文體常識

一、文體特點

讀后續(xù)寫(COntinUatiOnWriting)是指在閱讀一段350詞以內(nèi)的語言材料的基礎(chǔ)上,根據(jù)所

給兩個段落開頭語,將其發(fā)展成一篇與給定材料有邏輯銜接、情節(jié)和結(jié)構(gòu)完整的150詞左右

的短文。這種寫作能夠激發(fā)學(xué)生的想象力,培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)新思維能力。

讀后續(xù)寫的內(nèi)容是否與給定材料具有邏輯銜接,既是高考讀后續(xù)寫的評價標(biāo)準(zhǔn)之一,也

是讀后續(xù)寫寫作的重點和難點。

因為故事類文本的可讀性強(qiáng)、情節(jié)發(fā)展具有較強(qiáng)的邏輯性,所以故事類文本就成了讀后

續(xù)寫這種寫作題型采用的主要材料。續(xù)寫部分一般分為兩類:

(1)半開放性質(zhì)。必須依據(jù)文章的語境邏輯推理續(xù)寫。

(2)完全開放性質(zhì)??梢砸罁?jù)文章的思路,自己發(fā)揮。

在進(jìn)行續(xù)寫時,應(yīng)注意以下幾個方面:

1兩個段落開頭語對續(xù)寫故事的發(fā)展方向起著不同的銜接作用。

(1)第一段的開頭語主要起"承上啟下''的作用,其續(xù)寫內(nèi)容一般受到第二段開頭語的影

響和制約,即第一段續(xù)寫的故事發(fā)展方向應(yīng)為第二段開頭語。

如最初的浙江省《考試說明》樣題提供的“Ashewasrunning,Arthurheardtheyoungman

shoutingbehind,'Stop,stop!”'和"ThetaxistoppedinfrontofthepolicestationandArthUr…''這

兩個段落開頭語。從第二段開頭語可知,無論第一段續(xù)寫內(nèi)容如何設(shè)定,其故事發(fā)展方向必

定是Arthur乘坐出租車去了警察局。因此,第一段續(xù)寫應(yīng)圍繞“Arthurdidn'tstopbuttooka

taxitothepoliceStation''這--過程中的行為及其心理展開描寫。

(2)第二段開頭語一般呈現(xiàn)時間、地點和人物等續(xù)寫內(nèi)容發(fā)展的基本要素,雖對情節(jié)發(fā)

展產(chǎn)生一定影響,但是對整個故事的發(fā)展方向或結(jié)局并不起決定作用。

如《考試說明》樣題提供的第二段開頭語“Thetaxistoppedinfrontofthepolicestationand

Arthur...,,,該句僅呈現(xiàn)了地點(thepolicestation)和人物(ArIhUr),對該段續(xù)寫內(nèi)容的發(fā)展沒

有任何暗示線索或方向提示。

由此可見,第二段開頭語對續(xù)寫情節(jié)的發(fā)展不具備限制性,其發(fā)展方向具有不確定性。

2.在讀后續(xù)寫所提供的短文中,往往存在對續(xù)寫情節(jié)方向有暗示的信息詞,如果不仔

細(xì)閱讀原文,很容易被忽視。暗示續(xù)寫方向的信息詞主要有以下三類:

(1)對短文進(jìn)行概括或定性的形容詞或副詞.

如《考試說明》樣題短文的首句就出現(xiàn)了“AfunnythinghappenedtoArthurwhenhewas

onthewaytoworkoneday.",顯然該句對全文故事具有極高的概括性,且把Arthur當(dāng)天的

經(jīng)歷定性為“funny”,該形容詞對續(xù)寫情節(jié)發(fā)展具有決定性的影響。

(2)助推情節(jié)發(fā)展的連詞。

讀后續(xù)寫的思維主要有聚合和發(fā)散兩種,其情節(jié)發(fā)展主要依賴連詞的助推。如《考試說

明》樣題短文的第二段段落開頭語“Thetaxistoppedinfrontofthepolicestationand

Arthur…”中出現(xiàn)了and一詞,則發(fā)展方向應(yīng)為ArthUr進(jìn)入了警察局。但若句中and改為

but,則續(xù)寫方向應(yīng)考慮Arthur沒有進(jìn)入警察局。

(3)表示人物態(tài)度或決定的副詞。

人物的心理狀態(tài)對其行為具有較大的影響,因此所提供的短文中出現(xiàn)的人物態(tài)度或決定

應(yīng)引起關(guān)注。如《考試說明》樣題短文結(jié)尾出現(xiàn)了“Hebecamefrightened,andwithoutanother

thought,hestartedtorun.'',顯然frightened一詞暗示Arthur當(dāng)時心里極為害怕,且心中只有

離開現(xiàn)場的念頭。因此,續(xù)寫第一段的方向應(yīng)為“Ashewasrunning,Arthurheardtheyoung

manshoutingbehind,1Stop,stop!'ButArthurkeptrunning.''

3.遵循故事人物既定性格非常重要。

心理學(xué)認(rèn)為,個性是決定人的獨特的行為和思想的個人內(nèi)部的身心系統(tǒng)的動力組織,而

人的行為是其個性在某場景中的體現(xiàn)。因此,續(xù)寫情節(jié)發(fā)展是否與所提供的短文具有邏輯性

的評判視角應(yīng)為續(xù)寫中的人物行為是否符合所讀短文中人物的既定性格。

續(xù)寫過程中可以按“閱讀短文分析人物行為一概括人物性格一預(yù)設(shè)續(xù)寫中人物行為,,的

思維模式確定較為合理的續(xù)寫情節(jié)發(fā)展方向。如對《考試說明》樣題的人物Arthur的行為

進(jìn)行分析可知I,Arthur具備“善良、樂于助人但是膽小''等特點,由此可判斷故事發(fā)展方向

是Arthur走進(jìn)警察局報告發(fā)生的一切。
