Application:?

?ThetypeofHY-DTIIfixedbeltconveyer(hereinafterreferredtoasHY-DTIItype)asconveyingcapacity,simplestructure,easymaintenance,lowcost,versatilityandextensiveadvantagesinmetallurgy,coal,transport,utilitiesandotherdepartmentsusedtotransportbulkmaterialsorasitems。Accordingtotherequirementsoftransportationtechnologycanbestand-alonecarrier,andalsobemorethanoneformorotherhorizontalorinclinedconveyordeliverysystem.

HY—DTIItypecanbeworkedat(yī)ambienttemperature+40degreesCelsiusto-40degreesCelsius,andtransportingmaterialtemperaturebelowthe50℃.Forproof,waterproof,anti—corrosionandheat,cold,andotherspecialrequirementsoftheoccasion,shouldbetakecorrespondingmeasures.

1)MachineLayout:

HY-DTIItypeofmachinelayoutwerecalculatedbythedesigneraccordingtomaterialhandlingtechnologyandotherrequirementsofthemainparametersandselectthevariouspartsofthisseriestoformacompleteconveyor.Themanufacturershallfabricateandsupplytheproductionacc.toGeneralplanandorder.TheMachinedesignersshouldberesponsibleforthemajordimensions.GeneralmachinelayoutconsistsofFigure1-5ofseveralbasicforms.

2)ConveyerBelt:

Theconveybeltismaincomponentformaterialsdraggingandloading。TheHY-DTIIusethetwokindsofcommonbeltaretherubberandplastic.TheConveyorbeltjointcanbeconnectedwithmechanicalcardorsulfuration(plastic).Whiletheconnectionwithmechanicalcard,theBeltstrengthshallbereducethevaluetousesincethelowstrengthofthejoints.Therefore,themechanicalcardnumbercanbechoicewiththicknessaccordingtoTable2.

Vulcanizing(plasticat(yī)ion)connectioncanextendtheoperat(yī)inglifeofconveyorbelt,andthestrengthofjointpartsisslightlylowerthanstrengthofbelt.

ThereareseveralofdriveswhichcanmakeHY-DTIItypeadapttodifferentuse。Instructingrespectivelyasthefollowing:?(1)Openingdrive:whichconsistofamotor,reducer,high-speedcouplingorfluidcoupling,brakes,lowspeedcoupling,roller,orwithbackstopandothercomponents.TheyorassembledonthebaseblockwhichbeweldedbyProfilestee(cuò)lorwereinstalledintheconcretebase(generallypowerover115KW).

1)Motor:usingofYserieswhilethepowerratebelowthe110KW,thepowerinthe115-185KWu(yù)singJSandJRseriestwo.

2)High—speedcoupling:withlessthan37KWmat(yī)chwiththeY-seriesmotorisnylonelasticpincoupling.ItisaccordingtoGB5014—85designandmanufacturing.Thehalf—couplingmat(yī)erialhavetwotypesofmaterialwere45#stee(cuò)landHT20-40castiron。Elasticcomponents(dowelpin)ofthematerialgenerallyaretookintheMCnylon.37KWoroverandusedtomatchthemotorisfluidcouplingtoachievesoft-start,canprotectthetransmissionandconveyorbelt.

3)Brake:Fordeliveryordowntheleveloftransportandparkingtimehasstrictrequirementsontheoccasion,istocalculat(yī)ethebrakingtorquebyselectingelectromagneticbrakehydraulicbrake(Q/ZB119-—73).Atthispoint,high-speedcouplingcorrespondingchangesfor"flexiblenylonwheelwithbrakepincoupling”(wheeldiameter300mm),hydraulicbrakewheelcouplingtoahydrauliccoupling

4)Reducer:UseZQ,ZL,ZSY,DCY,etc。involutescylindricalgearreducerandNGWplanetarygearreducerandotherproducts.Which,ZQ,ZSY,DCYandNGWseveralYseriesmotorreducerrespectivelymatch;ZLreducerrespectivelyandJS,JRMotormatch.Beltintheelectionathand,inordertoobtain0.3m/slowbandspeedreducerwithZGWmatchwiththeYseriesmotor.

