uán)螺釘及吊耳以上技術(shù)要求不必然全數(shù)列出,有時還需另增項目,主要由設(shè)計的具體要求而定。技術(shù)要求裝配前,所有零件用煤油清洗,轉(zhuǎn)動軸承用汽油清洗,不準(zhǔn)有任何雜物存在。內(nèi)壁涂上不被機(jī)油侵蝕的涂料兩次;嚙合側(cè)隙用鉛絲查驗不小于0.16mm,鉛絲不得大于最小側(cè)隙的4倍;用涂色法查驗斑點。按齒高接觸點不小于40%;按齒長接觸斑點不小于50%。必要時可用研磨或刮后研磨以便改善接觸情況;應(yīng)調(diào)整軸承軸向間隙:中40為0.05--0.1mm,①55為0.08--0.15mm;查驗減速器剖分面、各接觸面及密封處,均不準(zhǔn)漏油。剖分面允許涂以密封油漆或水玻璃,不允許利用任何填料;機(jī)座內(nèi)裝N100潤滑油至規(guī)定高度。齒輪和軸的介紹摘要:在傳統(tǒng)機(jī)械和現(xiàn)代機(jī)械中齒輪的重腹地位是不可動搖的。齒輪主要安裝在主軸箱來
