REF_Ref164945318\r\h[55]。我們對BnaWOX45超量表達轉基因擬南芥植株和野生型擬南芥的活性氧染色結果表明,活性氧的積累在BnaWOX45超量表達轉基因擬南芥植株中顯著增加,尤其是在主根和側根的根尖區(qū)域。這一現象暗示了BnaWOX45基因可能通過調節(jié)根尖區(qū)域的活性氧水平來影響細胞的分化過程,從而影響根的生長。雖然這種作用機制的細節(jié)還未完全明了,但這一發(fā)現為進一步探究該基因如何控制植物根的生長提供了新的線索。6結論本研究對BnaWOX45基因功能進行了初步探究,具體結論如下:超量表達轉基因擬南芥根長表型實驗表明,BnaWOX45基因能夠抑制植物主根的生長,并且這一效應受到磷缺乏信號的影響。根尖淀粉粒和活性氧染色結果顯示,BnaWOX45基因通過降低根尖分生組織中干細胞的分化程度來負向調控主根的伸長。
