1、初一英語(yǔ)教學(xué)反思清華大學(xué)英語(yǔ)系測(cè)試:為中學(xué)英語(yǔ)量身定做.官方網(wǎng)站: 清華大學(xué)英語(yǔ)教授50年研究成果初一英語(yǔ)教學(xué)反思 由小學(xué)進(jìn)入初中,是人生旅途的一個(gè)重要轉(zhuǎn)折點(diǎn)。就其學(xué)習(xí)活動(dòng)而言,學(xué)習(xí)科目發(fā)生了很大的變化,除知識(shí)的幅度和深度呈螺旋式上升的數(shù)學(xué)、語(yǔ)文外,又一種新語(yǔ)言英語(yǔ),走進(jìn)了課堂。初一學(xué)生剛接觸到這門課,有一定的好奇心,一般是一種較短暫的直接興趣,隨著時(shí)間的推移,課程內(nèi)容增多,難度加大,就會(huì)有一些學(xué)生把這門課當(dāng)成負(fù)擔(dān),到初二出現(xiàn)分化,部分學(xué)生厭學(xué)。作為英語(yǔ)課任課教師,如果對(duì)此沒(méi)有清醒的認(rèn)識(shí),并采取有效的教學(xué)措施,解決好中小學(xué)銜接問(wèn)題,就會(huì)陷入一種盲目的境地,以致影響教學(xué)效果,影響學(xué)習(xí)質(zhì)量和跨世紀(jì)

2、人才的培養(yǎng)。經(jīng)過(guò)實(shí)踐和努力,我認(rèn)為要大面積提高中學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)質(zhì)量,必須在解決中小學(xué)銜接問(wèn)題中抓好學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的“六項(xiàng)起始工程”。 一、從明確學(xué)習(xí)目的入手,初步構(gòu)建學(xué)好英語(yǔ)的“目標(biāo)工程” 人的各種活動(dòng)都是有目的的行為,同時(shí)也是由一定的動(dòng)機(jī)引起的。 英語(yǔ)這門課對(duì)剛跨入中學(xué)的學(xué)生來(lái)說(shuō),是新鮮而神秘的。一開(kāi)始,學(xué)生往往是帶著好奇的心情來(lái)學(xué)這門課的,也有些學(xué)生是帶著好玩的想法來(lái)學(xué)的??傊?,相當(dāng)一部分學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的目的性不明確,對(duì)它的重要性認(rèn)識(shí)不足,只處于膚淺的了解,缺乏正確的強(qiáng)有力的學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)。 基于這種狀況,我注意在第一節(jié)課開(kāi)始就重視講解為什么要學(xué)英語(yǔ)的問(wèn)題。在以后的講課中,同樣處處進(jìn)行為祖國(guó)建設(shè),為未來(lái)的工

3、作進(jìn)行英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)的目的教育。通過(guò)課內(nèi)外的多種形式引導(dǎo)和靈活多樣的思想教育,使學(xué)生初步認(rèn)識(shí)到了這門課程的重要性,懂得了它與祖國(guó)現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)的關(guān)系,明白了祖國(guó)建設(shè)對(duì)他們提出的要求,懂得了世界發(fā)展對(duì)他們提出的挑戰(zhàn)。這樣,從初一開(kāi)始學(xué)生就基本有了比較明確的學(xué)習(xí)目的,從而為以后的學(xué)習(xí)奠定了良好的基矗。 二、從基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)入手,初步構(gòu)建學(xué)好英語(yǔ)的“起步工程” 學(xué)時(shí)學(xué)習(xí)漢語(yǔ)拼音的影響,有很大一部分在起步階段都很艱難,不是寫(xiě)錯(cuò)格式,就是讀成漢語(yǔ)拼音。為此,從學(xué)第一個(gè)字母開(kāi)始,就應(yīng)當(dāng)給他們加強(qiáng)國(guó)際音標(biāo)的學(xué)習(xí)。首先讓他們懂得每個(gè)英文字母發(fā)音是怎么來(lái)的,它的舌位如何。特別是舌齒音,學(xué)生很難把握,總是出錯(cuò),但經(jīng)過(guò)努力,總能擺

