Operators can therefore, as deemed necessary, omit or add access and/or close-up steps to add flexibility to their maintenance operations as long as the technical intent of the EO is met within the set parameters.A. 通用信息/GENERAL(1) 工卡533254-910-003-001 -標準施工Subtask 533254-910-003-001 - Standard Practices(a) 隔框的識別,參考AMM 06-31-53, Page Block 001。For the Frame (FR) identification, refer to AMM 06-31-53, Page Block 001.(b) 區(qū)域的識別,參考AMM 06-20-00, Page Block 001。For the identification of zones, refer to AMM 06-20-00, Page Block 001.(c) 標準螺紋緊固件的安裝,參考AMM Task 20-21-11-911-801。To torque tighten the standard threaded fasteners, refer to AMM Task 20-21-11-911-801.(d) 封嚴施工,按照SRM 51-24-00。Apply sealant in accordance with SRM 51-24-00.(e) 緊固件的拆裝按照SRM 51-42-00。Remove and install fasteners in accordance with SRM 51-42-00.(f) 本EO所涉及的化工品的規(guī)范和使用,參考CML清單。For the specification of materials (Mat. No.) given in this EO, refer to the Consumable Material List (CML).(g) 電氣接地,參考ESPM 20-51-20和參考AMM Task20-28-00-912-802。For the electrical bonding, refer to ESPM 20-51-20 and refer to AMM Task20-28-00-912-802.(h) 漆層翻新或修理,按照SRM 51-75-12。Renew the protective finish in accordance with SRM 51-75-12.(i) 獲取替換的緊固件,按照SRM 51-43-00。Obtain alternative and substitute fastener data in accordance with SRM 51-43-00.(j) 獲取緊固件孔的直徑和鉆孔數(shù)據(jù),按照SRM 51-44-00。Obtain fastener hole diameters and drill data in accordance with SRM 51-44-00.(k) 如果使用到替代緊固件,必須按照SRM 51-40-00查找和它相應的螺母/collar。If alternative and substitute fasteners have to be used, you must make sure that the associated nut/collar are compatible in accordance with SRM 51-40-00 Mating Part column.(l) 如果此EO中給定的緊固件長度不符合SRM 51章給出的安裝標準,可選用長度滿足SRM 51章的安裝要求的同規(guī)格或經(jīng)批準替代的緊固件。另外,對于緊固件的長度,可以按照SRM 51章安裝墊圈調節(jié)。If the length of any fastener specified in this EO does not meet installation standards given in SRM Chapter 51, then a fastener of the same specification, or an approved substitute, with a length which meets the installation standards given in SRM Chapter 51 may be used. In addition, washers may beinstalled for fastener grip length in accordance with SRM Chapter 51.B. 準備/PREPARATION(1) 工卡533254-941-001-001 -工作開始Subtask 533254-941-001-001 - Job Set-up備注:開始維護工作前,下列維修工作應該作為飛機基礎構型加以考慮:-飛機在地面利用起落架停放(地面安全銷和輪擋安裝在起落架相關位置)-發(fā)動機關車,反推關閉并鎖定-飛機處于清潔構型-使用停留剎車-飛機斷電-液壓系統(tǒng)釋壓-駕駛艙和客艙處于可接近狀態(tài)-所有控制鍵在NORM, AUTO或OFF位置NOTE: The items given in this note shall be considered as the basic Aircraft configuration before you start a maintenance task:- Aircraft on the ground resting on landing gear (the ground safety locks and the wheel chocks are in position on the landing gear).- Engine shut down, thrust reversers closed and locked.- Aircraft in clean configuration.- Parking brake applied.- Aircraft electrical network de-energized.- Hydraulic systems depressurized.- Access to the cockpit and cabin is available.- All controls in NORM, AUTO or OFF position.(a) 確保飛機靜電接地,參考AMM Task 12-34-24-860-802。Make sure the aircraft is electrically grounded, refer to AMM Task12-34-24-860-802.(b) 在區(qū)域124 和811放置接近平臺。Put an access platform in position at zones 124 and 811.(c) 參考AMM Task 32-22-00-010-801,打開前起落架艙門。Open the Nose Landing Gear (NLG) doors, refer to AMM Task 32-22-00-010-801.(d) 打開接近門811。Open the access door 811.C. 