22010年普通高校招生全國統(tǒng)一考試（遼寧卷）英語試題，以《普通高中英語課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)（實(shí)驗(yàn)稿）為基本依據(jù)，按照《2010年普通高等學(xué)校招生全國統(tǒng)一考試（遼寧卷）英語學(xué)科考試說明（課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)實(shí)驗(yàn)）》的要求，在試題選材，設(shè)置上，科學(xué)，準(zhǔn)確，公正，規(guī)范。語言地道，具有時(shí)代性，貼近學(xué)生生活，突出了對(duì)學(xué)生綜合語言運(yùn)用能力的考查；在正確選項(xiàng)的比例，題干設(shè)置上，符合語言測(cè)試規(guī)律，除聽力外，A，B，C，D四個(gè)選項(xiàng)依次為13，14，15，12個(gè)（另有一個(gè)G項(xiàng)）。難易適中，不同難度的試題比例適當(dāng)，具有較高的信度和效度。本試題在保持平穩(wěn)過渡的基礎(chǔ)上，更注重“穩(wěn)中求新”（“新”是新課改精神）及“穩(wěn)中求高”（“高”是新課改的高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)）。3
