1、流程設(shè)計論文：基于知識管理的流程設(shè)計與優(yōu)化方法研究【中文摘要】一個設(shè)計良好的流程,是成功實施流程管理的前提和關(guān)鍵。而流程的知識復(fù)雜性特征決定了流程設(shè)計和優(yōu)化過程,必須有系統(tǒng)的知識管理方法加以支持,而不能簡單地依靠經(jīng)驗性方法來進(jìn)行。本課題是一項關(guān)于流程設(shè)計和流程優(yōu)化方法、規(guī)則、體系的相關(guān)研究。當(dāng)前流程設(shè)計和優(yōu)化的研究,主要集中在程序和支持工具的研究上,而連接這兩個領(lǐng)域的部分的設(shè)計方法部分則有所欠缺。而設(shè)計方法應(yīng)該借助知識管理和知識工程的各種相關(guān)方法來解決。因此,以此為切入點,本課題研究了基于知識管理的流程設(shè)計與優(yōu)化方法體系,力求通過流程知識體系的分析、流程知識方法的系統(tǒng)化應(yīng)用,來解決流程設(shè)計和優(yōu)

2、化過程的相關(guān)問題。為了解決這些問題,本文綜合采用文獻(xiàn)分析法、系統(tǒng)分析法、模型分析法、歸納法等方法,首先構(gòu)建了涵蓋流程本體知識和流程設(shè)計/優(yōu)化知識的流程知識體系,并構(gòu)建了流程設(shè)計和流程優(yōu)化的設(shè)計邏輯模型。并在此基礎(chǔ)上構(gòu)建了基于知識管理的流程三次設(shè)計模型和流程三階段優(yōu)化模型。即采用“系統(tǒng)設(shè)計參數(shù)設(shè)計審查設(shè)計”的結(jié)構(gòu)化設(shè)計框架,實現(xiàn)基于流程知識利用的流程設(shè)計；采用“基于知識抽象的問題分析基于知識挖掘的原因分析基于知識創(chuàng)新的解決方案”的三次提問優(yōu)化框架,實現(xiàn)基于知識管理的流程優(yōu)化。其中,在設(shè)計方法上,提出了基于“流程特征”的流程配置設(shè)計方法,即提出了變流程設(shè)計為流程配置設(shè)計的轉(zhuǎn)變。在優(yōu)化方法上,創(chuàng)新性

3、的通過文獻(xiàn)分析,歸納出26種基本的知識推理型,基于“基本推理型”來構(gòu)建優(yōu)化規(guī)則的優(yōu)化創(chuàng)新方法。論文全篇按照提出問題、分析問題、解決問題的思路逐層展開,共分為七章：首先,緒論部分通過分析提出本文所研究的主要問題；其次,在第二章對問題相關(guān)的文獻(xiàn)和理論進(jìn)行綜述,第三章對問題中所涉及的重要概念和研究的主要邏輯進(jìn)行了分析和界定；第四章、第五章,作為論文的主體,對所提出的問題進(jìn)行了解析研究,構(gòu)建了基礎(chǔ)模型、解析模型等,并通過第六章實例驗證模型。最后,第七章對本課題的研究進(jìn)行總結(jié),并展望未來的研究方向?！居⑽恼縜 well-designed process is the prerequisite and
