3.MyViewonthepost-graduateCrazeMoreandmorecollegestudentsarenowconsideringgaininganotherdegreeinsteadofstartingtheirwork-lifeimmediatelyaftertheirgraduation.Soeachyearmillionsofthegraduatesattendthepost-graduateentranceexaminationandkindsofremedialclassespopup.Severalfactorsleadtothepost-graduatecraze.Moreandmorestudentshaveregardedthepursuingofamasterdegreeasanindispensablepartoftheireducation.Themainreasonliesinthefiercecompetitionforjobswithalargerandlargernumberofgraduates.Onewaytogainsomeadvantageoverothersistohaveahigherdegree.Secondapost-graduatedegreecanbehelpfultoamorepromisingcareer.Comparedwiththosewithoutamasterdegreemasterswillenjoymorepreferentialtreatmentforexamplebettersalariesmoreopportunitiesforpromotionandtraining.Inmyopinionthepost-graduatecrazecanhelptodelaythepressureofemploymentinourcountry.Butontheotherhandthedemandofourtimeisfortalentsequippedwiththelatestknowledgeandskillsoitisalso