4、脫漢語(yǔ)拼音的束縛,為下一步學(xué)習(xí),為今后學(xué)單語(yǔ)、記單詞打下了記憶和查閱的基矗。其次,在字母格式上,學(xué)生總分不清上、中、下,不是出格,就不夠格。為此,我曾自編了幾句格式口訣,讓學(xué)生掌握,從而避免了格式上的困難。為了使學(xué)生及時(shí)鞏固,我在班上搞字母書(shū)法競(jìng)賽,既進(jìn)一步熟練了字母的讀音,又提高了學(xué)生的英語(yǔ)書(shū)法水平。 三、從培養(yǎng)興趣入手,初步構(gòu)建學(xué)好英語(yǔ)的“心理工程” “興趣是最好的老師”,只有對(duì)學(xué)習(xí)發(fā)生了興趣,才會(huì)享受學(xué)習(xí)的歡樂(lè),從而更加熱受學(xué)習(xí)。所以是否喜歡英語(yǔ),是影響學(xué)生英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)的重要的非智力因素,它在很大程度上制約著英語(yǔ)教學(xué)質(zhì)量的提高。 據(jù)此,在英語(yǔ)教學(xué)開(kāi)始階段,我著重從培養(yǎng)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)興趣入手,因勢(shì)利

5、導(dǎo),采取多種方法激發(fā)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的興趣,把他們領(lǐng)進(jìn)英語(yǔ)這扇大門。在課堂教學(xué)中,我注意采取了以下方法培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的興趣:“以美引趣”,即盡量注意用美的語(yǔ)言、表情、動(dòng)作、板書(shū)等去激發(fā)學(xué)生的興趣?!耙云嬲T趣”,即注意用新奇的內(nèi)容和方法,誘發(fā)學(xué)生的興趣?!霸O(shè)疑激趣”,以注意抓住知識(shí)的關(guān)鍵處設(shè)疑引思,使學(xué)生產(chǎn)生強(qiáng)烈的求知欲望。“以動(dòng)喚趣”,即注意在課堂上通過(guò)動(dòng)腦、動(dòng)手、動(dòng)口等多種活動(dòng)形式,喚起學(xué)生興趣。 在教學(xué)活動(dòng)中,我把各種各樣的實(shí)物、自制的教具、掛圖、簡(jiǎn)筆畫(huà)、人物、情景和實(shí)地表演等結(jié)合起來(lái),身體力行,與他們交朋友,一起游戲、一起聽(tīng)說(shuō),使他們?cè)谟腥ざp松的氣氛中感到學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)并不是件苦差事,這樣潛移默化,使

6、得課堂氣氛非?;钴S,學(xué)習(xí)的積極性很高,興趣也隨之越加濃烈。隨著學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)興趣的增加,教學(xué)效果也有了較明顯的好轉(zhuǎn)。平時(shí)少言寡語(yǔ)的學(xué)生也產(chǎn)生了濃厚的興趣,主動(dòng)參與進(jìn)來(lái)一塊做學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的游戲了。這就為大面積提高英語(yǔ)教學(xué)質(zhì)量奠定了可靠的基礎(chǔ)。 四、從記單詞入手,初步構(gòu)建學(xué)好英語(yǔ)的“詞匯量工程” 要能夠熟練地使用英語(yǔ)這一工具,就必須擁有較高的詞匯量,這是學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的一個(gè)重要特點(diǎn),而要擁有一定的詞匯量,就必須從記單詞著手。記單詞,這是大部分中國(guó)人都特別頭痛的事,對(duì)于中學(xué)生來(lái)說(shuō),也同樣如此。雖然他們正處于記憶的旺季,但如何去記才能取得佳、最快、最牢固的效果,是學(xué)生在這條剛剛連起的大橋上是否繼續(xù)踏實(shí)邁步的關(guān)鍵,

7、如果一步跨錯(cuò),也許會(huì)有許多同學(xué)在此停步,把剛剛建起的“興趣之橋”拆掉,而放棄對(duì)這門課的學(xué)習(xí)。為了避免這一切的發(fā)生,從開(kāi)始起我就加固這已經(jīng)建起的興趣之橋,利用一切可以利用的機(jī)會(huì)教他們?nèi)绾卧俑M(jìn)一步。根據(jù)不同學(xué)生的不同要求,教他們一些便于記憶、鞏固的方法。如音標(biāo)記憶法、歸納記憶法、情景記憶法、構(gòu)詞記憶法、日常生活記憶法等等,這給有些有畏難情緒的同學(xué)提供了繼續(xù)邁步的動(dòng)力,使一些決定放棄英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)的同學(xué)也想回頭再試試看。為了使這項(xiàng)工作更扎實(shí)地繼續(xù)下去,為了使大部分學(xué)生不落伍,我又趁熱打鐵,搞記憶單詞競(jìng)賽,這也為記單詞找到了機(jī)會(huì),豐富了學(xué)生的詞匯量,在英語(yǔ)教學(xué)中產(chǎn)生了良好效果。 五、從會(huì)話速寫(xiě)入手,初步構(gòu)

