Goodafternoon!IamhonoredtohavetheopportunitytopresentmypersonalreportastheDeputySecretaryoftheSchoolYouthLeagueCommittee.Iwouldliketotakethischancetoreviewmyworkduringthelastacademicyear,toreflectonpastexperiencesandtolayoutmyplansforthefuture.

Firstofall,Iwasactivelyinvolvedinorganizingvariousactivitiesintendedtopromoteasenseofcommunityamongourstudents.OneofthemostimportanttasksIwasresponsibleforwasholdingeventstowelcomenewstudentstoourschool.Asweallknow,theseeventsareanexcellentwaytocreateafriendlyenvironmentforthefreshmenandtohelpthemestablishclosebondswiththeirclassmates.Weorganizedarangeofactivities,suchastreasurehunts,whichhelpednewstudentsquicklyintegrateintoourschool'ssociallife.

Furthermore,Ialsodevotedagreatdealoftimeandenergytopromotingsocialresponsibilityamongstudents.Ibelievethattoday'syoungpeopleneedtobeequippedwiththeskillsandvaluesthatwillenablethemtomakeapositivecontributiontosociety.IworkedhandinhandwithothermembersoftheYouthLeagueCommitteetoraiseawarenessofourstudents'socialresponsibilitiesbyorganizingactivitiesandcampaignssuchascharitybazaarsandenvironmentalprotectionactivities.Ibelievethatwehavesuccessfullyraisedstudentsa€?awarenessofsocialresponsibilityandthattheyhavetakenanactivepartinvariousprograms.

Inaddition,Ialsoparticipatedintheorganizationofextracurricularactivities.AstheDeputySecretaryoftheYouthLeagueCommittee,Iwasresponsiblefortheorganizationoffashionshows,sportscompetitions,andtalentcontests.Wealsoheldarangeofculturalevents,includingperformancesbydramaclubs,choirs,andorchestras.Ibelievethattheseeventswerehighlysuccessfulinbroadeningstudents'horizonsandgivingthemopportunitiestodeveloptheirtalents.

Finally,Iwouldliketosharesomeplansforthefuture.Inthenewacademicyear,Iintendtoconcentratemoreonstudents'mentalhealthandwellbeing.Intoday'sfast-pacedsociety,manystudentsareunderenormouspressureandstruggletocopewithmentalhealthissues.Weplantoworkwithschoolcounselorstoorganizeregularcounselingsessions,wherestudentscandiscusstheirconcernsinasafeandconstructiveenvironment.Wealsointendtoholdmasslecturesandworkshopsthatfocusontopicssuchasmindfulnessandstress-reductiontechniques.

Inconclusion,IwouldliketothanktheschoolleadershipfortheircontinuedsupportduringmytimeasDeputySecretaryoftheYouthLeagueCommittee.Ibelievethatwehaveachievedsomeofourgoals,butthereisstillmuchworktobedone.Withyourguidanceandsupport,Iamconfidentthatwewillbeabletoworktogether
