allnecessarypermissionshavebeenaskedofpatientsandall
unnecessarydatahasbeencleaned.Therearelessonsabout
informedpatientconsenttolearn.Butprivacyisnottheonlyangle
inthiscaseandnoteventhemostimportant.MsDenhamchoseto
concentratetheblameontheNHStrust,sinceunderexistinglawit
