StamfordCBDledFairfieldCountyinleasingactivitywith67,000sq.ft.completedinQ4,endingtheyearwithatotalof380,000sq.ft.Althoughittalliedmorenewleasingthananyother
submarket,thiswasStamfordCBD’slowestannualleasingfiguresince2013.Severalbuildingswerebeingmarketedforsaleoraddressingdebtandfundingconstraints,whichcurtailed
