ntracctorsshouldd,asperttheexxistinnginforceestanndardss,norrmsanndproocedurres,pprocessstheedesiignwhhichsstipullatedhereoof.施工單位提供的的設計服務，主主要為與冷庫庫保溫工程直直接有關的區(qū)區(qū)域，包括下下列范圍：Maindeesignserviiceprrovideedbycontrractorrarethezzoneaandpllacewwhicharerrelevaanttootheprojeectoffcolddstorrage//therrmaliinsulaation,,inclludinggfolllowinggrangge:（一）冷庫，主主要包括冷藏藏庫、速凍庫庫等及其余區(qū)區(qū)域；Colddstorrages,,mainnlyinncludiingreefrigeeratioonstoorage,,deeppfreezzestoorageandootherzoness.（二）吊頂；Ceiliing（三）地面保溫溫部分；Floorrtherrmaliinsulaation（四）其他相關關項目，主要要包括吊頂吊吊點用料、庫庫內消毒設施施及用電等；；Otherrreleevantitemss,maiinlyiincluddingtthemaateriaalsussedfoorceiiling,,sterriliziingfaacilittiesiinstooragessandelecttricallequiipmentt.第四條設計條條件ArtiicleFFourDesiggnConnditioons本合同簽訂之日日起十日內，施施工單位應當當向建設單位位提供冷庫保保溫工程的數數據、信息或或載明該數據據、信息的圖圖紙：Construuctorshoulldwitthinttendaaysassoftthesiignatuureoffthissconttract,,provvideeemployyerwiithdaata,iinformmationnonccoldsstoraggeproojectorthhedraawingssstippulatiingthhedatta,innformaationthereewith..（一）材料位置置、材料荷載載大小及支點點、材料基礎礎平面尺寸、空空間高度；Positioon,looadinggandpivottofmmateriialinnaddiitiontobaasepllanessizeoofmatteriallandspaceeheigght.（二）預埋件、預預留孔、預留留洞等的位置置和尺寸；Placeaandsiizeoffbuillt-infittiing,aandottherrreservvedhooles//boree.（三）水、電、氣氣等各種管線線的最大容量量、負荷、布布局和接駁位位置；Maximummcapaacity,,loadding,layouutanddconnnectioonpoiintsoofvarriouspipess/liinesoofwatter,eelectrricityyandgas.（四）其他與冷冷庫保溫工程程有關的圖紙紙。Otherrdrawwingsrelevvantttocolldstoorage..建設單位應確保保相關的動力力電源接入施施工單位二臺臺制冷機組主主控柜和操作作控制柜，水水源接入機房房并連接相應應的水系統(tǒng)管管道。如因土土建設計單位位、鋼結構施施工單位未能能及時予以配配合的，施工工單位不承擔擔任何工程延延期等責任。Employeershoouldeensureedrivvingppoweraccessstothemmainccontroollinggcabiinetaandopperatiioncoontrolllingcabinnetoff2seetsoffrefrrigeraationmachiinegrroupoofconntracttor;wwatersourcceconnnecteedtomachiinerooomanndwitthwatterpiipesyystem..Conttractoorshaallnoottakkeanyyrespponsibbilityyofeextenssionoofproojectandssoonduettotheefaillureoofcoooperattionooffouundatiiondeesigneeranddconttractoorofsteellstruucturee.第五條保溫材材料ArtiicleFFiveMaterrialsofThhermallInsuulatioon保溫材料的保溫溫性能、尺寸寸、穩(wěn)定性、使使用壽命等關關鍵性能指標標必須符合本本合同附件及及相關議標文文件的規(guī)定，而而且必須符合合工程質量優(yōu)優(yōu)良的要求。在工程竣工時，在在冷庫外觀驗驗收合格前，所所有保溫材料料、外護層及及輔材由施工工單位保管，并并承擔材料和和工程的風險險，建設單位位提供貯存場場地。Keyperrformaanceiindexontthermaalcappacityy,sizze,sttabiliityannduseelifeeshouuldcoomplywiththeaappenddixheereofandsstipullationnsofrelevvantbbiddinngdoccumenttsinaddittionttotheerequiiremenntsoffexceellenttprojjectqqualitty.Contracctorsshouldd,onthettimeoofcommpletiionanndbefforeaaccepttanceofcooldsttoragee‘sapppearannce,kkeepsstoraggeofalliinsulaationmaterrials,,outssidepprotecctinglayerrandauxilliarymaterrials,,andbeartherrisksofmaateriaalsanndprooject,,provvidedthatemplooyersshoulddprovvidetthepllaceoofstoorageofmaateriaals.