momenthadshownthemwhowouldtakecareofothersintheteam.

Ihadrevealedmyweakness,andinaplaceliketheArctic,youhavetobeyourself,asthereis

nowheretohide.Thesepersonalitiesofaskingforhelpandshowingweaknessarenecessaryfor

womentomaster.

Irealizedthatbybeingmyself,Icouldsucceed.Iwasselectedfortheteam.IrealizedthatIcould

achievemorethanIeverimaginedmoreimportantly,bysharingmystorywithothers,Icouldinspire

themtotakeastepintothenewworldandrevealmoreoftheirabilities.
