TESTANDSEATRAILJH9105-946-01SY第13頁以安全工作負(fù)荷最大速度運行時，操作手柄迅速回到中位，試驗剎車機構(gòu)是否安全準(zhǔn)確的停止其動作。升降、變幅剎車滑移量可以在重物處測量，也可以測量卷筒轉(zhuǎn)數(shù)，回轉(zhuǎn)動作的滑移量可以測量轉(zhuǎn)動部分的轉(zhuǎn)角。4.5.9Emergencytest應(yīng)急試驗Inlinkagemotiontest,switchoffpowersupplysuddenly,checkwhetherallparts’stoparesafeandreliable;inhoisting&loweringmotion,switchoffpowersupplysuddenly,andloosehoisting&loweringbrakebyoperatinghandpump,checkwhetherloadlowerssafely.聯(lián)合動作試驗時，突然中斷電源，檢查各部分的停止是否可靠。升降動作時，突然中斷電源，用手搖泵松開升降制動器，檢查重物是否安全的落下。4.6Overloadtest超負(fù)荷試驗4.6.1WhenjibtoMax.workingradius,hoisting1.25timesSWLawayfromground,laststimenolessthan5min.吊臂在最大幅臂位置時，將1.25倍的安全負(fù)荷吊離地面，保持懸掛時間不少于5min。4.6.2Slowlycarryouthoisting&lowering,luffingandturningnolessthantwice,checkwhetherallpartsarenormalandingoodcondition.緩慢進(jìn)行升降、變幅、回轉(zhuǎn)動作不少于2次，檢查起重機各結(jié)構(gòu)有無異常變化。4.6.3Carryouthoisting&loweringbraketestnolessthantwice,brakepositioniswhenloadlowerstoabout3m;checkwhetherhoisting&loweringbrakesarereliable.升降機構(gòu)應(yīng)進(jìn)行剎車試驗不少于2次，剎車試驗應(yīng)在試驗負(fù)載快速下降約3m處進(jìn)行，檢查升降剎車的可靠性4.6.4Afteroverloadtest,readjustoverloadprotectingdevice.超負(fù)載試驗后，應(yīng)調(diào)定超負(fù)荷保護(hù)裝置，應(yīng)保證其正確可靠。4.6.5Afteroverload,carryoutsafeapplicationtest,theproceduresaresameasitem5.超負(fù)載試驗后應(yīng)進(jìn)行安全效用試驗，內(nèi)容同“5”。4.7超負(fù)荷保護(hù)試驗Overloadprotectingtest4.7.1Afteroverload,carryoutoverloadprotectingtest.
