Execution of work 基本服務(wù)The Lighting Designer agrees to provide the following services for this project in connection with the above Scope of Work: 照明設(shè)計(jì)師對(duì)本案之工作范圍提供如下之服務(wù)：Design coordination meetings 設(shè)計(jì)協(xié)調(diào)會(huì)議1. The Lighting Designer agrees to meet wit

6、h the Client, Architect, LandscapeArchitect, Interior Designer, Graphic Designer, Electrical Engineer and the Owners representatives with the Client present, on aspects of the design to complete the Lighting Design 照明設(shè)計(jì)師同意與建筑師、景觀建筑師、電氣工程師、及甲方代表碰面并進(jìn)行與照明設(shè)計(jì)有關(guān)之 會(huì)議。2. The Lighting Designer agrees to be p

7、resent at a reasonable number of meetings called by the Client, provided reasonable notice is given and conflicts due to prior commitments can be avoided 照明設(shè)計(jì)師同意出席由建筑師或甲方代表召開(kāi)之合理次數(shù)的會(huì)議，并應(yīng)事先通知以避免爭(zhēng)議。Responsibilities & Obligations 責(zé)任和義務(wù)1. All lighting design by AILD must comply or does not contradict

8、 with local code and regulations. AILD 燈光設(shè)計(jì)需符合或不抵觸國(guó)內(nèi)相關(guān)規(guī)范2. AILD must work with relevant party to resolve mounting details, calculation to ensure structural integrity and safety to be by others.）, AILD必須配合相關(guān)單位協(xié)調(diào)與燈具固定相關(guān)之土建結(jié)構(gòu)有關(guān)安裝節(jié)點(diǎn) , 確保燈具安全穩(wěn)固。3. AILD must provide necessary assistance if required to aid

AILD必須針對(duì)其設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容提供甲方必要設(shè)計(jì)圖紙文件 , 協(xié)助取得相關(guān)執(zhí)照或許可證的審核。階段 I SCHEMATIC DESIGN PHASE方案設(shè)計(jì)階段 - 于甲方提供完整設(shè)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)后（包括定案的建筑設(shè)計(jì)平立面及效果圖） 完成工作時(shí)間： 兩周，交付設(shè)計(jì)成果份數(shù)：兩份 A3 文本、一份電子版1. Meet all parties for design int

10、ent.與各方開(kāi)會(huì)并討論設(shè)計(jì)意圖2. Conceptual lighting studies & analysis.照明概念研究及分析3. Preliminary lighting layouts plus elevations, sections.初步照明布置 （ 包含相關(guān)剖立面及節(jié)點(diǎn)研究 ）4. Illustrate lighting proposal including lighting effects and mounting details.照明效果及與結(jié)構(gòu)及建筑的關(guān)系5. Budget study. 依此概念提供燈具的預(yù)算6. Preliminary power estim

11、ate and lighting system requirement.依此概念提供燈具的電力要求及控制系統(tǒng)要求階段 II DESIGN DEVELOPMENT PHASE擴(kuò)初設(shè)計(jì)階段 - 于甲方提供定案的設(shè)計(jì)擴(kuò)初圖紙后 完成工作時(shí)間： 五周，交付設(shè)計(jì)成果份數(shù)：兩份 A3 文本、一份電子版1. Revised lighting layouts in accordance with project process 依照項(xiàng)目發(fā)展的情形，更新 或修正相關(guān)的設(shè)計(jì)圖面，來(lái)說(shuō)明變更之處。2. Provide lighting layout提供照明配置圖3. Provide luminaire schedu

Proved cost estimate提供燈具估算表階段 III TENDER DOCUMENTATION PHASE 施工圖設(shè)計(jì)階段 - 于甲方提供定案的設(shè)計(jì)施工圖紙后 完成工作時(shí)間： 五周，交付設(shè)計(jì)成果份數(shù)：兩份 A3 文本、一份電子版依照項(xiàng)目發(fā)展的情形，更新1. Revised lighting layouts in accordance with project process 或修正相關(guān)的設(shè)計(jì)圖面，來(lái)說(shuō)明變更之處。2. Provide updated luminaire schedule更新燈具表3.