第六條設備、材材料交付ArtticleSixDelivveryoofEquuipmenntanddMateerial施工單位可以根根據安裝進程程，自行決定定交付設備、材材料的時間，但但不得影響或或推遲合同約約定的設備及及材料的安裝裝竣工日。本合同項下全部部設備、材料料的交付地點點為建設單位位新建廠房冷冷庫車間內。Contracctormmay,iinacccordanncewiithinnstalllationnproggress,,deciideattitsdiscrretionndeliiverytimeofeqquipmeentanndmatteriall,proovideddthattmaynoteeffecttorddeferinstaallatiioncoomplettedattewhiichhaavebeeensttipulaatedhhereoff,ofequippmentandmmateriial.Deliverryplaaceoffallequippmentss,matteriallssubbjecttothhiscoontracctshaallbeewithhinthhecolldstoorageworksshopoofempployerr’snewwplannt.第七條設備備、材料質量量要求ArtiicleSSevenQuallityRRequirrementtsforrEquiipmentt/Maateriaal施工單位供應的的全部設備、材材料應當是符符合本合同約約定的合格產產品。施工單單位對其供應應的主要設備備、主要材料料，應當向建建設單位提交交出廠檢驗合合格證。本合同簽訂前由由建設單位向向施工單位提提供的基本參參數僅作為施施工單位進行行工藝流程設設計、材料制制作與采購時時的參考，具具體按照國家家相關標準執(zhí)執(zhí)行，沒有國國家標準的，按按照行業(yè)標準準執(zhí)行。Allequuipmenntsanndmatteriallssuppplieddbyccontraactorshoulldbetheqqualiffiedpproducctswhhichaarecoonsisttentwwithtthisccontraactsttipulaationss,anddconttractoorshoouldpproviddeempployerrwithhmanuufactuurer‘‘sInsspectiionCeertifiicatioonforrmainnequiipmenttsanddmateerialss.Thebassicpaarametterspproviddedbyyemplloyerbeforresiggnaturreofthiscontrractaareonnlyassrefeerenceeforcontrractorrinddesignnofwwork-ccraftproceessanndmannufactture//purcchase,,resppectinngtothepparticcularparammeterss,subbjecttonaationaalstaandardds,iffwithhout,,subjjectttoinddustryysthhesamme.第八條施工工工藝ArtticleEighttExeecutioonCraaft施工單位在保溫溫工程施工時時注意保護臨臨近的設備、材材料，設備的的安裝必須符符合相關的安安裝說明及國國家規(guī)定。施施工單位在安安裝保溫材料料時應確保保保溫材料完全全干燥，凡受受潮的保溫材材料在金屬外外護層安裝之之前應當更換換。施工單位位在施工過程程中嚴禁吸煙煙、明火、高高溫、焊接或或電火花。施施工單位應確確保保溫隔熱熱層保溫性能能良好。施工工單位應避免免保溫結構不不牢、薄厚不不均以及護殼殼凹凸不平、表表面粗糙等現現象的產生。Contracctorsshouldd,durrationnofeexecuttion,ensurretoproteectthheequuipmenntsanndmatteriallsneaarby,andeequipmmentiinstalllatioonshoouldccomplyywithhreleevantinstrructioonanddnatiionalregullationn.Thethermmalinnsulattionmmateriialsuusedfforinnstalllationnshouuldbeeensuuredccompleetedrryanddanywettthesaameshhouldbereeplaceedanddchanngedbbeforeeinsttallattionooftheemetaalouttershheath..Striictprrohibiition,inexecuutionplacee,ofsmokiing,fflamess,heaat,weeldinggoreelectrricalsparkk.Contraactorshoulldenssuretthegooodprroperttiesooftheetherrmaliinsulaationlayerrandavoiddemerggenceofinnsulattionsstructturennotstt
