A，B兩個充滿吸附劑的干燥罐，即一個罐體在高分壓（工作壓力）狀態(tài)下吸附水蒸汽時，另一個罐體在低分壓（接近大氣壓）下解析，然后按設(shè)定的時間程序切換。

OperatingPrincipleofColdDryer如圖可知道冷干機大體分為四部分1、制冷；2、總成；3、壓縮空氣；4、排水部分。作用分別如下：

Refrigerationpart:Itimplementsrefrigerationintheevaporator(theassembly)throughtheoperationoftherefrigerationcompressor;總成：將熱的壓縮空氣集合在一密閉的容器里進行深度脫水降溫處理；Assemblypart:Itgathersthehotcompressedairinasealedcontainertoconductin-depthdehydrationandcoolingtreatment;壓縮空氣部分：為用戶提供連續(xù)的氣源，通過管路送到總成里面脫水；

Compressedairpart:Itprovidescontinuousairsourcefortheuser,anddeliverstheairtotheassemblyfordehydrationthroughpipelines.排水部分：將壓縮空氣中析出的水分排出設(shè)備。

Start-up每日開機前，應重復上述準備工作，然后按下啟動按鈕，機組開始運行。為謹慎安全起見，開機十分鐘后應檢查空壓機油位，看其油面是否仍在油位計的二紅線中的下線之上。并同時觀察儀表、壓力、溫度和指示燈是否在正常狀態(tài)。若發(fā)現(xiàn)有漏油、振動、異常聲音等情況，應立即按下“緊急停止”按鈕停機檢查。Priortostarting-upeveryday,theabovepreparationworksshouldberepeatedandthenthestartbuttonshouldbepressedafterwhichtheunitstartstooperate.Forthesakeofsafety,oilleveloftheaircompressorshouldbecheckedtenminutesafterstart-uptoseewhethertheoillevelisstillabovethelowerlineofthetworedlinesontheoillevelgauge;meanwhile,observationshouldbeperformedoninstrument,pressure,temperatureandindicatorlamptoseewhethertheyareinnormalstate.Whereoilleakage,vibrationorabnormalsoundisfound,“emergencystop”buttonshouldbepressedforinspection.2、停機
