OverallTenderScheduleandMediumRange 總體目標(biāo)進(jìn)度表及中期進(jìn)度TheTradeContractoracknowledgesthatithasexaminedLendLease's[OverallTenderScheduleorKeytones-attached].Noallowancehasbeenmadeinthe[OverallTenderTenderScheduleorKeytones]fortheimpactofdelaysordisruptionthatmayoccursubsequenttothepreparationofthe[OverallTenderTenderScheduleorKey tones].The[OverallTenderTenderScheduleorKey tones]doesnotlistallactivitiesoritemsofworkrequiredforcompletionoftheWorksorallinterfaceswiththeworkofotherTradeContractors.Thetoneswhichremarkedwith“KEY”refertotonesoftheproject.Thecontractorwillgetpenaltyifanykeytoneisdelayed.FromtimetotimeLendLease(LL)mayupdateoramendthe[OverallTenderSchedule],whichwillbeissuedtocontractorstofollowup.Ifrequired,LLmayleadthepreparationofa[MediumRangeSchedules]whichdetailsparticularactivitiesshownonthe[OverallTenderScheduleorKeytones].Allcontractorsmustbeinvolvedinthepreparationprocess.Fortheavoidanceofdoubt,anyreferencetothe"OverallTenderSchedule"or"MediumRangeSchedule"isareferencetothemostrecentOverallTenderScheduleorMediumRangeScheduleupdatedoramendedbyLL.

所需的施工人員/施工組/施工機(jī)械施工效率/自檢/TheTradeContractor’sProgrammeshallbesubmittedintheformandissuedasindicatedinthissection.UsePrimaveraP6V7orlaterversion,orothersoftwaresapprovedbyLLtopreparetherequiredprogramintheClearlyindicateallkeytonedatesanddurationsofthekeystagesinseparatetable.Catch-UpProgram:Whenrequired,LLwilldirecttheTradeContractortoreviseorupdatetheTradeContractor'sProgrammeandProgrammePreparationDescription.Within5daysofreceiptofadirectionfromLL,theTradeContractorshallsubmittoLLforapprovalarevisedorupdatedTradeContractor'sProgrammeandProgrammePreparationDescriptionwhichshall:takeaccountofdelaysanddisruptionssincetheissueoftheprecedingTradeContractor'sProgrammeandProgrammePreparationDescription;incorporatechangesinmethods,times，sequencesandresourceincrementtomeetthesitechangesandtonerequirement.;andModifyportionsoftheTradeContractor'sProgrammeandProgrammePreparationDescriptionwhichLLdeterminestobeimpracticalorunreasonable.

聯(lián)實可以隨時要求承包商提同中并未以任何格式或形式明白要求的進(jìn)度表補充說明]。Assistanceby 5.聯(lián)實的協(xié)LLmayassisttheTradeContractorwiththepreparationofaprogramme,scheduleandotherinformationrequiredbytheTradeContract.TheTradeContractorshallco-operatewithLLandcomplywithLL'sdirectionsinrelationtothepreparationofprogrammes,schedulesandotherinformation.
