一．適用范圍RangeofApplication

1.本方案適用于塞拉尼斯（南京）乙酰基中間體有限公司工業(yè)乙醇項(xiàng)目八期改造擴(kuò)建罐區(qū)4臺(tái)儲(chǔ)罐的充水試驗(yàn)的施工。Thisplanisapplicabletotheexecutionofthehydro-testfor4tanksinthemodificationandexpansionofthetankfarmofCelaneseChinaFastProject.

五．施工步驟及方法ConstructionProcedureandMethod

儲(chǔ)罐已制作完成，且具備水壓試驗(yàn)條件，充水試驗(yàn)前應(yīng)對(duì)罐體進(jìn)行聯(lián)合檢查，罐體無(wú)損檢測(cè)機(jī)所有配件、附件安裝檢測(cè)完畢檢查合格后對(duì)罐體內(nèi)進(jìn)行清掃封閉人孔等，開始充水，進(jìn)行充水試驗(yàn)。充水過程中充水試驗(yàn)要求與土建基礎(chǔ)沉降觀測(cè)結(jié)合起來(lái)，設(shè)置專人對(duì)進(jìn)水和放水時(shí)間進(jìn)行監(jiān)控，發(fā)現(xiàn)異常情況應(yīng)及時(shí)處理，處理合格后方可繼續(xù)上水。充水試驗(yàn)結(jié)束后，罐體內(nèi)的水應(yīng)按業(yè)主要求和排放位置及時(shí)排放。Beforethehydro-test,thetankshellshallbejointlyinspected.AfterNTDofthetankshell,andallfittingsandaccessoriesareinstalled,tested,inspectedandaccepted,cleanthetankinsideandclosethemanhole,fillwaterandtakethehydro-test.Duringwaterfilling,thehydro-testrequirementsshallbecombinedwiththecivilstructurefoundationsettlementobservation,personnelshallbespeciallyassignedformonitoringthefillinganddrainingtime,anyabnormalityshallbetreatedintime,nowatercanbefilledinbeforethetreatmentisaccepted.Aftercompletionofthehydro-test,thewaterinthetankshellshallbepromptlydrainedaccordingtotheowner’srequirementsandthelocationfordraining.

5.1儲(chǔ)罐制造完畢后，進(jìn)行充水試驗(yàn)，并檢查下列內(nèi)容：Hydro-testwillbetakenafterthetankisfinishedinfabrication,andthefollowingcontent

shallbechecked:

1）罐底嚴(yán)密性。Tightnessofthetankbottom

2）罐壁強(qiáng)度及嚴(yán)密性。Strengthandtightnessofthetankshell

3）固定頂?shù)膹?qiáng)度及嚴(yán)密性。Strengthandtightnessofthefixedroof

4）固定頂?shù)姆€(wěn)定性。Stabilityofthefixedroof

5）基礎(chǔ)的沉降觀測(cè)。Settlementobservationforthefoundation

壓力試驗(yàn)前，首先做好以下準(zhǔn)備工作：Thefollowingpreparationsshallbemadebeforethepressuretest:

1）檢查罐外形尺寸、附件安裝是否符合要求。Checkifthetankoutlinedimensionandaccessoryinstallationsatisfyrequirements.

2）充水前將罐內(nèi)雜物清理干凈后進(jìn)行封閉，罐壁上的接管均用臨時(shí)盲板封閉，人孔用人孔法蘭蓋封閉。Beforewaterfilling,cleanoutsundriesinthetankandcloseit,closethenozzleonthetankshellwithtemporaryblind,andclosethemanholewiththemanholeflange.

3）檢查罐管口、法蘭是否已焊接完，是否有漏焊部位。Checkifthetanknozzleandflangearefinishedinwelding,andiftheweldingonanypartismissed.

4）接管補(bǔ)強(qiáng)圈用壓縮空氣氣密工作已做完，且合格。Theairtightworkofthecompressedairusedforthenozzlereinforcingringhasbeencompletedandqualified.

5）水源采用消防儲(chǔ)罐的低壓消防水，壓力為。Thewaterissourcedfromthelowpressurefirewaterofthefiretank,andthepressureis.

6）沉降觀測(cè)，儲(chǔ)罐選定4個(gè)沉降觀測(cè)點(diǎn)。Settlementobservation:4settlementobservationpointsareselectedfortanks.

