5、ust be disc onn ected.3. STOP key on control panel does not disconnect the AC line.4. During operati on and while program ming parameters, motor may start withoutwarning. Pote ntially lethal voltages are prese nt in side the systemen closure. High-voltage dc is prese nt eve n without ACutility-power

Do not en ter the system en closure uni ess trained and authorized to do so.WarningEach cab inet has safety covers in stalled to protect aga inst accide ntal con tact with energized parts. These covers must be removed to perform service on the freque ncy conv erter. The covers can be re
7、moved by rem oving the nuts (M5 that hold the covers on. See Figures 1,2 and 3 for safety cover locati ons. Remove the safety cover located above the circuit breaker (or con tactor from the rectifier cab in et.2. Remove the nuts (
9、M10 that aresecuri ng the fuses in place.Note: The fuses must be removed seque ntially, front toback. If only the fuse located inthe back n eeds to be replaced,the front and middle fuses mustbe removed to gain access tothe back fuse. If additi onal access is desired, the left-most inverter secti on

Remove the covers from the opti ons cab inet to gain access tothe fuses.2. Remove the bolts (M10 that aresecuri ng the fus

The dc link fuses for each inv erter are located on top of the inv erter.1. Remove the covers from the inverter cab inet to gain access to the inv erters and dc l

Remove the panel that provides Array access to the fan by removing the six nuts (M5 that are securing the pane

Remove the fan electrical conn ector and the two nuts (M6that are securi ng the fan inplace. Refer to Figure 11.4. Reverse the procedure to

See Figure 17.Caution : The rectifier module isheavy (136 kg / 300 lbs, takecaution when handling it to prevent injury t
20、o people or damage to equipme nt.7. To re-install the rectifier, follow the instructions in reverse order.in front of the in verter module.2. Remove the AC load bus barsfrom the inv erter (M8.