施工步驟/PROCEDURE (1) 工卡533254-832-001-001 詳細目視檢查前起落架艙上蓋板和側向電子艙之間的封嚴和右側FR14和FR14A之間的前起落架艙和電子艙的緊固件安裝狀況Subtask 533254-832-001-001 - Do a Detailed Inspection of Sealant between NLG Upper Panel and Lateral Panel avionic bay and of Fasteners installation in NLG bay and in avionic bay between FR14 and FR14A on the RH side(a) 執(zhí)行以下步驟。Perform the following instruction.1 使用以下清潔劑清潔檢查區(qū)域:Clean the inspection area with solvent:Non Aqueous Cleaner-Petroleum Based 08BBB1 As required2 參考Fig. A-FCAAA, Fig. A-FDAAA,F(xiàn)ig. Depending on inspection results, Do a Rototest inspection of Holes and a High Frequency Eddy Current inspection of Lateral Panel Radius from the NLG bay side(a) 使用以下清潔劑清潔檢查區(qū)域:Clean the inspection area with solvent:Non Aqueous Cleaner-Petroleum Based 08BBB1 As required(b) 參考Fig. A-FHAAA和Fig. A-FJAAA,按照NTM 51-10-01 和 NTM 51-10-08,從電子艙一側,對緊固件孔執(zhí)行旋轉探頭檢查和對側向蓋板圓弧處執(zhí)行高頻渦流檢查。Do a Rototest inspection of Holes and a High Frequency Eddy Current (HFEC) inspection of the NLG Lateral Panel Radius from avionic bay:Refer to Fig. A-FHAAA,Refer to Fig. A-FJAAA, In accordance with NTM 51-10-01 and NTM 51-10-08。1 如果旋轉探頭檢查和/或高頻渦流檢查發(fā)現(xiàn)裂紋:If crack found during Rototest inspection and/or during HFEC inspection:a 下個飛行前聯(lián)系結構工程師并且按照工程師提供的方案處理。Contact Structure Engineer before next flight and follow their instructions.2 如果旋轉探頭檢查和高頻渦流檢查都沒有發(fā)現(xiàn)裂紋:If no crack found during Rototest inspection and during HFEC inspection:a 執(zhí)行工卡533254-833-802 001 根據(jù)檢查結果,在6個月內(nèi)完成右側FR14到FR14A之間前起落架上蓋板的修理。Do TASK 533254-833-802 001 Depending on inspection results, Repair the Nose Landing Gear Upper Panel between FR14 and FR14A on the RH side within 6 months from the inspection.備注:如果下個起飛前沒有完成修理,執(zhí)行工卡533254-831-002 001(根據(jù)檢查結果,重新安裝緊固件或聯(lián)系結構工程師索要修理方案),然后發(fā)送檢查報告到 和 TSJGK,參考Fig. A-FRAAA。NOTE: If the repair is not performed before next flight, the fasteners should be reinstalled before next flight in accordance with SUBTASK 533254-831-002 001 Depending on inspection results, Reinstall Fasteners or contact Structure Engineer for repair instruction,and Send inspection report to Send Inspection Report to and TSJGK, refer to Fig. A-FRAAA.(4) 工卡533254-831-002-001根據(jù)檢查結果,重新安裝緊固件或聯(lián)系結構工程師索要修理方案Subtask 533254-831-002-001 - Depending on inspection results, Reinstall Fasteners or contact Structure Engineer for repair instruction備注:如果下次飛行前沒有按照工卡533254-833-802 001進行修理,重新安裝新的螺帽。NOTE: If the repair in accordance with TASK 533254-833-802 001 is not applied before next flight, it is necessary to reinstall the removed fasteners with a new nut.(a) 參考Fig. A-FEAAA并按照SRM 51-42-00重新安裝拆卸的緊固件。Reinstall the removed fasteners:Refer to Fig. A-FEAAA and In accordance with SRM 51-42-005 Bolt Item (1) Retained at removal5 Nut ASNA2531-3 Item 24 Bolt Item (6) Retained at removal4 Nut ASNA2531-4 Item 3D. 收尾/CLOSE-UP備注:如果相關的修理工卡將在此次停放期間完成,如下收尾步驟無需完成。NOTE: If you intend to accomplish an associated Repair Task during the same layover period, the subsequent Close-up procedure is not necessary.(1)工卡533254-942-001-001收尾Subtask 533254-942-001-001 - Close-up(a) 確認工作區(qū)域清潔,無工具和其它設備。Make sure that the work areas are clean and clear of tools and other items of equipment.(b) 關閉接近門811。Close the access door 811.(c) 參考AMM Task 32-22-00-410-801,關閉前起落架門。Close the Nose Landing Gear doors, refer to AMM Task 32-22-00-410-801.(d) 挪開接近平臺。Remove the access platform(s).(e) 恢復飛機到初始構型。Put the aircraft back to its initial configuration.第2部分:工卡533254-833-802-001根據(jù)檢查結果,修理右側FR14和FR14A之間前起落架上蓋板Part 2: Task 533254-833-802-001 -