7）完成罐充水前沉降觀測(cè)點(diǎn)和基準(zhǔn)點(diǎn)的設(shè)置,并測(cè)量0水位時(shí)各測(cè)點(diǎn)的標(biāo)高。Setupsettlementobservationpointsandreferencepointsbeforewaterfillingforthetank,andmeasuretheelevationofeverymeasuringpointwhenthewaterlevelis0.

8）碳鋼儲(chǔ)罐試驗(yàn)應(yīng)采用潔凈水，試驗(yàn)用水溫不低于5℃。TheCStanktestshalladoptcleanwater,andthewatertemperatureusedforthetestshallnotbelowerthan5℃.

9）V-737不銹鋼儲(chǔ)罐試驗(yàn)用水氯離子含量不得超過25mg/L。ThecontentofthechlorideioninwaterusedforV-737SStanktestshallnotbemorethan25mg/L.

10）完成罐充水前沉降觀測(cè)點(diǎn)和基準(zhǔn)點(diǎn)的設(shè)置,并測(cè)量0水位時(shí)各測(cè)點(diǎn)的標(biāo)高。Setupthesettlementobservationpointandthereferencepointbeforewaterfillingforthetank,andmeasuretheelevationofeverymeasuringpointwhenthewaterlevelis0.

充水試驗(yàn)應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定：Thehydro-testshallbeincompliancewithfollowingregulations:

1）充水和放水過程中，打開放空孔，基礎(chǔ)避免浸水。Duringwaterfillinganddraining,openthe2）充水時(shí)嚴(yán)格控制上水、停水的進(jìn)程，隨時(shí)檢查水位。Duringwaterfilling,strictlycontroltheprocessofwaterfillingandwatercutoff,andcheckthewaterlevelanytime.

3）當(dāng)?shù)谝慌_(tái)儲(chǔ)罐進(jìn)行充水試驗(yàn)時(shí)，應(yīng)充水時(shí)快速充水到罐高的1/2，進(jìn)行沉降觀測(cè)，當(dāng)不均勻沉降量小于5mm/天時(shí)，繼續(xù)充水到罐高的3/4進(jìn)行觀測(cè)，當(dāng)充水到（設(shè)計(jì)液位—1米）進(jìn)行正壓試驗(yàn)，當(dāng)不均勻沉降量仍小于5mm/天時(shí)，繼續(xù)充水到最高操作液位，并保持48小時(shí)后進(jìn)行觀測(cè)，當(dāng)沉降量無(wú)明顯變化即可放水，放水時(shí)做負(fù)壓試驗(yàn)，當(dāng)沉降量有明顯變化，則保持最高操作液面，每天進(jìn)行定期觀測(cè)，直至沉降穩(wěn)定為止。Whenthehydro-testistakenforthefirsttank,thewatershallbequicklyfilledtothepointof1/2ofthetankheightduringwaterfilling,observethesettlement,whentheunequalsettlementisstilllessthan5mm/day,goonfillinginwatertothepointof3/4ofthetankheightforobservation;whentheunequalsettlementisstilllessthan5mm/day,goonfillinginwatertothehighestoperatinglevel,andobserveitaftermaintaining48hrs,ifthesettlementdoesn’tobviouslychange,thewatercanbedrained,ifthesettlementobviouslychanges,keepthehighestoperatinglevel,andobserveitregularlyeveryday,untilthesettlementissteady.

4）當(dāng)?shù)谝慌_(tái)儲(chǔ)罐罐基沉降量符合要求后，其余各罐充水試驗(yàn)時(shí)可取罐高的1/2和3/4進(jìn)行兩次觀測(cè)。Afterthefoundationsettlementofthefirsttankmeetsrequirements,whenthehydro-testistakenfortheresttanks,thesettlementwillbeobservedtwicerespectiveatthepointof1/2and3/4heightofthetank.

