5、搖籃、科學(xué)研究的前沿和知識(shí)創(chuàng)新的重要基地和國(guó)際交流的重要橋梁和窗口。 我校自2004年受商務(wù)部委托，開(kāi)始系統(tǒng)實(shí)施各類援外人力資源合作開(kāi)發(fā)項(xiàng)目，涉及的類別包括行政管理類、經(jīng)貿(mào)類、外交類以及紡織工業(yè)類等。截止到2009年，我校共培訓(xùn)了來(lái)自超過(guò)90個(gè)國(guó)家的1054名官員。通過(guò)研修學(xué)習(xí)，官員們?cè)鰪?qiáng)了對(duì)中國(guó)的認(rèn)識(shí)和理解，為發(fā)展與中國(guó)的友好往來(lái)發(fā)揮著重要作用。同時(shí)，我們注重發(fā)揮研修班作為交流平臺(tái)的作用，協(xié)助嫁接內(nèi)容豐富的合作與交流項(xiàng)目，努力將研修班辦成建立友誼和合作的橋梁。項(xiàng)目?jī)?nèi)容介紹受中華人民共和國(guó)商務(wù)部委托，北京大學(xué)將于2010年05月11日至2010年05月31日在華舉辦“發(fā)展中國(guó)家公共政策研修班”

6、。中國(guó)政府一直堅(jiān)持公共政策服務(wù)于公共利益，推動(dòng)中國(guó)公共政策決策的民主化和科學(xué)化，提升公共政策的品質(zhì)和公共治理的質(zhì)量。中國(guó)公共政策的發(fā)展對(duì)于創(chuàng)建和諧社會(huì)和促進(jìn)社會(huì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展帶來(lái)深遠(yuǎn)的影響。伴隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的高速發(fā)展，此次研修班將把中國(guó)在公共政策制定、實(shí)施等諸多方面的經(jīng)驗(yàn)與廣大發(fā)展中國(guó)家分享，共同提高政府的執(zhí)政水平和效率。研修班工作語(yǔ)言為英語(yǔ)。研修班內(nèi)容包括專題講座、座談會(huì)、參觀企業(yè)、外地考察、游覽等。其中，講座將采用多媒體教學(xué)，并進(jìn)行案例討論，由來(lái)自北京大學(xué)的教授以及商務(wù)部的官員授課。講座的專題有：“中國(guó)國(guó)情概況”、“中國(guó)政府機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)置與改革”、“中國(guó)社會(huì)公共政策與社會(huì)發(fā)展”、“中國(guó)民主與公共政策”、
