨界參數(shù)、一次中間再熱、單軸三缸雙排汽凝汽式汽輪機。型號:N330-17.75/540/540Theturbine,whichisproducedbyBeijingBeizhongSTGCorporation,isof330MWsub-criticalparameters,primaryintermediatereheating.Thiscondensate-typesteamturbineisofprimaryintermediatereheatingandhasonesingleshaft,3casingsanddualexhaust.ItsmodelisN330-17.75/540/540.發(fā)電機由北京北重汽輪電機有限公司提供的QFSN-350-2型自并勵靜止勵磁、水-氫-氫冷卻的發(fā)電機組。TheQFSN-350-2generatorprovidedbyBeijingBeizhongSTGCorporationisofself-shuntstaticexcitationwithH2O-H2-H2cooling. 發(fā)-變組及自并勵勵磁系統(tǒng)概述及技術(shù)規(guī)范 OverviewandTechnicalSpecificationsforgenerator-transformerunitandSelf-shuntExcitationSystem.1 發(fā)電機-變壓器組接線概述.1 GeneralDescriptionaboutConnectionofgenerator-transformerunit3臺330MW汽輪發(fā)電機組,以發(fā)電機-變壓器組單元接線型式接入廠內(nèi)150KV配電裝置。發(fā)電機出線端和中性點端的出線套管各裝設(shè)4組電流互感器,發(fā)電機出線端配置3組電壓互感器和1組避雷器,發(fā)電機中性點經(jīng)單相接地變壓器二次側(cè)電阻接地。發(fā)電機與主變壓器之間的連接采用全連式離相封閉母線,高壓廠用變壓器和勵磁變壓器由發(fā)電機與主變低壓側(cè)之間引接。發(fā)電機勵磁采用靜態(tài)自并勵系統(tǒng)。Three330MWSTGunitsareconnectedwiththe150KVswitchgearinformofgenerator-transformerunit.4CTsareinstalledatthebusbarbushingsonthegeneratoroutgoingsideandneutralpointsiderespectively.3PTsand1groupofsurgearrestersareequippedonthegeneratoroutgoingside.Thegeneratorneutralpointisearthedviaasingletransformerwhosesecondarysideisconnectedwithashuntresistor;oneendoftheresistorisearthed.Inaddition,thegeneratorisconnectedwiththetransformerwithwholeconnectionisolated-phaseenclosedbusbarandtheHVauxiliarytransformeraswellastheexcitationtransformerisconnectedbetweenthegeneratorandthemaintransformer150KV配電裝置采用采用3/2斷路器接線方式,3臺發(fā)電機組經(jīng)主變壓器升壓接入150KV母線。全廠設(shè)置2臺起動/備用變壓器,作為電廠機組起動和備用電源,由150KV配電裝置母線引接。設(shè)置1臺150/20KV城市供電變壓器(TFT)由150KV母線引接。150KV系統(tǒng)共有3回發(fā)-變組進線,2回起備變出線,1回TFT出線,4回線路出線,組成5個完整串。除過TFT外,所有變壓器進線及出線回路均裝設(shè)三相電壓互感器,在150KV母線裝設(shè)單相電壓互感器。The150KVswitchgearadoptstwothirdsCBconnectionandthe3generatorssetaresteppedupby3mainpowertransformersandthenconnectedtothe150KVbusbar.2setofstart-up/standbytransformersareinstalledintheplant,servingasplantstart-upandstandbypowersource,whichareconnectedfromthe150KVbusbar.One150/20KVTFTisequipped,whichisoriginatedfromthe150KVbusbarforthe150KVsystem,therearetotally3in-cominglinesareavailableforgenerator-transformerunit,2outgoinglinesforSST,oneoutgoingforTFTand4outgoinglines.Therefore,5completeincomingandoutgoingloopsareformed.ExcepttheTFT,allthetransformersarefittedwith3-phasePTsforin-comingandoutgoinglines.Additional,singlephasePTsarefittedforthe150KVbusbarsystem.150KV配電裝置采用屋外中型布置型式,為了減小配電裝置縱向尺寸,加長橫向尺寸以利于變壓器能夠直接架空進線,斷路器采用雙列布置,每一串的進出線回路占用2個間隔。在母線的兩端設(shè)置母線接地開關(guān)。The150KVswitchgearadoptsoutdoorintermediate-typelayouttodecreasetheverticalsizeandextenttransversesizesothatthetransformercanbedirectlyconnectedwiththeoverheadin-coming.TheCBisarrangedin2columnsandeachbunchofin-comingandoutgoingoccupies2chambers.Foreachbusbar,2earthingdisconnectorsareinstalledonthebothends..2 發(fā)電機冷卻系統(tǒng)規(guī)范.3 勵磁系統(tǒng)概述及其技術(shù)規(guī)范.4 勵磁整流柜.4.2 AVRPanel勵磁調(diào)節(jié)器(AVR)采用廣州擎天電氣控制實業(yè)有限公司生產(chǎn)的EXC9000型微機勵磁調(diào)節(jié)器。