5)Low-speedshaftcoupling:HY—DTIItypeusedZLflexiblepincouplinginall,themat(yī)erialsarecastironandsteelHT20-40ZG35Ⅱ.thematerialofelasticcomponents(dowelpin)generallyusedintheMCnylon。

6)Backstop:Fortheupwardsinclinedconvey,inordertopreventretrogradeloadconveyorbeltstopping,shouldhaveabackstop.HY—DTIIhastheroller-typebackstopandbackstopwithtwoforms.Backstopisactuallyarollerclutch。AndmatchtoreducerofZQ650—1000andZL,putinanotherlow-speedshaftat(yī)itsbasewiththereducerinstalledonthesamebase,withabackstopforthereversaloftorqueisrelativelysmall,inthenormaloperationconveyor,conveyorbeltunderthebranchtothefrictionmadebackstop.withcurledinsidethelimiter.Checkbackdevicetoblockonlythistimewiththeflat(yī)end,sothatwillnotturnwithabackstop,backstopstateatanytimeinpreparation。Oncetheconveyorloadisstop,whentheconveybeltstarttoreverseundertheactionofthematerial,theconveyorbeltfrictionwilldrivethebackstopmovement。Checkwithafolderuntilthetubeandthebeltbetwee(cuò)nthedriveandwasstraightenedupandplayabackstoprole.Installationinthefieldwasrequestedbytheweldinginthefirstshelfbackstop.Followingthearrangerequirementofthemachine.

OpendrivewereseparatedintoI-,II-typeIII-typethreekindsofassemblyforms,thepatternshowninDiagram6.Allcomponentsaboveanditsmatchingequipmentssuchasthebrakes,magnet,siliconrectifier,brakewheelshallbesuppliedunificationthebyfactory.

(2)Closeddrive-—-—electricdrum,thisisawaytoslowdownthesystemonthedrummotorandthenewdrive.Comparedwithopen-drive,compactstructure,safeoperation,smallsize,lightweight,neatappearance,andlowcost.HY-DTIItypewithapowerof1.5-110kW,drumdiameter320-1000mm,beltspee(cuò)d0.8—4。0m/s,bandwidthof500—1400mminthevariousspecificat(yī)ionsof2000kindsofroller,thedetailedspecificationsandinstallat(yī)ion,use,maintenanceinstructionsrefertothe"YTH-typeoil—cooledelectricdruminstructionmanual"

4)Drum:

Sub—drivingDrumandReversingDrum

Drivedrumisthemaincomponentforpowertransmission.Theconveyorbeltwasrunbythefrictionbetweendrums.a(chǎn)ndtheImprovethefrictionwillincreasetheloadofconveyor.Besidethefrictioninwiththebelttension,thesizeofwrapandthefrictioncoefficientbetweentherollersandtheconveyorbelt。HY-DTIItypewithsmoothandplasticsurfaceroller。Thetransfertorqueisdesignedbytwokindsofsurfacefrictioncoefficientbaseonmaximumbelttensionatthewrapangleof180degrees。

Reversingconveyorbelttochangedirectionandincreasetheoperationofdrivingdrumwrapangle.HY-DTIItypeofdeflectordrumcannotbeusedasaheaddischargereversingdrums.allrollerbearingwithwholefixedtotherack.

5)Roller:

TheRollerkeepssupportingtheconveyorbeltandmaterialsinstableoperation.Thechannelrollersforthetransportofbulkmaterials;parallelrollersusedtotransportitemsintoandsupporting.Thenormallydistanceis1.2mbetwee(cuò)ntheupsub—rollersconveyorbelt.And3mdistancebetweenthelowsub-roller.Theconvexandconcavearcoftherollerspacingshouldbedecidedbycalculat(yī)ion。Inordertopreventthebeltdeviationaffectstheoperation。Itthegeneraltroughrollersevery10group(parallelonrollers),parallellowerrollersetupwithparallelupperandlowerwitharolleranti-deviationinonegroup。Materialreceivingplacehatherubberring-typebufferrollers.Whenheightbetwee(cuò)nthe800-1200mm,ortransportmaterialsweighingover50kgperblock,itshoulduseabufferrubberring-typeheavy-dutyroller.ThespacebetweenBufferidlersgenerally100-600mm,determinedunderdifferentworkingconditions。HY-DTIIrollertyperadialmazeplasticringseal,dustitbetter,butnotwaterproof。Specialstee(cuò)lrollertubeandreinforcedplastictube,bearingblockhascastironseats,steelstamping,andthreetypesofreinforcedplasticseat,acarsystemshaftsteppedshaftandtwocold—drawingsteelshaft。Somematerialinstalledoverthesamesize,accordingtothesituationbythemanufacturerselectacombinat(yī)ionoftheproduction

