南翼采區(qū)通風系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化與通防保障技術研究階段性報告兗礦集團濟寧二號煤礦山東科技大學二〇一三年九月目錄TOC\o"1-2"\h\z\u1礦井概述 12礦井通風阻力測定與分析 22.1測前準備工作 22.2通風阻力解算方法 32.3測定路線選擇及測點布置 62.4阻力解算 102.5通風阻力測定結果分析及評價 272.6礦井通風改造技術措施 303主要結論和建議 35南翼采區(qū)通風系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化與通防保障技術研究階段性報告1礦井概述濟寧二號煤礦是兗礦集團有限公司(以下簡稱兗礦集團)在濟寧建設的現(xiàn)代化礦井,位于濟寧市任城區(qū)境內(nèi)、濟東煤田的中部。濟寧二號煤礦的通風方式為中央并列式,通風方法為抽出式,礦井現(xiàn)布置有3個井筒,主、副井進風,中央風井回風。主要通風機為2臺上海鼓風機廠生產(chǎn)的GAF31.6-15.8-1型軸流式通風機,1臺工作,1臺備用,電機功率為1600kW。礦井2012年6月核定通風能力為560萬t/a,目前礦井總進風量16285m3/min,總排風量16586m3/min,礦井現(xiàn)在布置有2個采煤工作面、1個備用工作面和13個掘進工作面。南翼采區(qū)通風系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化與通防保障技術研究階段性究報告2礦井通風阻力測定與分析礦井通風阻力測定是通風技術管理工作的重要內(nèi)容之一,通過阻力測定可掌握通風系統(tǒng)現(xiàn)狀及必要的技術參數(shù),為礦井通風系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化和日常的通風管理工作提供準確的技術資料和基礎數(shù)據(jù)。2.1測前準備工作(1)測定路線的選擇根據(jù)測定的要求和目的,結合該礦的生產(chǎn)布局和通風系統(tǒng)的現(xiàn)狀,選擇1條風流路線長,風量大且包含采煤工作面,能反映礦井通風系統(tǒng)特征的路線作為主測路線,如有需要再選擇其他路線作為輔測路線。(2)測點布置測定路線選定后,即可按照通風阻力測定的要求,結合本工作面巷道布置的具體條件,在通風系統(tǒng)示意圖上確定出測點的位置和數(shù)量,并沿測定路線將測點依次編號。在確定測點布置時一般應遵守下述原則:①測點布置在風流穩(wěn)定,巷道規(guī)整的地點,測點前后支護完好,巷道內(nèi)無堆積物;②在風流分叉、匯合及局部阻力大的地點;③測點與風流變化點之間應有一定的距離;④測點應盡可能選在標高控制點附近。在井下實測時,還應據(jù)現(xiàn)場的實際情況對個別測點進行調(diào)整,甚至臨時性的增加或減少一些測點。以便使測點的選擇能有效的控制主要巷道和工作面的阻力分布情況。(3)測定儀器此次通風阻力測定所用各種設備儀表如表2.1所示:

表2.11濟寧二號煤礦通風系統(tǒng)阻力分布表(續(xù))區(qū)段測點區(qū)間長度/m占總長度百分比/%通風阻力/Pa占總阻力百分比/%補測路線十采區(qū)進風段1-91453.643.1415.218.8十采區(qū)回風段9-12191656.8665.6581.2合計3369.610080.85100圖2.6主測路線百米風阻分布圖圖2.7輔測路線1百米風阻分布圖圖2.8輔測路線2百米風阻分布圖圖2.9補測路線百米風阻分布圖通過表2.2~2.11和圖2.6~2.9可以看出:(1)主測路線的通風阻力為2940.74Pa,測定誤差小于5%,測定結果滿足礦井通風阻力測定和通風系統(tǒng)分析的精度要求;(2)主測路線回風段阻力值及所占比重偏高,其中回風段距離占總距離的22.28%,而阻力值卻達到總阻力的50.89%左右,主要原因是部分回風巷道段雜物堆積現(xiàn)象嚴重,有效斷面小,且回風巷道風量過于集中;(3)主測路線用風段和回風段的百米風阻值偏高,主要是由于巷道有效通風斷面小,部分巷道雜物堆積嚴重,應注意及時清理巷道中的堆積雜物,盡量避免巷道斷面的突變,加強對巷道斷面的維護;(4)輔測路線1的通風阻力分別為272.26Pa,其中進風段距離、用風段距離分別占總距離的52.67%、47.33%,阻力值各段分別占總阻力的51.41%、48.59%,用風段阻力略高一些,主要原因是部分用風段巷道雜物堆積現(xiàn)象嚴重,使得有效斷面降低,增大了該段的通風阻力;(5)輔測路線2的通風阻力為1453.42Pa,該段由于輔助通風機的作用,克服了部分阻力的作用,一定程度上緩解了南翼通風的困難狀況;(6)補測路線的通風阻力為80.85Pa,其中十采區(qū)進風段距離、十采區(qū)用風段距離分別占總距離的43.14%、56.86%,阻力值各段分別占總阻力的18.8%、81.2%,十采區(qū)用風段百米風阻值偏高,主要是由于巷道有效通風斷面小,部分巷道雜物堆積嚴重。2.6礦井通風改造技術措施2.6.1降低礦井通風阻力措施根據(jù)現(xiàn)場實地考察以及阻力測定結果分析可知,濟二煤礦南翼通風系統(tǒng)中存在局部阻力增大的情況,為盡可能消除局部阻力增大的現(xiàn)象,根據(jù)實際情況提出降阻措施:(1)清理堆積雜物嚴重巷道①南翼-740水平二部膠帶輸送機巷與11309軌順交點處上風側10m處施工物料等雜物堆積嚴重;②11308軌順密閉處施工物料等雜物堆積達3m2;③-740水平膠帶運輸巷與-740水平回風巷2#聯(lián)絡巷下風側20m處,膠帶占巷道面積約2m2;南翼輔運與輔扇聯(lián)絡巷上風側50m處有0.2m2碎石;④11309運順轉(zhuǎn)載點施工物料等雜物堆積嚴重;⑤-740軌回4#聯(lián)絡巷下風側10m處有皮帶0.6m2、管道0.3m2,其下風側30m皮帶機頭有效面積僅占巷道斷面一半;⑥-740軌回4#聯(lián)絡巷下風側85m處施工物料等雜物堆積嚴重,巷道有效面積占巷道斷面
