52、,分別起源于日土110kV變電站、日松35kV變電站、熱幫35kV變電站、多瑪35kV變電站,止于各戶內(nèi)(包括戶內(nèi)燈泡、開關(guān)、插座及布線等)。1.1.2 工程規(guī)模日土縣城10kV及以下配電工程建設(shè)規(guī)模:(1)新建單回10kV線路長度為1.1km,共計桿塔21基,其中直線桿18基,耐張轉(zhuǎn)角桿3基;新建雙回10kV線路長度為2.6km共計桿塔52基,其中直線桿45基,耐張轉(zhuǎn)角桿7基(城網(wǎng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn));改造10kV線路7.7km,其中跟換電桿24基。(2)新建單回400V線路長度為0.4km,共計桿塔10基,其中直線桿7基,耐張轉(zhuǎn)角桿3基,新建400V電纜0.16km。(3)新建220V線路長度為0.5k
53、m,共計桿塔12基,其中直線桿9基,轉(zhuǎn)角桿3基。(4)新建10kV變臺6臺,其中50kVA變壓器3臺,100kVA變壓器2臺,200kVA變壓器1臺。(5) 新建戶表60戶,集中采集器1套(該部分為新建小區(qū),城區(qū)其余部分戶表本期不改造)。多瑪鄉(xiāng)10kV及以下配電工程建設(shè)規(guī)模:(1)新建單回10kV線路長度為4.1km,共計桿塔80基,其中直線桿60基,耐張轉(zhuǎn)角桿17基,防風(fēng)直線桿3基。(2)新建單回400V線路長度為2.5km,共計桿塔55基,其中直線桿49基,耐張轉(zhuǎn)角桿6基。(3)新建220V線路長度為1.5km,共計桿塔35基,其中直線桿31基,轉(zhuǎn)角桿4基 ,220V電纜1.5km。(4)
54、新建10kV變臺5臺,其中50kVA變壓器1臺,100kVA變壓器1臺, 200kVA變壓器3臺。(5) 新建戶表320戶。日松鄉(xiāng)10kV及以下配電工程建設(shè)規(guī)模:(1)新建單回10kV線路長度為25.6km,共計桿塔490基,其中直線桿414基,耐張轉(zhuǎn)角桿58基,防風(fēng)直線桿18基。(2)新建單回400V線路長度為1km,共計桿塔20基,其中直線桿17基,耐張轉(zhuǎn)角桿3基。(3)新建220V線路長度為3.5km,共計桿塔70基,其中直線桿62基,轉(zhuǎn)角桿8基。(4)新建10kV變臺6個,其中50kVA變壓器3臺,100kVA變壓器3臺。(5) 新建戶表100戶。熱幫鄉(xiāng)10kV及以下配電工程建設(shè)規(guī)模:
55、(1)新建單回10kV線路長度為9.7km,新建雙回線路長度為1.42km,共計桿塔220基,其中直線桿188基,耐張轉(zhuǎn)角桿12基,防風(fēng)直線桿20基。(2)新建單回400V線路長度為2.5km,共計桿塔55基,其中直線桿49基,耐張轉(zhuǎn)角桿6基,電力電纜4km。(3)新建220V線路長度為5.7km,共計桿塔120基,其中直線桿105基,轉(zhuǎn)角桿15基,電力電纜3.9km。(4)新建10kV變臺5臺,其中50kVA變壓器1臺,100kVA變壓器3臺,315kVA變壓器1臺。(5) 新建戶表337戶。合計為:新建10kV單回線路40.5公里、10kV雙回線路4.02公里、改造10kV線路7.7公里;

58、策劃到位、反應(yīng)迅速為原則,實現(xiàn)扁平化管理,項目部下設(shè)工程部、安質(zhì)部、綜合部三個管理部室。日土縣農(nóng)網(wǎng)改造工程(10kV)工程項目部工程組織機構(gòu)圖項目經(jīng)理:戴暢項目技術(shù)員:汪家文質(zhì)檢員:安全員:資料員:施工一隊:施工二隊:2.2施工項目部管理職責(zé)2.2.1 負責(zé)組織實施工程項目承包范圍內(nèi)的具體工作,履行施工合同約定的職責(zé)、權(quán)利和義務(wù),執(zhí)行施工單位規(guī)章制度,維護施工單位在項目上的合法權(quán)益,確保工程各項目標(biāo)的實現(xiàn)。2.2.2 貫徹執(zhí)行國家、行業(yè)建設(shè)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、規(guī)程和規(guī)范,落實國家電網(wǎng)公司、業(yè)主項目部和監(jiān)理項目部的各項管理規(guī)定,嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行基建標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化建設(shè)相關(guān)要求。2.2. 3 負責(zé)施工項目部成員的安全、質(zhì)量培訓(xùn)
59、和教育,提供必要的安全防護用品和檢測、計量設(shè)備,負責(zé)項目部的危險源和環(huán)境因素的辨識、評價與控制,并形成文件加以實施和記錄;對于重要危險源制定管理方案,并落實相應(yīng)的人員和物資準(zhǔn)備。2.2.4 建立健全安全、質(zhì)量管理網(wǎng)絡(luò),落實安全、質(zhì)量責(zé)任制。在項目安委會領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下,開展和配合現(xiàn)場各項檢查活動,履行安全、質(zhì)量管理職能,做好預(yù)控措施。參加安全、質(zhì)量事故調(diào)查、分析和處理。按規(guī)定程序上報安全、質(zhì)量事故。2.2.5 配合業(yè)主單位協(xié)調(diào)項目建設(shè)外部環(huán)境,重大問題報至監(jiān)理、業(yè)主項目部,參與協(xié)調(diào)。2.2.6 參加各級管理部門的工程月度例會或?qū)n}協(xié)調(diào)會,協(xié)調(diào)解決工程中出現(xiàn)的問題。2.2.7 報審工程資金使用、進度款申請
60、和支付等情況,配合工程結(jié)算和竣工決算、審計以及財務(wù)稽核工作。2.2.8 組織內(nèi)部檢查和質(zhì)量評定工作,組織工程內(nèi)部驗收。參加與配合各級管理部門的檢查和工程驗收工作,完善消缺整改閉環(huán)工作,配合工程移交。2.2.9 參加與配合電力質(zhì)監(jiān)中心站組織的質(zhì)量監(jiān)督活動,完善消缺整改閉環(huán)工作。2.2.10負責(zé)工程投產(chǎn)后質(zhì)保期內(nèi)保修工作;參與項目投產(chǎn)達標(biāo)和創(chuàng)優(yōu)工作。2.2.11負責(zé)工程信息與檔案資料的收集、整理、上報、移交工作。2.2.12完成各級管理部門布置的其他管理工作。2.3 項目管理機構(gòu)人員及部門職責(zé)2.3.1 項目經(jīng)理職責(zé): 落實施工現(xiàn)場管理職責(zé)的第一責(zé)任人,在授權(quán)范圍內(nèi)代表公司全面履行施工承包合同;對
