摘要:目的:探討肌骨超聲引導(dǎo)下深刺帶脈穴對(duì)產(chǎn)后腰痛患者腹橫肌的影響及臨床療效。方法:選取2019年1月至2020年1月婦產(chǎn)科住院患者近160例,其中產(chǎn)后腰痛者101例,將其隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組和觀察組。對(duì)照組采用傳統(tǒng)中醫(yī)針灸療法,觀察組采用肌骨超聲引導(dǎo)下深刺帶脈穴療法。比較兩組療效及腹橫肌收縮時(shí)間、放松時(shí)間差異。結(jié)果:治療后,觀察組101例患者治愈80例(79%),有效21例(21%),治療無(wú)效0例(0%);對(duì)照組101例患者治愈60例(59%),有效32例(32%),治療無(wú)效9例(9%)。觀察組治療有效率顯著高于對(duì)照組(P<0.05)。同時(shí),觀察組腹橫肌收縮時(shí)間、放松時(shí)間明顯減少,差異顯著(P<0.05)。結(jié)論:肌骨超聲引導(dǎo)下深刺帶脈穴在治療產(chǎn)后腰痛患者方面具有較高的治療效果,能夠顯著改善患者腹橫肌功能,提高生活質(zhì)量。因此,可納入臨床治療方案,以提高療效和治愈率。

Abstract:Objective:Toinvestigatetheeffectofmuscle-boneultrasound-guideddeepneedlingofthebeltmeridianpointonthetransverseabdominisofpostpartumlowbackpainpatientsandtheclinicalefficacy.Methods:Nearly160inpatientsintheobstetricsandgynecologydepartmentfromJanuary2019toJanuary2020wereselected,including101casesofpostpartumlowbackpain,andtheywererandomlydividedintoacontrolgroupandanobservationgroup.ThecontrolgroupusedtraditionalChinesemedicineacupuncturetherapy,andtheobservationgroupusedmuscle-boneultrasound-guideddeepneedlingofthebeltmeridianpointtherapy.Thetherapeuticeffectsanddifferencesinthecontractiontimeandrelaxationtimeofthetransverseabdominiswerecomparedbetweenthetwogroups.Results:Aftertreatment,outof101patientsintheobservationgroup,80caseswerecured(79%),21caseswereeffective(21%),and0caseswereineffective(0%);outof101patientsinthecontrolgroup,60caseswerecured(59%),32caseswereeffective(32%),and9caseswereineffective(9%).Theeffectiverateoftreatmentintheobservationgroupwassignificantlyhigherthanthatinthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).Atthesametime,thecontractiontimeandrelaxationtimeofthetransverseabdominisintheobservationgroupweresignificantlyreduced,andthedifferencewassignificant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Muscle-boneultrasound-guideddeepneedlingofthebeltmeridianhasahightherapeuticeffectinthetreatmentofpostpartumlowbackpain,whichcansignificantlyimprovethefunctionofthetransverseabdominisandimprovethequalityoflifeofpatients.Therefore,itcanbeincludedintheclinicaltreatmentplantoimprovetheefficacyandcurerate.

Inrecentyears,traditionalChinesemedicine(TCM)hasgainedpopularityasatreatmentoptionforpostpartumlowbackpain.OneofthemosteffectiveTCMtechniquesistheuseofdeepneedlingofthebeltmeridianpoint.Thistechniqueinvolvesinsertingathinneedleintospecificacupointsalongthebeltmeridian,whichrunsalongthelowerback,hips,andabdomen.

Toenhancetheefficacyofthistechnique,muscle-boneultrasoundguidanceisusedtoensureaccurateneedleplacement.Thistechnologyallowsthepractitionertovisualizetheunderlyingmusclesandbones,enablingthemtopreciselytargettheaffectedareas.

Researchhasshownthatdeepneedlingofthebeltmeridianpointcansignificantlyimprovethefunctionofthetransverseabdominismuscle,whichplaysanimportantroleinmaintainingcorestabilityandsupportingthelowerback.Bystimulatingthismuscle,patientsmayexperienceareductioninpainandanimprovementintheirabilitytoperformdailyactivities.

Clinicalstudieshavealsodemonstratedthesafetyandeffectivenessofthistechniqueinthetreatmentofpostpartumlowbackpain.Patientswhoreceivedthistreatmentreportedasignificantreductioninpainintensityandimprovedqualityoflife.

Inconclusion,deepneedlingofthebeltmeridianpointusingmuscle-boneultrasoundguidanceisasafeandeffectivetreatmentoptionforpostpartumlowbackpain.Byimprovingthefunctionofthetransverseabdominismuscle,thistechniquecanhelppatientsregaintheirmobilityandimprovetheirqualityoflife.Itshouldbeconsideredaspartoftheclinicaltreatmentplanforthiscondition。Theuseofdeepneedlingwithultrasoundguidanceisarelativelynewtechniqueforthetreatmentofpostpartumlowbackpain.Whilethereareothertreatmentsavailable,suchasmassagetherapyorphysicaltherapy,thesemaynotalwaysprovidesufficientreliefforpatients.Withtheintroductionofthistechnique,itmaybepossibletoprovideamoretargetedapproachtothetreatmentoflowbackpain.

Ofcourse,likeanymedicaltreatment,deepneedlingwithultrasoundguidanceisnotwithoutitsrisks.Patientsmayexperiencesomediscomfortduringtheprocedure,andthereisalwaysthepossibilityofinfectionsorothercomplications.Nevertheless,withtherighttrainingandguidancefromaqualifiedhealthcareprovider,thisapproachcanbeasafeandeffectiveoptionformanypatients.

Inadditiontoitsuseinthetreatmentofpostpartumlowbackpain,deepneedlingwithultrasoundguidancemayalsohavepotentialapplicationsinthetreatmentofothermusculoskeletalconditions.Forexample,itmaybeeffectiveinthetreatmentofchroniclowbackpain,orinthetreatmentoftendinitisorothertypesofinflammatoryconditions.

Overall,theuseofdeepneedlingwithultrasoundguidancerepresentsanexcitingnewapproachtothetreatmentoflowbackpain.Byprovidingatargetedapproachtothetreatmentofmusculoskeletalconditions,itmaybepossibletoimprovepatientoutcomesandproviderelieftothosesufferingfrompainandmobilityissues.Withfurtherresearchanddevelopment,thistechniquemayhaveevenbroaderapplicationsinthefieldofsportsmedicine,physicaltherapy,andotherareasofhealthcare。Inadditiontoitspotentialbenefitsforlowbackpain,theuseofdeepneedlingwithultrasoundguidancecouldhaveimplicationsforarangeofothermusculoskeletalconditions.Forexample,itmaybeusefulintreatingsportsinjuriessuchassprains,strains,andtears.Theseinjuriescanresultfromsuddentrauma,overuse,orrepetitivemotion,andcancausesignificantpainandlossoffunction.

MFL-LEMoffersanewapproachtotreatingtendinopathies.Thetechniqueinvolvesinsertingasmallneedleintothedamagedtendonunderultrasoundguidance.Theneedleemitsahigh-frequencyelectromagneticfieldthatstimulatesthecellsinthetendon,encouragingthemtorepairandregenerate.Thisprocesscanhelptoreducepain,improvestrength,andrestorenormalfunctiontothetendon.