6)Tensioningdevice:

Conveyorbeltneedshouldbewiththetensionforcenormaloperat(yī)ion,HY-DTIItypewithscrewtension,car-typestrainandverticalstraininthreeforms,accordingtotherequiredtensionforce,tension,andtensiondevicethesizeofstrokeofdifferentoptions。Someneedtoaccountforalargebackroom,butwiththecharacteristicsofconstanttensionforce,tensionisalsoalargerstrokeforalongerconveyor.

7)TensionSection:

Whenitcomestothemiddleofthedischargeconveyor,thesmallparticlesizemat(yī)erial,designatedunloadingsmalltrafficmayusemanualorpneumaticplow,donotusefixed-pointdischargewhenunloadingvehicles(forlargevolumesoforetypematerialscanbeusedforheavyunloadingvehicles).Unloadingtruckshavetwo,threefunneltwo,three(cuò)funneldischargeandsimultaneouslyonbothsidesofthemiddleofunloading,twosidesofthesametimecanonlydischargethroughthefunnel,selectedbytheuser.Whenitcomestounloadingthematerialareperpendiculartotheaxiswiththeconveyormorethanallthesilosmaymakeuseofreversibleconveyorwithstorage.Itmaybethemainconveyor(orfee(cuò)der)feedmaterialdeliveredtotheleftorrightendofunloadingintothehopper,itisnotsuitablefordeliverybyalargebulkdensityoforeandmat(yī)erialsdividethelargeroccasion.

8)Cleanserdevice:?(1)Aircleaningdevicesection:tocleannon-stickconveyorbeltbearingsurfaceadhesionproperties。Topreventthematerialstuckintherearoftheverticaltensiondevicerollerorrollersintension.Itisgenerallyinstalledinthefielditweldedtothefrontofthetworollersinthemiddleoftheshelf,itsspringboardandunderthebranchestouchestheconveyor.?(2)Carbidescrapercleaningdevices:tocleanupstickyadhesivesurfaceoftheconveyorbeltcarryingmaterial,topreventtheadhesivematerialontotheconveyorbeltcausedbypollutionofthee(cuò)nvironmentandthedeviation。WhenInstalleditinthefieldintheweldingitontherackunderthedischargedrum.

9)Frame,guidechute,headhopperandhood:

HY-DTIItyperackframeseparately,tailrack,themiddleframe,themiddleleg,theverticaltensionbracket,driveracksseveralpartscanbeusedforbulkdensityof2。5tones/cubicmeterofmaterial.Tomeetthedifferentlayoutofconveyorangle,0degreeand20degreeinclinat(yī)ionoftherackvariety。Amongthem,thefirstframeandthedriveracktocenterofthehighrollersweredividedintolow-style,high-style,Chinesethreecategoriesfortheusertochoose.HY-DTIIbasedonmorethan1000mmdiameterdrivepulleyisnotconfiguredfirstframe,fordiametergreaterthan800mmofbendconveyortailplanesarenotconfigured,noconfigurat(yī)ionontheZLreducerdriverack,theuserself—preparedaccordingtothespecificcircumstances。Themiddleframeastwoseparate,redsteelagoodhole,attheinstallat(yī)ionsiteandthemiddlelegswelded,boltedbetweeneachother。Themiddleframeofeachsectionofthestandardlengthofsixmeters,inadditiontonon—standardlengthofthemiddleframeandtworadiusofcurvatureofconvexandconcaveZhangmiddlerackandwalkwithunloadingvehiclesinthemiddleofthesteelrailframefortheusertochoose?Guidetroughwiththreetypesofsegmentoflead,middleandposterior,each1。5metersinlength。Italwaysconsistwithoneafterthesegment,anposteriorandseveralmiddletoformaguidetrough。Thetotallengthofthedecisionbythedesignersasneeded.

