2.QualityStandards

ThequalityoftheproductsmanufacturedbyPartyAshallcomplywiththerelevantnationalandindustrystandards,aswellasthequalityrequirementsspecifiedinAttachmentA.PartyAshallberesponsibleforensuringthequalityoftheproductsthroughoutthemanufacturingprocess.

3.QuantityandDelivery

PartyAshalldelivertheproductstoPartyBinaccordancewiththequantityanddeliveryschedulesetforthinAttachmentA.AnydelayindeliveryshallbesubjecttotheprovisionsofArticle5ofthisContract.

4.PriceandPaymentTerms

6.Confidentiality

ThepartiesheretoagreetokeepconfidentialallinformationanddataexchangedduringtheexecutionofthisContract,exceptforinformationthatispubliclyavailableorrequiredtobedisclosedbylaw.

7.TerminationandCancellation

EitherpartymayterminatethisContractupon[TerminationCondition],providedthattheterminatingpartygiveswrittennoticetotheotherpartyatleast[NoticePeriod]dayspriortotheterminationdate.

8.GoverningLawandDisputeResolution

3.4.PartyBshallhavetheobligationtodeliverthemanufacturedproductstoPartyAinaccordancewiththeagreed-uponquantity,quality,anddeliveryschedule.

4.Customer'sRightsandObligations

4.2.PartyCshallhavetherighttoinspecttheproductsreceivedfromPartyAandtorejectanynon-conformingproducts.