5）基礎(chǔ)沉降觀測(cè)早、晚各觀測(cè)一次，每次的沉降數(shù)據(jù)做好統(tǒng)計(jì)，并描繪出基礎(chǔ)沉降變化圖，便于分析。

●在罐區(qū)內(nèi)的泡沫消防臨時(shí)接入處，用臨時(shí)管線（φ108*6）接到儲(chǔ)罐泡沫降落

槽接口上；Connectthetemporarypipe(φ108*6)totheaccessofthetankfoamdescendinggrooveatthetemporaryaccessoffoamfire-proofinthetankfarm.●按上圖所示建立試壓系統(tǒng)；Establishthepressuretestsystemaccordingtothe

abovediagram.

充水過程檢查：InspectionforWaterFillingProcess

1）進(jìn)水時(shí)專人看守進(jìn)水閥門，嚴(yán)格控制水源大小，同時(shí)找專人通過U型計(jì)

觀察儲(chǔ)罐實(shí)際充水量并與進(jìn)水人員配合，過程為1/2液位高度→3/4液位高度→滿水高度-1米→滿水高度

2）充水試驗(yàn)中應(yīng)加強(qiáng)基礎(chǔ)沉降觀測(cè)，如基礎(chǔ)發(fā)生不允許的沉降，應(yīng)停止充水，待處理后，方可繼續(xù)進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)。Dointensifysettlementobservationduringthehydro-test,ifunallowablesettlementarisesfromthefoundation,thewaterfillingshalltop,anddonotgoonthetestbeforetreatment.

3）充水和放水過程中應(yīng)打開罐頂人孔Doopenthemanholeonthetankroofduringtheprocessofwaterfillinganddraining.

4）充水過程中應(yīng)控制水的流速，水面上升的速度應(yīng)不超過h。Docontroltheflowspeedofwaterduringwaterfilling,andthespeedofwatersurfaceascentshallnotexceedh.5)上水過程中在最高設(shè)計(jì)液位的50%和75%進(jìn)行罐體檢查。Duringwaterfilling,checkthetankbodyatthepointof50%and75%ofthehighestdesignlevel.

充水試驗(yàn)方法：Hydro-testmethod:

1）罐底的嚴(yán)密性，應(yīng)以充水試驗(yàn)過程中罐底無(wú)滲漏為合格，若發(fā)現(xiàn)滲漏，應(yīng)

放水后進(jìn)行檢查補(bǔ)焊。Tightnessofthetankbottom:ifthetankhasnoleakageduringthehydro-test,itisacceptable,incaseofanyleakage,itshallbeinspectedandwelding-repairedafterwaterdraining.

2）罐壁的強(qiáng)度及嚴(yán)密性試驗(yàn)，應(yīng)以充水到設(shè)計(jì)最高液位并保持48h后，罐壁

無(wú)滲漏、無(wú)異常變形為合格，發(fā)現(xiàn)滲漏時(shí)應(yīng)放水，使液面比滲漏處低300mm

進(jìn)行修補(bǔ)。Strengthandtightnesstestforthetankshell:ifthetankshellisfreeofleakage,abnormalityanddeformationafterthewaterisfilledtothehighestdesignlevelandmaintains48h,itisacceptable,incaseofanyleakage,thewatershallbedrainedtomakethewaterlevel300mmlowerthantheleakage.

3）固定頂?shù)膹?qiáng)度及嚴(yán)密性試驗(yàn)，打開閥門1，關(guān)閉閥門2，通過消防帶從罐頂部進(jìn)行上水，在上水至設(shè)計(jì)液面高度下1米處時(shí)，用盲板封堵所有開孔，緩慢調(diào)節(jié)閥門1，緩慢上升，升壓至試驗(yàn)壓力（）時(shí)，停止充水，進(jìn)行固定頂強(qiáng)度及嚴(yán)密性試驗(yàn)，在罐頂涂以肥皂水檢查，試驗(yàn)后應(yīng)立即將罐頂孔開啟，與大氣相通，恢復(fù)到常壓;Strengthandtightnesstestofthefixedroof:openValve1,closeValve2,andfillwaterfromthetanktopthroughthefirehose,whenthewaterisfilledtothepointof1mlowerthanthedesignlevel,blockallopeningsbyblinds,slowlyregulateValve1,thepressureslowlyrises,whenthepressurerisestothetestpressure,stopfillingwater,andconductthestrengthandtightnesstestforthefixedroof,applysoapywateronthetankroofforinspection,anddoopenthetankroofholeimmediatelyafterthetest,soastocontacttheatmosphereandrecovertonormalpressure.

