摘要：

隨著中國企業(yè)對外直接投資的不斷增加，融資約束成為制約企業(yè)對外投資的一個重要因素。本文通過對近年來有關(guān)融資約束和對外直接投資的研究進行綜述，分析了融資約束對中國企業(yè)對外投資的影響機制，并從企業(yè)理論、資本市場和政策環(huán)境三個方面探討了其影響渠道。本文認為，融資約束限制了企業(yè)獲得融資的能力，導致企業(yè)難以擴大對外直接投資。同時，融資約束也影響了企業(yè)的經(jīng)營決策，企業(yè)可能更傾向于選擇未涉足的市場，降低風險。然而，政策環(huán)境、企業(yè)實力和行業(yè)特性等因素也會影響融資約束的影響。

本文通過對樣本企業(yè)的實證分析，發(fā)現(xiàn)融資約束對企業(yè)對外直接投資的影響存在區(qū)別，且影響程度隨著企業(yè)規(guī)模、行業(yè)和資本市場情況變化而變化。具體來說，大型企業(yè)更能夠在資本市場融到資，相對不受融資約束的影響；而中小企業(yè)受融資約束的影響更為明顯。政策環(huán)境也會影響融資約束的效果，鼓勵融資的優(yōu)惠政策會減輕融資約束對中小企業(yè)的影響。

Abstract:

WiththeincreasingdirectinvestmentofChineseenterprises,financingconstraintshavebecomeanimportantfactorlimitingtheenterprises'overseasinvestment.Thispaperreviewstherelevantresearchonfinancingconstraintsanddirectinvestmentinrecentyears,analyzestheimpactmechanismoffinancingconstraintsonChineseenterprises'overseasinvestment,andexplorestheimpactchannelsfromthreeaspects:enterprisetheory,capitalmarket,andpolicyenvironment.Thepaperholdsthatfinancingconstraintslimittheabilityofenterprisestoobtainfinancing,makingitdifficultforthemtoexpandtheirdirectinvestmentoverseas.Atthesametime,financingconstraintsalsoaffectcorporatedecision-making,andenterprisesmaybemoreinclinedtochooseunexploredmarketstoreducerisk.However,factorssuchaspolicyenvironment,enterprisestrength,andindustrycharacteristicswillalsoaffecttheimpactoffinancingconstraints.

Throughempiricalanalysisofsampleenterprises,thispaperfindsthattheimpactoffinancingconstraintsonenterprises'directinvestmentoverseasisdifferent,andthedegreeofimpactchangeswiththesizeoftheenterprise,theindustry,andthecapitalmarketsituation.Specifically,largeenterprisesaremoreabletoobtainfinancinginthecapitalmarketandarerelativelylessaffectedbyfinancingconstraints,whilesmallandmedium-sizedenterprisesaremoreaffectedbyfinancingconstraints.Thepolicyenvironmentalsoaffectstheeffectoffinancingconstraints,andpreferentialpoliciesthatencouragefinancingwillalleviatetheimpactoffinancingconstraintsonsmallandmedium-sizedenterprises.
