uiredorpermittedhereundershallbemadetothepartiesattheaddressessetforthaboveortosuchotheraddressoraddressesasanypartymaydesignateinwriting.9.Effectiveness,AmendmentandTermination-ThisContractbecomeseffectiveuponthesignatureofbothparties.-AnyamendmentormodificationofthisContractshallbeeffectiveonlyifinwritingandsignedbyauthorizedrepresentativesofbothparties.-ThisContractshallterminateautomaticallyuponthecompletionofthetransportationoftheGoodstothedestinationorupontheoccurrenceofForceMajeure.10.ForceMajeure-Definition:"ForceMajeure"meansanyeventorcircumstancebeyondthereasonablecontroloftheCarrier,includingbutnotlimitedtoactsofGod,war,terrorism,riots,civilcommotion,strikes,lockouts,actsoforinactionbyanygovernmentorgovernmentalauthority,andnaturaldisasters.-Effect:IfanydelayinperformanceofthisContractiscausedbyForceMajeure,theCarriershallnotbeliableforanyfailuretoperformitsobligationsduringsuchperiodandtheContractshallbeconsideredsuspended.UpontheremovalofthecauseofForceMajeure,theCarriershalluseitsbesteffortstoresumeperformance.IftheForceMajeurecontinuesforacontinuousperiodof[Number,e.g.,60]days,eitherpartyshallhavetherighttoterminatethisContractwithoutliability.11.ConfidentialityClauseBothpartiesagreetokeepthecontentsofthisContractandanyinformationobtainedbyonepartyfromtheotherinconnectionherewithconfidentialandnottodisclosesuchinformationtoanythirdpartywithoutthepriorwrittenconsentoftheotherparty,exceptasrequiredbylaworvalidlyobtainedbythereceivingpartyfromathirdparty.12.EntireAgreementThisContract,includinganyAnnexesattachedhereto,constitutestheentireagreementbetweentheShipperandtheCarrierwithrespecttothesubjectmatterhe
