Water fall from street level to pond below water flows into the site and is a symbolic connection with the adjoining open space to the north and represents the “source” of the flow of water into the atrium space. White water wall effect terminates Central axial view through atrium. Row p
8、lanting of palms continuous with those in atrium space connecting to street level and the adjoining open space to the north. Palms repositioned and quantity reduced. Overall quality is of a lush planting which together with the water feature provide a strong element to terminate the central axis,Pal