4）固定頂?shù)姆€(wěn)定性試驗(yàn)，充水到設(shè)計(jì)最高液位時(shí)，用盲板封堵所有開孔，打開

閥門4、3，用放水方法進(jìn)行固定頂?shù)姆€(wěn)定性試驗(yàn)，緩慢降壓，達(dá)到試驗(yàn)負(fù)壓（）時(shí)，觀察罐頂（罐頂無(wú)異常變形為合格），試驗(yàn)后應(yīng)立即將孔開啟,與大氣相通，恢復(fù)到常壓;固定頂儲(chǔ)罐在充水到8754mm液位前，應(yīng)打開頂部人孔。Stabilitytestforthefixedroof:whenthewaterisfilledtothehighestdesignlevel,blockallopeningswithblinds,openValve3andValve4,conductthestabilitytestofthefixedroofbywaterdraining,depressurizeditslowly,whenitisuptothetestnegativepressure,observethetankroof(itisacceptableifthetankroofisfreeofabnormalityanddeformation),doopentheholeimmediatelyafterthetest,soastocontacttheatmosphereandrecovertonormalpressure.Theroofmanholeshallbeopenedbeforethewaterinthefixedrooftankisfilledtothelevel8754mm.

5）當(dāng)考慮水的重復(fù)利用，第一臺(tái)罐水壓試驗(yàn)完畢后，緩慢打開閥3，將水直接排到第二臺(tái)罐里，待兩罐水位平衡后，關(guān)閉閥2，然后利用消防帶進(jìn)行上水；Inviewofrecyclingofwater,afterthefirsttankisfinishedinthehydro-test,slowlyopenValve3,directlydrainthewatertothesecondtank,afterthewaterlevelinthetwotanksisbalanced,closeValve2,andthenfillwaterwiththefirehose.

基礎(chǔ)沉降觀測(cè)FoundationSettlementObservation

1）根據(jù)儲(chǔ)罐的體積和直徑，確定儲(chǔ)罐沉降觀測(cè)的點(diǎn)數(shù)，見下圖。Makesurethenumberoftanksettlementobservationpointsaccordingtothevolumeanddiameterofthetank,seethefollowingdrawing.

2）四臺(tái)儲(chǔ)罐分別選好基準(zhǔn)點(diǎn)為控制點(diǎn)。Referencepointsarerespectivelyselectedforthefourtanksascontrolpoints.

3)空罐（上水前，第一次）→1/2液位高度（第二次）→3/4液位高度（第三次）→滿水高度（1小時(shí)第四次）→滿水高度-1米（第五次）→滿水高度（48小時(shí)后，第六次）→空罐（放水后，第七次）

Emptytank(beforewaterfilling,thefirsttime)→1/2waterlevel(thesecondtime)→3/4waterlevel(thethirdtime)→fullwaterlevel(1hr,thefourthtime)→fullwaterlevel(after48hrs,thefifthtime)

→empty(afterwaterdraining,thesixthtime)

4)水壓試驗(yàn)過程中，應(yīng)緊密跟蹤罐體每次的沉降量，檢查其是否符合規(guī)范允許值。Duringthehydro-test,closelytrackthesettlementofthetankbodyeverytime,andcheckiftheysatisfythespecifiedallowablevalue.

5）儲(chǔ)罐基礎(chǔ)沉降允許值：充水高度為：H/2（H為罐高），沉降量<5mm/d,充水高度為：3H/4，沉降量仍<5mm/d,充水到最高液位后，保持48h觀測(cè)，總沉降量<valueofthetankfoundationsettlement:thewaterfillinglevel:H/2(Histheheightofthetank),thesettlement<5mm/d,thewaterfillingheightis3H/4,thesettlement<5mm/d,afterthewaterisfilledtothehighestlevel,observeitfor48h,andthetotalsettlement<25mm.

6)為方便測(cè)出罐內(nèi)液位的實(shí)際高度，從罐壁管口上接出一臨時(shí)閥門，并將軟管接從低接管接到罐頂，為防止塑膠管滑落，采用柔性材料將其臨時(shí)綁扎到腳手架靠里側(cè)。Inordertomeasuretheactualheightofthewaterlevelinthetank,extendatemporaryvalvefromthetanknozzle,andconnectthehosetothetankrooffromthelowernozzle,inordertopreventplasticpipefromsliding,bindittotheinnersideofthescaffoldtemporarilywithflexiblematerial.

