基于SEM的BIM應(yīng)用推廣阻礙因素分析及對(duì)策研究Title:AnalysisandStrategiestoOvercomeObstaclestothePromotionofBIMApplicationsBasedonSEMAbstract:BuildingInformationModeling(BIM)hasemergedasapowerfultoolfortheconstructionindustry,offeringsignificantadvantagesintermsofcollaboration,coordination,andprojectmanagement.However,theadoptionandpromotionofBIMapplicationsstillfacenumerousbarriers.ThisresearchaimstoanalyzeandidentifytheimpedimentstothepromotionofBIMapplicationsbasedonStructuralEquationModeling(SEM)andproposestrategiestoovercometheseobstacles.Thestudydrawsonexistingliterature,expertinterviews,andsurveydatafromprofessionalsworkingintheconstructionindustry.Thefindingssuggestthatthereluctancetochange,lackofawarenessandunderstandingaboutBIM,limitedtechnicalskills,andresistancefromstakeholdersaretheprimarybarrierstothewideradoptionofBIM.Thestrategiesproposedincludeeducationandtrainingprograms,changemanagementinitiatives,governmentpoliciesandregulations,andcollaborationamongstakeholders.Byimplementingthesestrategies,theconstructionindustrycanovercomeobstaclesandpromotethewidespreaduseofBIMapplications.1.IntroductionTheconstructionindustryplaysacrucialroleinglobaldevelopmentandeconomicgrowth.However,itisoftencriticizedforitsinefficiency,fragmentation,andlackofcommunicationandcoordinationamongstakeholders.BuildingInformationModeling(BIM)hasemergedasapotentialsolutiontothesechallenges,offeringadigitalrepresentationofthephysicalandfunctionalcharacteristicsofabuilding.BIMenablescollaboration,coordination,andefficientprojectmanagementthroughouttheconstructionlifecycle.Despiteitsbenefits,theadoptionandpromotionofBIMapplicationsintheindustrylagbehindduetovariousbarriers.Thisresearchaimstoidentifytheseobstaclesandproposestrategiestoovercomethem.2.MethodologyTocarryoutthisresearch,amixed-methodapproachwasadopted.AthoroughreviewofexistingliteratureonBIMadoptionandbarrierswasconducted.Expertinterviewswerealsoconductedtogatherinsightsfromprofessionalsworkingintheconstructionindustry.Additionally,asurveywasadministeredtoprofessionalsinvolvedinconstructionprojectstocollectquantitativedata.ThedatacollectedwasthenanalyzedusingStructuralEquationModeling(SEM)toidentifytherelationshipsandeffectsofdifferentfactorsonthepromotionofBIMapplications.3.ResultsandFindingsTheanalysisofdatarevealedseveralsignificantbarrierstothepromotionofBIMapplications.Theprimaryobstaclesidentifiedwere:a)ReluctancetoChange:Manystakeholdersintheconstructionindustryareresistanttochangeandmaybehesitanttoadoptnewtechnologies,includingBIM.b)LackofAwarenessandUnderstanding:ThereisagenerallackofawarenessandunderstandingaboutBIManditspotentialbenefitsamongindustryprofessionals.c)LimitedTechnicalSkills:ThetechnicalskillsrequiredtoeffectivelyutilizeBIMapplicationsarenotwidelyavailableamongprofessionalsintheindustry.d)ResistancefromStakeholders:Somestakeholders,suchascontractorsandsubcontractors,mayresistBIMadoptionduetoconcernsaboutincreasedcostsandchangesinworkprocesses.Basedonthefindings,thefollowingstrategiesareproposedtoovercometheseobstacles:a)EducationandTrainingPrograms:ProvidingcomprehensiveeducationandtrainingprogramsonBIMapplicationstoindustryprofessionalscancreateawarenessandenhancetheirtechnicalskills.b)ChangeManagementInitiatives:EffectivechangemanagementinitiativesshouldbeimplementedtoaddresstheresistancetochangeandcreateapositiveattitudetowardsBIMadoptionwithinorganizations.c)GovernmentPoliciesandRegulations:GovernmentscanplayavitalroleinpromotingBIMadoptionbyintroducingpoliciesandregulationsthatincentivizeitsuseandpenalizenon-compliance.d)CollaborationAmongStakeholders:Collaborationamongstakeholders,includingowners,architects,contractors,andsubcontractors,canfacilitatetheintegrationandadoptionofBIMthroughouttheprojectlifecycle.4.ConclusionTheadoptionandpromotionofBIMapplicationsintheconstructionindustryarehinderedbyvariousbarriers.Thisresearchhasidentifiedthemainobstaclesandproposedstrategiestoovercomethem.Byimplementingeducationandtrainingprograms,changemanagementinitiatives,governmentpoliciesandregulations,andfosteringcollaborationamongstakeholders,theconstru
