PartyBhastheresponsibilitytopackaccordingtotheeconomicoptimizationofpackagingsolutions,PackagingsolutionsneedtocommunicatewithpartyA'sconfirmation.

Duration:aftersigningcontract180days,PartyBtoprepareallthematerialsandmeetthedeliveryandpackingconditions.Thecorrespondingpartyanecessaryinformationfortheexport,customsclearance,etc,PartyBshouldalsobesubmittedatthesametime.

Delivery:ThespecifieddeliveryportofpartyA,partyBberesponsibleforpackingandloading,thefreightshallbebornebypartyB.

Liabilityforbreachofcontract

IfbySeller'sdelayoftheproductiontimemaketheBuyerfailedperformthecontract,TheBuyerhastherighttocancelthiscontract,theSellershouldburdentheloss.

TheinspectionoftheBuyershouldbasedthestandardaswhichinitialmodelconfirmed.IftheSellercannotdeliverthegoodsontimeduetoothernon-humannaturalfactorsitwillbenotinthescopeoftheclaim.