TheadoptedmicrocomputerAVRofwhichthemodelisEXC9000isprovidedbyElectricalControlSub-companyofGuangzhouKinteIndustryCo.,Ltd.AVR采用微機/微機/模擬三通道雙模冗余結(jié)構(gòu),由兩個自動電壓調(diào)節(jié)通道(A、B)和一個手動調(diào)節(jié)通道(C)組成,這三個通道從測量回路到脈沖輸出回路完全獨立。調(diào)節(jié)通道以主從方式工作,其中一個自動電壓調(diào)節(jié)通道作為主通道,另一個自動電壓調(diào)節(jié)通道作為第一備用通道,手動調(diào)節(jié)通道作為第二備用通道。各備用通道可自動跟蹤,保證無擾動切換。設(shè)置AVR與DCS接口,實現(xiàn)控制室內(nèi)對AVR的遠方控制。調(diào)節(jié)器通道組合比較靈活,共計有三通道、雙微機、微機/模擬、自動/手動等四種組合。TheAVRadoptsthestructureofmicrocomputer/microcomputer/analogue3-channel2-moduleredundancy.The3channelsarecomposedby2autovoltageregulationchannels(A,B)andonemanualregulationchannel(C)andthosethreechannelshavetheirindependentmeasurementcircuitandpulseoutputcircuit.Theregulationchanneloperatesinthemain-bypassmodewhichmeansoneofthemworksasthemainchannel,theotheroneasthefirstbackupchannelandthemanualregulationchannelasthesecondbackupchannel.What’smore,eachchanneliscapableofautomatictracingtoensureswitchoverwithoutdisturbance.OneinterfacebetweenAVRandDCSisavailablewhichcanactualizeremotecontrolforAVRincontrolcentre.OnemorecharacteristicforAVRisthatthecombinationofchannelsisflexibleandtotally4combinationsareavailablewhichare3channels,dualmicrocomputer,microcomputer/analogue,auto/manual.運行方式:恒發(fā)電機機端電壓的自動調(diào)節(jié)功能、恒發(fā)電機轉(zhuǎn)子電流的手動調(diào)節(jié)功能、疊加的恒無功調(diào)節(jié)、疊加的恒功率因數(shù)調(diào)節(jié)。我們經(jīng)常采用的運行方式為恒發(fā)電機機端電壓的自動調(diào)節(jié)方式.Operationmode:constantautoregulationofgeneratoroutputvoltage,constantmanualregulationofgeneratorrotorcurrent,superposedconstantreactivepowerregulationandsuperposedconstantpowerfactorregulation.Theoperationmodeweusuallyuseisconstantautoregulationofgeneratoroutputvoltage.起勵控制:采用快速脈沖列技術(shù)以實現(xiàn)殘壓起勵。在起勵過程中,在可控硅整流器的輸入端僅需要約10V~20V的電壓即可正常工作。如果電壓低于10V~20V,可控硅整流器就會被連續(xù)地觸發(fā)(二極管工作模式)以達到該值。然而,如果在5秒內(nèi)殘壓起勵失敗,則起動備用起勵回路。這個備用回路設(shè)計用于達到所需要的10V~20V電壓。在機端電壓達到發(fā)電機電壓的10%時,備用起勵回路自動退出,立即開始軟起勵過程并建壓到預(yù)定的電壓水平。整個起勵過程和順序控制是通過調(diào)節(jié)器實現(xiàn)的。備用起勵回路為模塊化結(jié)構(gòu),包括空氣開關(guān)、起勵接觸器、導(dǎo)向二極管、限流電阻。Initialexcitationcontrol:theresidualvoltageexcitationinitiationisactualizedwithquickpulsecolumn.Duringtheprocessofinitialexcitation,only10V~20Visneededintotheinletendofthecontrolledrectifierfornormaloperation.Butthecontrolledrectifierwillbeconstantlytriggered(diodeoperationmode)toreach10V~20Vifthevoltageisnotadequate.However,iftheresidualvoltageexcitationinitiationfailswithin5sec,thebackupexcitationcircuitwillbeputintoservicewhichisusedtoprovidetheneededvoltageof10V~20V.Whenthegeneratoroutputvoltageclimbsto10%oftheratedvalue,thebackupinitialexcitationcircuitwillactivatedautomatically.Next,thesoftexcitationwillbestartedtoestablishtheratedvoltagelevel.TheentireprocessandsequentialcontrolareactualizedbyAVR.Inaddition,thebackupinitialexcitationcircuitisofmodulestructureconsistingofavacuumCB,oneinitialexcitationcontactor,onediodeandonecurrentlimitingresistor..4.6