放水檢查InspectionforWaterDraining

1)放水停留時(shí)間應(yīng)符合土建專業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)文件的要求Waterdrainingdetentiontimeshallbein

compliancewiththerequirementsofdesigndocumentsofthecivilworkdiscipline.

2)儲(chǔ)罐試壓完畢后，放水應(yīng)排放到指定位置（罐區(qū)圍堰內(nèi)部排水溝），不可就地排放使基

礎(chǔ)浸水；Afterthetankpressuretestisfinished,thewatershallbedrainedtothespecifiedposition,andcannotbedrainedlocallyforfearoffoundationsoaking.

試壓技術(shù)要求TechnicalRequirementsforPressureTest

1.一般要求generalrequirements

1）試壓工作開戰(zhàn)前，施工技術(shù)人員必須對(duì)參加試壓的所有人員進(jìn)行技術(shù)交底，安全交底，嚴(yán)格遵守安全紀(jì)律和操作規(guī)程。Beforestartofthepressuretest,technicalpersonnelofconstructionshallgivetechnicalandsafetypresentationtoallpressuretestparticipants,andabidebysafetydisciplinesandoperatingregulationsstrictly.

2）劃定危險(xiǎn)區(qū)，并安排人員負(fù)責(zé)警戒，禁止無(wú)關(guān)人員進(jìn)入。Dividedangerouszones,andarrangepersonstoberesponsibleforalert,andnoentryforunrelatedpersonnel.2.試驗(yàn)時(shí)的要求testrequirements

3）負(fù)責(zé)降壓的操作人員必須控制升壓的速度，進(jìn)水，泄壓注意防空。Operatorswhoareresponsibleforreducingpressuremustcontrolthespeedofboostingpressure,waterinflowandpressurerelief,andpayattentionnottoemptying.

4）水壓試驗(yàn)后，試壓用水必須由管道排放至指定地點(diǎn)，不得就地排放。Afterthehydro-test,thewaterusedforpressuretestshallbedrainedtothespecifiedlocationthroughthepipe,donotdrainitlocally.

1)試驗(yàn)時(shí)每臺(tái)儲(chǔ)罐應(yīng)裝設(shè)1塊壓力表，1塊真空表，試驗(yàn)壓力以裝設(shè)在設(shè)備最高處的壓力表讀數(shù)為準(zhǔn)。Duringthetest,eachtankshallbeprovidedwithonepressuregaugeandonevacuumgauge,andthetestpressureshallbebasedonthereadingofthepressuregaugemountedonthehighestpointof

一般要求：Generalrequirements:

1壓力試驗(yàn)的各項(xiàng)準(zhǔn)備工作必須經(jīng)過我方質(zhì)量部門的自檢合格，安全工作經(jīng)過

HSE經(jīng)理同意后方可開始進(jìn)行試壓工作。Allpreparationsforthepressuretest

shallbeself-inspectedbyourqualitydepartmentandacceptable,andthepressure

testcannotbeconductedbeforethesafetyworkisapprovedbyHSEmanager.

2所有參與壓力試驗(yàn)人員要進(jìn)行崗位分工，責(zé)任明確；Allpressuretestparticipants’

dutyshallbedividedwithclearresponsibility.

3試壓時(shí)用警戒繩將儲(chǔ)罐圈出安全范圍，無(wú)關(guān)人員不得擅自靠近，以防止突發(fā)事

thetank,andunrelatedpersonnelshallnotapproachwithoutauthorization.

4試壓時(shí)隨時(shí)注意環(huán)境溫度的變化，監(jiān)視壓力表的讀數(shù)，防止發(fā)生超壓現(xiàn)象。

7各接管應(yīng)用耐壓大于試驗(yàn)壓力的密封件密封，各連接件部位的緊固螺栓

應(yīng)按規(guī)定的材料規(guī)格、數(shù)量裝備齊全。嚴(yán)禁在試驗(yàn)過程中，帶壓緊固螺栓及其他緊固件。Everynozzleshallbesealedbythesealingelementwhosepressure
