16、cles主辦單位或其代理人應在展覽會備案時或開幕前向海關提出展覽消耗品免稅的書面申請，申請應注明用途，并隨附清單。Application for duty-free Exhibition Consumption should be submitted to Customs by chief units or their agents when the exhibition registration or before the opening ceremony of Exhibition Convention. 17、s attached the bills.免稅品范圍Rang for duty-free goods and articles（一）小件樣品，但應符合以下條件：、由參展商免費提供專供免費分送給觀眾；、顯示單價很小作廣告樣品用的；、不適用于商業(yè)用途，且單位容量明顯小于最小的零售包裝容量的；、在活動中消耗掉的食品及飲料的樣品。. Small samples which satisfy the following conditions: something freely sponsored by businessman who engaged in Exhibition convention and

18、 freely given to the audience; something which unite price are low and are used to advertise; something that are not fit for commercial use and which unite volume are apparently less than the smallest retail volume package; samples of food and drink consumed during activities.（二）在示范過程中被消耗或損壞的物料。. 19、terials consumed or spoiled during the exhibition.（三）展出者為修建、布置或裝飾展出臺而進口的一次性廉價物品，如油漆、涂料及壁紙。. Inexpensive artificial imported by businessman who engaged in Exhibition convention for the use of building or setting out or decorating the show place, such as paint, dope, wallpaper.（四）免費派發(fā)的宣傳性印刷品、廣告品等。. 20、vertising printer matter, etc, which is free.（五）國際會議使用或與其有關的檔案、記錄、表格及其它文件。. Files, records, forms and other documents which are used in or related to International Convention.上述范圍不適用于含酒精飲料、煙葉制品及燃料。其他超出以上范圍的一律征稅。The above range does not include drinks which contain alcohol, tobacco and fuel. Others w

21、hich beyond the above rang will be imposed duties.2、展覽品出售（留購） Exhibits selling ( Purchased by inside)進口展品不論是在展覽會上出售還是在展覽會閉幕后出售，均由主辦單位或其代理人統(tǒng)一向海關辦理進口報關手續(xù)，并承擔納稅義務。Chief units or their agents should go through the import formalities and take responsibility of paying taxes, when selling the exhibits duri

23、tions, such as the import license, machine and electronic product certification, which are issued by the foreign trade administration, Customs inspect and release small goods and articles which are sold during the exhibition convention and restricted according to national laws and regulations. 3、展品的

24、放棄放棄展品有接受單位的，由接受單位委托主辦單位或其代理人辦理海關手續(xù)；沒有接受單位的，放棄展品應在展覽會閉幕后存放在海關監(jiān)管倉，由海關按有關規(guī)定處理。 Abandonment of the exhibitsIf the abandoned exhibits having been accepters, the accepters and their agents should go through the customs formalities. If the abandoned exhibits not having been accepters, they should be put i

26、Abandoned Exhibits4、進口展品在展覽期間因丟失、被竊或毀壞進口展品在展覽期間因丟失、被竊或毀壞而不能復運出境的，主辦單位或其代理人應及時向海關報告。丟失或被竊的展品中有屬進口許可證件管理的，主辦單位或其代理人應提交公安部門出具的丟失或被竊的證明，可不再交驗進口許可證件；對毀壞的展品，海關應到現(xiàn)場查驗并作好查驗記錄，對仍有使用價值的國家限制進口的機電產(chǎn)品的，海關憑有效的進口許可證件監(jiān)管。4. Import exhibits lost, stolen or destroyed.If the import exhibit could not be carried back and

27、shipped out of the country because of being lost, stolen or destroyed, exhibiters or their agents shall report to the customs in time. If the import exhibit being lost of stolen was supervised at the import license, exhibiters or their agents shall put in the certificate the police providing to prov

28、e the exhibits have been lost or stolen, and then could no longer hand in the import license or certificates for checking. As to the exhibits being destroyed, customs shall go to the locale and take inspection records, and supervised the electricity product still practicable restricted to import by

29、the country by effective import certificates.5、展覽會中期監(jiān)管進口展覽會如需海關駐會監(jiān)管的，主辦單位或其代理人應事先提出申請。經(jīng)批準后按規(guī)定繳納規(guī)費。海關可根據(jù)展覽會的性質(zhì)和規(guī)模，對展覽會實施展場的現(xiàn)場監(jiān)管（中期監(jiān)管），主辦單位或其代理人應陪同并向參展商作好解釋。5.
