36、 3. The contents of the covering Letter of Credit shall be in strict conformity with the stipulations of the Sales Contract. In case of any variation there of necessitating amendment of the L/C, the Buyers shall bear the expenses for effecting the amendment. The Sellers shall not be held responsible

45、裝船期后的15日內(nèi)有效。 10文件 （1）提單空運(yùn)單： A）在海運(yùn)條件下： 3份原始海運(yùn)提單，注明：“運(yùn)費(fèi)到付（FOB）”、合同號(hào)、嘜頭、空白背書，并寫明完整的地址和電話號(hào)碼以通知買方。 B）在空運(yùn)條件下： 一份原始和一份復(fù)印的空運(yùn)單，注明“運(yùn)費(fèi)到付（FOB）”、合同號(hào)、嘜頭，指定給買方。 （2）5份正本發(fā)票，注明：合同號(hào)、嘜頭（在多于一個(gè)嘜頭時(shí)，發(fā)票應(yīng)分開打?。凑障嚓P(guān)合同寫出明細(xì)。 （3）由廠商供貨商確認(rèn)的2份正本和2份復(fù)印的裝箱單，注明：重量、裝箱件數(shù)和相應(yīng)發(fā)票的日期。 （4）2份由廠商供貨商確認(rèn)的質(zhì)量、數(shù)量說明書。 （5）1份發(fā)給買方通知發(fā)貨詳情的傳真的復(fù)印件。除此之外，賣方將在發(fā)貨

46、后7天內(nèi)，將整套上述文件用空郵的方式直接寄給買方。 （6）如果必要的話，一份由政府出具的出口許可證復(fù)印件。 （7）一份正本、兩份復(fù)印的原產(chǎn)地證明。 （8）文件的數(shù)量和內(nèi)容一定是完整和正確的。如果由于賣方?jīng)]有提供上述的文件造成買方不能及時(shí)清關(guān)和提貨，全部損失由賣方負(fù)擔(dān)。買方的姓名和完整的地址和電話號(hào)碼必須打印在提單或空運(yùn)單上，否則，賣方將負(fù)擔(dān)由此造成的損失。 11裝運(yùn)： 在FOB條款下： A賣方將用傳真通知買方如條款12（1）的事項(xiàng)以便買方定船。 B定船由買方或其代理辦理。 C買方或其代理將在預(yù)計(jì)船只到達(dá)裝船港10天前通知賣方船名、預(yù)計(jì)轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)日期、合同號(hào)，以便賣方安排。賣方一定要與買方保持密切聯(lián)系

47、。當(dāng)有必要更改船只或其到達(dá)時(shí)間不得不提前或推遲，買方及其代理應(yīng)及時(shí)通知賣方。如果買方的船只在其通知的到達(dá)日后30天之內(nèi)不能到達(dá)裝運(yùn)港口。買方將從第31天起承擔(dān)倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)和保險(xiǎn)費(fèi)用。 D如果在買方的船只準(zhǔn)時(shí)到達(dá)裝運(yùn)港后賣方?jīng)]有將要運(yùn)的貨物準(zhǔn)備好，那 么賣方將對(duì)空倉(cāng)費(fèi)和滯期費(fèi)負(fù)責(zé)。 E在貨物越過船舷之前，賣方將承擔(dān)所有的費(fèi)用和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)；在貨物越過船舷之后，賣方將承擔(dān)所有的費(fèi)用和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。 12裝船通知 （1）賣方為了以下目的（A、B、C）將于合同條款5中列明的裝船日期前40天，用傳真通知買方合同號(hào)、品名、數(shù)量、價(jià)值、箱數(shù)、毛重、尺寸和在裝運(yùn)港就緒的日期。如果任何一箱的總量超過9公噸、尺寸范圍達(dá)到或者超過12米長(zhǎng)