13、Provide luminaire mounting details提供安裝節(jié)點(diǎn)5. Completion of documentation package for tendering purposes完成招標(biāo)文件 （ 包括燈具描述、廠牌型號(hào)、光源類型、瓦特?cái)?shù)、表面處理、安裝位置、數(shù)量及廠商聯(lián)系數(shù)據(jù)。此份文件可 以由主要顧問(wèn)整合放入建筑師或電氣工程師之招標(biāo)文件內(nèi)。 ）6. Prepare control schedule and diagram 提供燈具控制表及回路圖，以解釋特定照明控制區(qū) 域要求。階段 IV TENDER EVALUATION AND CO-ORDINATION / CONS

14、TRUCTIONADMINISTRATION招標(biāo)及施工階段 - 配合甲方招標(biāo)時(shí)間及施工進(jìn)度完成此階段工作1. Assess tenderers and selection of manufacturers 協(xié)助業(yè)主評(píng)選燈具廠商2. Review and comment tender documents審核投標(biāo)書(shū)3. Review lighting shop drawings, fixture samples and control systems with Architects and Electrical Engineers審核施工制造圖、燈具樣本及控制設(shè)備。建筑師及電機(jī)技師也需檢視由照明設(shè)

15、計(jì)師所規(guī)范之施工制造圖及燈具。4. Issue tender review reports & recommendations.提交評(píng)估報(bào)告及建議5. Conduct shop & site / field inspection as required在甲方要求下至現(xiàn)場(chǎng)視察燈具的安裝情形。照明設(shè)計(jì)師之現(xiàn)場(chǎng)視察與承包商之現(xiàn)場(chǎng)監(jiān)工不同。6. Prepare field reports for rectifications.準(zhǔn)備施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)審核報(bào)告階段 V FINAL TESTING & COMMISSIONING驗(yàn)收階段 - 配合甲方招標(biāo)時(shí)間及施工進(jìn)度完成此階段工作1. Fie

16、ld inspection for luminaires installation檢查現(xiàn)場(chǎng)燈具安裝2. Make site visits to evaluate and direct final adjustments 在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)評(píng)估并指導(dǎo)燈具的最終 調(diào)試3. Supervise the setting-up & commissioning of lighting scheme對(duì)照明場(chǎng)景及燈具提出最終意見(jiàn) .4. Inspect and prepare outstanding details list (lists for rectifications or at variance wit

17、h contract documents)提供現(xiàn)場(chǎng)審核報(bào)告 ( 紀(jì)錄現(xiàn)場(chǎng)與設(shè)計(jì)不符之處，并協(xié)助甲方及建筑出席現(xiàn)場(chǎng)最后評(píng)估及調(diào)整師解決方法 )5. Attend field inspection and final site adjustmentD. 額外服務(wù)以下是不包括在上述基本服務(wù)的工作范圍例子，將以額外服務(wù)計(jì)費(fèi)，開(kāi)始工作前需先得到甲方之書(shū)面 同意，額外服務(wù)將以項(xiàng)次 G. 費(fèi)用 之工時(shí)表費(fèi)率收費(fèi)。：1. 因?yàn)闃I(yè)主要求變更室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)公司，致使照明設(shè)計(jì)需要變更時(shí)，將以額外服務(wù)計(jì)費(fèi)。2. 經(jīng)由業(yè)主核可之照明設(shè)計(jì)，若業(yè)主要求其它可行照明方案或工作范圍時(shí)，將計(jì)以額外服務(wù)收費(fèi)。3. 因業(yè)主要求制作照明模型

18、，實(shí)驗(yàn)室測(cè)試或是收集研究數(shù)據(jù)所花之時(shí)間將以額外服務(wù)計(jì)費(fèi)。4. 因業(yè)主要求，設(shè)計(jì)師加速材料運(yùn)送所產(chǎn)生之時(shí)間費(fèi)用將以額外服務(wù)收費(fèi)。E. Work not included非服務(wù)項(xiàng)目The followings are not part of this proposal下列為非服務(wù)范圍：1. 申請(qǐng)政府執(zhí)照或許可證的取得，包括合同備案、消防報(bào)審等2. The Lighting Designer shall not be responsible for any work not included in this Proposal and shall only be responsible for neg

