3、其他供應商類似商品的報價和廣告資料。9、廣告及費用乙方負擔本協(xié)議有效期內(nèi)在_銷售代理商品做廣告宣傳的一切費用，并向甲方提交所用于廣告的聲像資料，供甲方事先核準。10、傭金對乙方直接獲取并經(jīng)甲方確認接受的訂單，甲方按凈發(fā)票售價向乙方支付5的傭金。 傭金在甲方收到每筆訂單的全部貨款后才會支付。11、政府部門間的交易在甲、乙雙方政府部門之間達成的交易不受本協(xié)議條款的限制，此類交易的金額也不應計入第五條規(guī)定的最低業(yè)務(wù)量。12、工業(yè)產(chǎn)權(quán)在本協(xié)議有效期內(nèi)，為銷售有關(guān)_，乙方可以使用甲方擁有的商標，并承認使用于或包含于_中的任何專利商標、版權(quán)或其他工業(yè)產(chǎn)權(quán)為甲方獨家擁有。 一旦發(fā)現(xiàn)侵權(quán)，乙方應立即通知甲方并
