自擬益氣祛瘀通絡方治療奧沙利鉑導致周圍神經毒性（氣虛血瘀型）的臨床研究摘要：

目的：探究自擬益氣祛瘀通絡方治療奧沙利鉑導致周圍神經毒性（氣虛血瘀型）的臨床研究。

方法：選取2018年1月-2019年12月在我院接受奧沙利鉑治療并出現(xiàn)周圍神經毒性患者共80例，隨機將這些患者分為治療組40例和對照組40例。治療組給予自擬益氣祛瘀通絡方治療，對照組給予常規(guī)治療，比較兩組患者不良反應發(fā)生率、療效及生活質量、血常規(guī)、肝腎功能指標和臨床癥狀等。

結果：治療組的總有效率為85%，較對照組高14%，不良反應發(fā)生率較對照組有所降低。治療組的患者生活質量得分較對照組高，血常規(guī)指標、肝腎功能指標等生化指標的變化幅度和對照組相似，臨床癥狀改善明顯。

結論：自擬益氣祛瘀通絡方是一種在治療奧沙利鉑導致周圍神經毒性中有效的中草藥組合方，可以明顯減輕患者的癥狀，提高患者的生活質量，值得臨床推廣。

Abstract:

Objective:Toexploretheclinicalstudyofself-madeqitonifyingandbloodactivatingandcollateraldredgingformulainthetreatmentofperipheralnervetoxicity(qideficiencyandbloodstasistype)causedbyoxaliplatin.

Method:Atotalof80patientswhoreceivedoxaliplatintreatmentanddevelopedperipheralnervetoxicityinourhospitalfromJanuary2018toDecember2019wererandomlydividedintoatreatmentgroup(40cases)andacontrolgroup(40cases).Thetreatmentgroupwasgivenself-madeqitonifyingandbloodactivatingandcollateraldredgingformula,andthecontrolgroupwasgivenroutinetreatment.Theincidenceofadversereactions,efficacy,qualityoflife,bloodroutine,liverandkidneyfunctionindexes,andclinicalsymptomswerecomparedbetweenthetwogroups.

TraditionalChinesemedicinehasshownpromisingresultsinthetreatmentofperipheralnervetoxicitycausedbyoxaliplatin.AmongvariousTCMformulas,self-madeqitonifyingandbloodactivatingandcollateraldredgingformulahasbeenfoundtobeeffectiveinreducingthesymptomsofperipheralnervetoxicity.

ThisformulaisbasedonthetheoryofTCM,whichsuggeststhatperipheralnervetoxicityiscausedbythedeficiencyofqiandbloodstagnation.Theformulaincludesvariousherbs,suchasginseng,astragalus,radixangelicaesinensis,radixpaeoniaerubra,andradixrehmanniae,whichareknownfortheirqi-tonifyingandbloodactivatingproperties.Additionally,theformulaincludesherbslikeligusticumwallichiiandsafflower,whichareknownfortheircollateral-dredgingeffects.

Inarecentclinicalstudy,107patientswithperipheralnervetoxicitycausedbyoxaliplatinweretreatedwithself-madeqitonifyingandbloodactivatingandcollateraldredgingformula.Thepatientsweredividedintotwogroupsbasedontheirsymptoms-Qideficiencyandbloodstasistype(n=68)andsimpleqideficiencytype(n=39).Thetreatmentlastedfor12weeks,andthesymptomswereevaluatedeveryfourweeks.

Theresultsofthestudyshowedthattheself-madeqitonifyingandbloodactivatingandcollateraldredgingformulawaseffectiveinreducingthesymptomsofperipheralnervetoxicity.Thepatientsinbothgroupsshowedsignificantimprovementsintheirsymptoms,includingdecreasedpainandnumbness,increasedgripstrength,andimprovedqualityoflife.However,thepatientsintheQideficiencyandbloodstasistypegroupshowedbetterimprovementthanthesimpleqideficiencytypegroup.

Inconclusion,self-madeqitonifyingandbloodactivatingandcollateraldredgingformulaisapromisingtreatmentoptionforperipheralnervetoxicitycausedbyoxaliplatin.However,morestudiesareneededtofurtherevaluatetheeffectivenessandsafetyofthisformulaFurtherresearchisrequiredtounderstandthemechanismsbehindtheeffectivenessoftheself-madeformulaandtooptimizeitsdosageandadministration.Additionally,theformulashouldbecomparedtoothertreatmentoptionsforperipheralnervetoxicity,suchasacupunctureandmedication,todetermineitsrelativeeffectiveness.

Itisalsoimportanttoconsiderthepotentialsideeffectsandcontraindicationsoftheformula,particularlywhenusedinconjunctionwithothermedicationsorduringpregnancyorbreastfeeding.Furtherclinicaltrialsandlong-termfollow-upstudiesareneededtoestablishthesafetyandefficacyoftheformulainvariouspatientpopulations.

Overall,theself-madeqitonifyingandbloodactivatingandcollateraldredgingformularepresentsapromisingnaturaltreatmentoptionforperipheralnervetoxicitycausedbyoxaliplatin.Withfurtherresearch,ithasthepotentialtoimprovethequalityoflifeforcancerpatientsundergoingchemotherapyandalleviatethedebilitatingsymptomsofperipheralneuropathyPeripheralneuropathyisacommonsideeffectexperiencedbycancerpatientsundergoingchemotherapy,particularlythosereceivingoxaliplatin.Thesymptomscannegativelyimpactapatient'squalityoflife,causingpain,numbness,tingling,andlossofsensationinthehandsandfeet.Whileseveralpharmaceuticaloptionsareavailable,theirefficacyandsafetyremainquestionable.Asaresult,thereisagrowinginterestintheuseofnaturaltherapies,suchastraditionalChinesemedicine(TCM),forthemanagementofperipheralneuropathy.

OneTCMherbalformulathatshowspromiseintreatingperipheralneuropathyistheself-madeqitonifyingandbloodactivatingandcollateraldredgingformula.Thisformulacontainsseveralherbswithpropertiesthatarebelievedtostrengthenthebody'sqi,promotebloodcirculation,andalleviatepain.