8、建學(xué)好英語(yǔ)的“表達(dá)能力工程” 英語(yǔ)是門用于交際的工具課。學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的目的之一在于將來(lái)能夠在工作中熟練地運(yùn)用這個(gè)工具,以口語(yǔ)或書(shū)面形式進(jìn)行表述或表達(dá)。這就要求英語(yǔ)教學(xué)一開(kāi)始就重視口語(yǔ)或書(shū)面表達(dá)能力的培養(yǎng),為了在起始課中注意培養(yǎng)學(xué)生說(shuō)、寫(xiě)能力,我采用了多種培養(yǎng)表達(dá)能力的方法。例如我要求學(xué)生進(jìn)行課前兩分鐘會(huì)話值日、或講故事、或談家庭、談父母兄妹、談同學(xué)等活動(dòng),調(diào)動(dòng)了學(xué)生的積極性,鍛煉了學(xué)生的口語(yǔ)會(huì)話能力,提高了學(xué)生的口語(yǔ)表達(dá)能力。除此之外,在一些課堂上讓幾組學(xué)生上臺(tái)表演短劇或表演游戲。為了提高學(xué)生的會(huì)話能力,在初一階段,我組織學(xué)生進(jìn)行英語(yǔ)會(huì)話競(jìng)賽。同學(xué)們熱情很高,自編自演豐富多彩的節(jié)目,并取得了很好的

9、成績(jī)。通過(guò)這一系列的活動(dòng),開(kāi)闊了同學(xué)們的視野,提高了會(huì)話能力,也鞏固了所學(xué)知識(shí),對(duì)記憶單詞也起到了促進(jìn)作用,為初二防止分化打好了基矗在全校舉行的英語(yǔ)會(huì)話比賽中,我所帶的二班的同學(xué)以生動(dòng)活潑、有趣的內(nèi)容、吐字清晰和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的發(fā)音獲得了競(jìng)賽第一名,我所帶的一班也獲得第二名的好成績(jī)。 另外,書(shū)寫(xiě)也不可忽視,除了正規(guī)、準(zhǔn)確、美觀之外,還需要高速度。為達(dá)到此目的,我在初一年級(jí)要求他們從一開(kāi)始,首先必須寫(xiě)好字,寫(xiě)正規(guī)字,并練習(xí)快速寫(xiě)正規(guī)字。我在所帶的兩個(gè)班搞了一次速寫(xiě)比賽,取得了很好的成績(jī),兩個(gè)班中字寫(xiě)得比較差的同學(xué)只有兩三個(gè),相當(dāng)一部分學(xué)生的字寫(xiě)得相當(dāng)漂亮。 六、從抓預(yù)習(xí)、復(fù)習(xí)入手,初步構(gòu)建學(xué)好英語(yǔ)的“學(xué)法

10、工程” “授人以魚(yú),不如授人以漁”。教師在教學(xué)中,一定要把教給學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)方法放在應(yīng)有的地位,給予高度重視。引導(dǎo)學(xué)生做好課前預(yù)習(xí)和課后復(fù)習(xí),就是起始年級(jí)不可忽視的重要工作,它是避免分化的一個(gè)重要組成部分。初一階段,是學(xué)生適應(yīng)新環(huán)境、新教法、新學(xué)法的開(kāi)始階段,就像一個(gè)盲人,需要引導(dǎo),需要?jiǎng)e人的幫助,為了使初一學(xué)生開(kāi)好這個(gè)頭,從一開(kāi)始,我就要求學(xué)生每天做好預(yù)習(xí)和復(fù)習(xí)鞏固工作,并教給他們預(yù)習(xí)的方法和復(fù)習(xí)的方法,教會(huì)他們?nèi)绾斡浌P記,如何聽(tīng)好課的方法,這給課堂教學(xué)減少了不少麻煩,也避免了分化的擴(kuò)大,增強(qiáng)了學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的熱情。他們喜歡自己的才華展示在同學(xué)們面前,積極發(fā)言,喜愛(ài)表演,這給起始年級(jí)的學(xué)習(xí)帶來(lái)了不可估量