ThespecialdesignedconveyorInordertomeettherequirementofnonferrousmetallurgyselectionwithitsspeedof0.3meters/second,bandwidthhas800,1000,1200mminthreetyperespective,thecaptainfrom6-50m,dependbydesignerandthestructureoftheconveyorbeltdivedintolowbranchrowpopandnot。MachineonbothsidesofMulanboardunitsinstalledbyusingself—configuration,manufacturersdonotsupply.

Installation,commissioningandrectification:

Installat(yī)ion:

Inspectionandacceptanceaccordingtostandardsandregulationsshouldbeexecutedbeforeinstallation,andoperatorsshouldhaveacquaintancewiththerequirementsofinstallationtechniqueanddrawingsofconveyor.Therequirementsofinstallationtechniquereferto<Mechanicalequipmentinstallat(yī)ionprojectexecutionandacceptancespecification〉TJ231(1)—-75.

(1)Installationsequence:

Generallyitshouldbeasfollow:markthecenterline–installtheframe(head–middle–end)–installthelowersupportingrollerandturnaboutdrum–laytheconveyorbeltonthelowersupportingroller–installuppersupportingroller–installtensiondevice,transmissiondrum,anddriveunit–havetheconveyorbeltgothroughbothheadpulleyandendpulley–connectthebelt–tensethebelt–installcleanser,beltbackstopdevice,guidechute,andcoverpiece,etc.

(2)Notice:

1)Allthedrums,supportingrollersanddriveunitsshouldmoveeasilyafterinstallat(yī)ion。?

2)Thepre—tighteningforceofthespringshouldbeensuredaccordingtodrawingswheninstallheavyabsorberidler.?

3)Putthetensiondruminthemostfrontpositionandtensethebeltwhenconnectingbelt.?

4)Whileinstallcentringroller,thestoppingwheelshouldbeinthebackoftheroller,whichisonthemovingdirectionofthebelt(refertogeneralinstallat(yī)iondrawings).

5)Springcleanser,non—loadedcleanserandbeltbackstopdeviceshouldbeweldedat(yī)thepositionaccordingtogeneraldrawings.Theworkingstrokeofpressingspringshouldbeensuredasmorethan20mmwhenweldingspringcleanserandframe,andkeepthecleaned—downmaterialfallintothehopper。Thecleaningeasinessofeachmaterialisdifferent,soadjustthetightnessofpressingspringtochangethepressthatscraperworksontheconveyorbeltbasedonpracticalsituation,inordertocleanadheringmat(yī)erialbutnotcausetheexcessiveresistence。?

6)Wheninstalltheverticaltensiondevice,stee(cuò)lplatecouldbeusedascoveronthetopoftwoturnaboutdrumsinordertopreventthemat(yī)erial,whichwillfalldownintotensiondrum,fromdamagingconveyorbelt.?

7)Thepressbetweenguidechuteandconveyorbeltshouldbecompatible。?

cuttherubberbeltintostairshape(onecanvasonestair),widthofstairBis150mm,refertodiagram7.Thecuttingfaceshouldbeflat,andshouldnotdamagethecanvaslayer,thenfilethefaceandsmeartherubberpasteforconnection.pastethesheetrubberonthebutt-jointedofupperandlowerlayers.Vulcanizingbyheatingandpressing.Pressforceis5—10kg/cm2,andtemperatureisaround140oC(ifitisheatedbysteam,theairpressureshouldbe4—4.5kg/cm2),slowlyheatup,andensurethetemperatureofeachpointontheplateishomogeneous.Heat(yī)holdingtimeshouldbestartedfrom140oC,andcalculatedasT=16+(T-3)*2(minutes),Tmeanslayernumberofcanvasafterreachingtheholdingtime,stopheatingandletitnaturallycooldownuntilnormaltemperature,thenstoppressingandtakeitout。