19、ligence solely resulting from its efforts. 乙方不對(duì)非本合同范圍工作負(fù)責(zé)。F. 費(fèi)用Basic scope of work基本服務(wù)范圍10 號(hào)樓別墅 150,000 RMB （ 人民幣拾伍萬(wàn)元整 ）11 號(hào)樓別墅 150,000 RMB （ 人民幣拾伍萬(wàn)元整 ）Payment schedule 付款方式：Down payment 簽約金15%Schematic Design Phase 方案設(shè)計(jì)階段完成25%Design Development Phase 擴(kuò)初設(shè)計(jì)階段完成25%Tender Documentation Phase 招標(biāo)施工圖階段完成2

Additional Services額外服務(wù)費(fèi)用：Work on any items not covered in this Proposal will be charged on a time-spent basis in accordance with the hourly rates below, or if requested will be quoted on a not-to-exceed amount at that time.任何不在合同內(nèi)的工作項(xiàng)目通稱為額外服務(wù)，乙方會(huì)以實(shí)際人員所花的時(shí)間基準(zhǔn)，依照下列的鐘點(diǎn)費(fèi)來(lái)收費(fèi)。也可以在甲方或室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)師提

23、海帳戶。電匯單位名稱： 開(kāi)戶銀行： 賬號(hào)：I. ALTERATIONS AND ADDITIONAL SERVICES 變更及額外服務(wù)1. The Client is responsible for prompt and complete administrative coordination of the work of all consultants and project participants. The Lighting Designer shall be provided with all relevant project documentation in a timely man

24、ner and all information that influences the lighting design work, including but not limited to meeting minutes, drawings and sketches, technical coordination of architectural and engineering drawings, schedules, decisions, criticisms, specifications, budgets, and changes. Should the Client not prope

25、rly and promptly coordinate the work or distribute necessary information as needed and available, resulting in delay or changes in the lighting design work, the Lighting Designer shall be relieved of any obligation tomeet project schedules and overtime or additional work resulting from such delays w

26、ill be considered Additional Services. 甲方負(fù)責(zé)協(xié)調(diào)、管理所有顧問(wèn)方及項(xiàng)目其它單位。所有與乙方有關(guān)的項(xiàng)目文件及影響乙方工作的信息 都應(yīng)及時(shí)提供給乙方，包括但不限于如下內(nèi)容：會(huì)議紀(jì)要、圖紙及草圖、建筑技術(shù)協(xié)調(diào)的相關(guān)文件如 工程圖紙、表格、決定、評(píng)判、規(guī)范、預(yù)算及變更。 所有因甲方的不當(dāng)管理，信息傳遞不暢等原因 引起的工程延誤或設(shè)計(jì)變更，乙方?jīng)]有義務(wù)按照時(shí)間進(jìn)度完成工作2. The Lighting Designer agrees to alter Conceptual Design and Schematic Studies, as necessary, f

27、or areas described under the Scope of Work at no additional fee. Commencement of work by the Lighting Designer on the Contract Documents Phase, as authorized by t he Client, shall constitute the Client' s approval of previous phases ofwork by the Lighting Designer. 對(duì)于設(shè)計(jì)范圍內(nèi)的照明設(shè)計(jì)概念及方案變更，乙方將不另收費(fèi)。對(duì)于

Upon approval by the Client of the proposed Lighting Design, any alterations to theLig hting Design or to the Scope of Work necessitated by the Client' s requirementsshall be billed as Additional Services. 所有經(jīng)由甲方確認(rèn)的照明設(shè)計(jì)，如出現(xiàn)設(shè)計(jì)變更將記以額外收費(fèi)。4. The Lighting Designe

29、r agrees to secure written permission from the Client prior to performing additional work billable as an Additional Service. Termination 終止合約This Agreement may b

30、e terminated by either party upon five (5) calendar days of receipt of written notice.
