2、 cooperation, agree to sign this contract and pledge to full conscientiously all the obligations stipulated in it.外籍教師職責(zé)Foreign Teachers Duties and Responsibilities外籍教師應(yīng)遵守中國的法律法規(guī)， 不干預(yù)中國的內(nèi)部事務(wù)。The foreign teacher will follow Chinese law and regulations, and will not interfere in Chinese interal politi

3、cal affairs.外籍教師應(yīng)遵守聘用方的工作制度和中國政府關(guān)于外籍教師的相關(guān)規(guī)章制度。The foreign teacher will follow the Employers working regulatiaons and the relevant Foreign Expert regulations of the Chinese government.外籍教師應(yīng)尊重中國人的道德標(biāo)準(zhǔn)， 特別是要保持恰當(dāng)?shù)穆殬I(yè)面貌和行為準(zhǔn)則。The foreign teacher will respect the moral standards and customs of the Chinese p

This specially includes mainting an appropriate professional apperance and standard of behavior.4. 外籍教師同意在合同期內(nèi)不接受其他學(xué)校的聘用而影響本校的正常教學(xué)。The foreign teacher agrees that during the contract period he/she will not accept employment at any other schools which will disrupt the regular teaching at Cuiha

5、i Kindergarten.5. 外籍教師應(yīng)使用聘用方提供的教學(xué)材料，制定合適的教學(xué)計(jì)劃，保證教學(xué)質(zhì)量。The foreign teacher will use the teaching materials provided by the Employer and will develop an appropriate teaching plan. The foreign teacher should consientiously apply this teaching plan to ensure a high quality education.6. 合同期間， 外籍教師每周授課32小時(shí)

6、， 每周工作5天， 每天6小時(shí)帶班時(shí)間； 每周2小時(shí)作為學(xué)習(xí)、培訓(xùn)、教研活動(dòng)時(shí)間。外籍教師職責(zé)包括: The foreign teacher will teach five workdays per week, six hours per workday. And two hours each week for discussing, preparing, and studying about the lessons for the kids. The foreign teachers duties will include:課堂準(zhǔn)備（教學(xué)計(jì)劃、教案、作業(yè)批改等）；To prepare for

(teaching plans, lesson plans, homework making, etc.)與家長和其他教師的溝通交流；Communication with parents and teachers;參加每周例會(huì)；Attending the weekly meeting;參與學(xué)?；顒?dòng)。To participate in school events.e) 承擔(dān)幼兒園教師的英語培訓(xùn)工作。The foreign teacher must take the job of teachers English training with the Chinese En

8、glish teacher.f) 嚴(yán)格按照幼兒園外籍教師工作條例執(zhí)行。The foreign teacher must work according to the Foreign Teachers rules.7. 外籍教師應(yīng)接受聘用方的評估、指導(dǎo)和考核。The foreign teacher will allow time for evaluation professional development discussions and final test of the teaching skills and teaching effects with the Employer.8. 外籍教師

9、應(yīng)持有健康證明，并負(fù)擔(dān)體檢費(fèi)用。(第三年開始報(bào)銷)The foreign teacher will have a health certificate and will be responsible for paying the cost of the medical examination. (the school will pay for the cost of the medical examination from the third year.)9、園方應(yīng)為外教購買意外傷害保險(xiǎn)。The Employer will purchase accident insurance for the

10、 Employee.10、外籍教師必須提供真實(shí)有效證件，如因證件原因產(chǎn)生的后果自行負(fù)責(zé)。The foreign teacher must provide the real certificates, the foreign teacher must take the responsibility personally because of the fake certificates.聘用方職責(zé)Employers Responsibilities1 外籍教師試用期為一個(gè)月，試用期月薪為，經(jīng)一個(gè)月試用期后， 聘用方支付給外籍教師每個(gè)月的月薪為人民幣_(tái)元， 于每月_日支付。外籍教師試用期的月薪為人民

11、幣_(tái)元。連續(xù)工作滿一年的外籍教師（從第三個(gè)假期開始）享受人民幣元假期生活補(bǔ)助(指寒暑假)。從第二年開始每年3000元的探親車費(fèi)補(bǔ)助。Foreign teachers for a month trial period, the monthly salary for a probationary period _，After a one-month probationary period, the Employer will provide s salary of RMB _ per working month to the foreign teacher. The holidays after a complete term will be effective, if the working term is not complete, the holidays after the term wont be counted. ) 2. 聘用方將對外籍教師的工作進(jìn)行指導(dǎo)和評價(jià)。The Employer will provide guidance and evaluation of the

14、foreign teachers work.3. 如有需要，聘用方將幫助外籍教師了解中國的法律法規(guī)以及中國政府聘用方關(guān)于外籍教師的相關(guān)規(guī)章制度。Upon request, the Employer will provide introductory instruction and assistance with Chinese law and regulations. The Employer will also provide the Employers work regulations and the relevant foreign Expert regulations of the C

15、hinese Government.合同的終止Termination of Contract1、下列情況下，聘用方有權(quán)書面通知外籍教師終止合同：如外籍教師違反中國的法律法規(guī)、聘用方的工作制度、中國政府關(guān)于外籍專家的相關(guān)規(guī)章制度或者合同的其他條款。此種情況，無補(bǔ)償；如外籍教師表現(xiàn)不佳，不能盡責(zé)者，聘用方有權(quán)立即終止合同，外籍教師將得到十五天的工資作為補(bǔ)償金；如聘用方?jīng)Q定給予15天的時(shí)間允許其改進(jìn)工作，但到期后其工作表現(xiàn)仍不能令聘用方滿意者，合同將被終止，聘用方無須提供額外補(bǔ)償；If the Foreign Teacher fails to satisfactory perform his/her

16、 duties and responsibilities, the contract will be terminated immediately, but the foreign teacher will receive fifteen days severance pay; Or, at he sole discretion of the Employer, the Foreign Teacher will be given fifteen days to improve his/her job performance. If, after fifteen days, the Foreig

17、n Teacher has not improved his/her job performance to the satisfaction of the Employer, the contract will then be terminated and the Foreign Teacher will not receive any additional pay;在連續(xù)30天病假后，經(jīng)合格醫(yī)生診斷外籍教師不能繼續(xù)履行其工作職責(zé)的。If, in the judgment of a qualified medical doctor, the Foreign Teacher is unable

18、to resume his/her duties and responsibilities after the expiration of thirty(30) days of sick leave. In this instance, no further payments will be made to the Foreign Teacher.2 如外籍教師需終止合同，他或她必須提前30天書面通知聘用方，聘用方將支付其工作期間的全部薪水，否則其薪水、假期補(bǔ)助和機(jī)票補(bǔ)助等均被取消。If the Foreign Teacher chooses to terminate the contract, he/she must provide thirty days wriiten notice to the Employer.
