7、制工程學(xué)院, 遼寧省撫順市 113001 沈 陽醫(yī)學(xué)院 生物醫(yī)學(xué)工程系, 遼寧省沈陽市 110021 摘要:半導(dǎo)體激光器在包括醫(yī)療在內(nèi)的眾多領(lǐng)域都有著廣泛的應(yīng)用,它的性能與驅(qū)動電源和工作溫度密切相關(guān)。電流的起伏會引起光功率的變化,從而影響激光器的性能。因此,為確保半導(dǎo)體激光器安全可靠地工作,研制了一種用于在醫(yī)療器械中所使用的半導(dǎo)體激光器的驅(qū)動電流源。該電流源電路與以往的電路相比,通過慢啟動電路,過流保護電路和紋波調(diào)零電路提高了半導(dǎo)體激光器抗沖擊能力和工作穩(wěn)定性。該電源采用的是由調(diào)整電路、取樣電路、基準電路和誤差放大電路等 4個模塊組成的電壓負反饋電路來實現(xiàn)的,針對醫(yī)療器械的要求為各個模塊選擇了