2)Plasticat(yī)ion:

forplasticconveyor,connectionlengthshouldbe500mmwhenbeltwidthis650mmand800mm,striptheupperoverlapofoneendandloweroverlapoftheotherendbeforeplastication,thenputonepieceofPVCplasticsheetwiththicknessof1mmbetweenthetwoends.Pressingandheatingforplastication。Slowlyheat(yī)up,thetemperatureriseto170oCin30minutes。Thenpressingagain,thencooldowntothenormaltemperatureandstoppressing.Formulti-layerplasticconveyor,itcanbestrippedtostairshapeaccordingthetothesizeofmulti-layerrubberbelt,thenplastication,thetemperature,pressandtimeisthethreeessentialfactorsforbothvulcanizingandplasticat(yī)ion.Theyaredifferenttoeachotherasformula,temperature,andaerat(yī)ion,etc.conditions,whichareinterrelated。Upmentioneddataareonlyforreference,theownershouldhaveseveraltestsforexperienceandrevisedthedatabeforeformalconnection.

Commissioning:

(1)Beforethenewconveyortobeputintooperation,thereshouldbe2hoursno-loadrunningand8hoursloadrunning.Beforecommissioning,exceptgeneralinspectionofinstallat(yī)ion,followingshouldalsobeinspected:

gearboxandelectricdrumshouldbefilledwithlubricationoilasperspecifications;?whethertheinstallingdirectionofthestarwheelofrollerbrakeisconformtothedirectionofbraking;?theinstallationofretainerforcleanser,beltbackstopdevice,anddischargingcar;?theaccuracyofelectricalsignal,controllingdeviceandwiring.?startthemotorandobservewhethertherotat(yī)ingdirectionofdrumsarecorrect;?thepartswithrollerbrakeshouldbeequippedwithpressingspringandrollerafteruppermentioneditemsarequalified,thenputonthesidecoverandtightenthebolt.

(2)Followingworksshouldbeexecutedduringcommissioning:

Checkalltherunningpartsofconveyorandthereshouldbenoobviousnoise;?

Noabnormaltemperatureriseineachbearing;?Thestatusofrotat(yī)ingandtighteningofeachdrumandsupportingroller;?Theeffectivenessofcleaser;?Thestat(yī)usofforward/backwardrunningofdummycarwithmaterial,andthereshouldbenoslippingafterstopping;?Noobviousshockwhendummycarjointthroughrail;?Nofrictionbetweenconveyorandmovingdummycar;?Theflexibilityandeffectivenessofcentringroller;?Thetightnessofconveyor;

Thepress-buttonofeachelectricalequipmentsshouldbesensitiveandreliable;

Measurethebeltspeed,no—loadpowerandfull-loadpower

Adjustment:

adjusttheoff-trackingofconveyorbelt;?1)Ifbeltisofftrackingat(yī)thehead,adjusttheheadtransmissiondrum。Thedirectionrefertodiagram8.Afteradjustment,weldandfixthelocatingpieceatthebearingblock.Thedrivedeviceisallowednottofollowthemovingat(yī)thismoment.?2)Ifbeltisofftrackingattheend,adjusttheendturnaboutdrumorscrewtighteningposition,thedirectionrefertodiagram9。Afteradjustment,weldandfixthelocatingpieceatthebearingblock.

3)Ifbeltisofftrackingat(yī)themiddle,adjusttheuppersupportingroller(tothetopset)andlowersupportingroller(tothelowset),thedirectionrefertodiagram10.Ifadjustmentofonesetsupportingrollerisnoteffective,severalsetscouldbeadjusted,buttheoutsetangleofeachsetshouldnotbeexcessive。?4)Ifbeltisofftrackinginacertainpositionandcertainperiod,itcouldbeautomaticallyadjustedbycentringroller.?5)Ifuppermentionedmethodcouldnotsolvetheproblemofoff-tracking,followingshouldbechecked:?Whetherthejointofconveyorisstraightand
