It does not answer the question whether Hiroshima is the liveliest city in Japan, but after reading the feature story, everyone would be

This way of ending the story leaves much room for the readers to ponder over what is going on in Hiroshima and arrive at his or her own conclusion.,B.7“l(fā)iveliest”,7. The word “l(fā)iveliest” in the title is put in quotation marks to show that this is what the
