strengtheningcreditmarketsarehelpingtousherrealestateintoanewcycle.

Conversely,consumerconfidenceremainsweak,withspendingreportedlydrivenbyasmallersegmentofaffluenthouseholds.AnnualaverageGDPgrowthwillbe

steadyin2026,at2%.Akeycatalystisasofterlabormarket,ascompaniesare‘slowtohire,slowtofire’—atrendthatislikelytolastafewquarters.

Connecticut’slabormarketfellby5,400positionsquarter-over-quarterinQ4(-

StamfordCBDledFairfieldCountyinleasingactivitywith67,000sq.ft.completedinQ4,endingtheyearwithatotalof380,000sq.ft.Althoughittalliedmorenewleasingthananyother

submarket,thiswasStamfordCBD’slowestannualleasingfiguresince2013.Severalbuildingswerebeingmarketedforsaleoraddressingdebtandfundingconstraints,whichcurtailed
