22、and control power is 220V/50Hz or 220V/60Hz.第二章 Chapter 2 工作原理和結構 Operation principle andStructure第一節(jié) Section 1 工作原理 Operation principle圖1所示為雙噴嘴JW產(chǎn)品的工作原理。除了無燃油輸送泵組和 1#、2#噴 嘴的工作狀態(tài)分別由 1#、 2#常閉電磁閥的啟閉予以控制外， 其它方面的工作流 程與JW產(chǎn)品相同。Drawing 1 shows the operation principle of the double nozzle of JWD products.Ex

23、cept that the operation condition of oil transfer pumping unit and nozzle 1#/2# is controlled respectively by the open and close of the normal close solenoid valve 1 and valve 2, all other working flow of JWD products is as same as JWRproducts.圖2所示為雙噴嘴JW產(chǎn)品的工作原理。先啟動燃油輸送泵組，在燃燒機 未啟動運行時，燃油經(jīng)回油管路循環(huán)至重油箱；燃燒

24、器開啟后，在預掃氣階 段1 #電磁閥 (常開)處于開啟狀態(tài)， 2#電磁閥(常閉) 處于關閉狀態(tài)， 燃油高壓齒 輪泵送出的燃油經(jīng)電加熱器、1 #油槍和1 #電磁閥及回油管路回至重油箱； 當燃燒器運行至小火位點火程序時， 電極產(chǎn)生電火花， 1#電磁閥關閉， 2#電磁閥仍 處于關閉狀態(tài)，此時燃油齒輪泵送出的燃油壓力開始升高，當升至油槍開關 活塞開啟壓力時，1#噴嘴噴出油霧，與空氣混合后，經(jīng)電火花點燃形成小火燃燒火焰。 小火燃燒正常后， 2#電磁閥開啟， 2#噴嘴噴出油霧，形成大火燃燒 火焰。Drawing 1 shows the operation principle of the double n

Oil transfer pumping unit is started, before the start of burner, oil is circulatedto HFOtank through return oil line; solenoid valve 1(normal open) is open during pre-purge time while valve 2 (Normal close) is closed on after burner start, oil pumpedby high pressure gear pumpf

26、lows through electric heater, No. 1 oil chamber, solenoid valve 1 and return oil line to HFOtank. 36、力檢測開關、油溫檢測開關(JW產(chǎn)品無此件)、點火變壓器、鉸鏈開關、 風門機構和接線盒等。其中，點火變壓器兩輸出端對地電壓為士 7500V;風門 為進風調(diào)節(jié)式，由位式伺服電 動機驅動調(diào)節(jié)。Air fan is centrifugal drafting fan with single impeller and air imported in one side, which is supplied with aluminum casting closure, impeller, marine based motor, high pressure gear pump, electric heater

Air damper is of air importing regulation which is drive and regulated by positional servo motor.通風機適用性能判斷原那么是， 當出風量到達燃燒機最大燃燒負荷所需實 際風量時，其出口風壓應大于燃燒機風道阻力與爐膛、煙囪阻力之和。即在 實際燃燒運行時，當風門到達最大開度、噴油量到達最大設定值及油溫油壓 滿足霧化條件時，燃燒過程中不應有黑煙、倒煙或明顯振動發(fā)生。The principle to judging the application of the draft fan i

39、s that: when air flow reaches the maximumrequirement of the burner load, the outlet air pressure should be higher than the sum of resistance of burner machine air passageand theresistances of furnace and smoke stack. It is to say, when air damper opens to its limits, oil flow reaches the maximum set

40、ting, oil temperature and pressure meet the re3quirement for atomization during real firing operation, there should be no black smoke, reversed smoke or obvious vibration existing.重油加熱器溫度由油溫控制器控制，對1500s(Ri)的重油，加熱器出口油溫控制在100 C左右為宜。The temperature of HFOheater is controlled by FOthermostat, as to HFOo

41、f 1500s(R1), the outlet temperature should be con trolled best at about 100°C .閥塊組件 Valve Block Assembly 閥塊組件為油槍供油的控制部件。由閥體、常開電磁閥、常閉電磁閥和 70W電加熱管組成。當常開電磁閥處于開啟狀態(tài)、常閉電磁閥處于閉合狀態(tài)時， 兩個噴嘴均無燃油噴出， 高壓泵吸入的 燃油全部進入回油管路循環(huán);當常開 電磁閥關閉后，燃燒機進入燃燒狀態(tài)。閥塊上的電加熱管對閥塊中的燃油起保溫作用Valve Block Assembly is the control part of oil

42、supply of gun, which is comprised by valve body, normal open solenoid valve, normal close solenoid valve and70Welectric heating tube. Whennormal open valve opens and normal close valve closes, there is no oil sprayed from either nozzle,F.O of oil pumped suction is re-circulated in the return oil pip

43、eline. Whenthe normal open valve closes, burner operates into firing mode. The electric heating tube take the action of preserving the heat of the oil in valve block.油槍組件和油槍支架組件 Oil Gun Assembly & Oil Gun Bracket Assembly 油槍組件包括油槍閥體、活塞組件、噴嘴接頭體組件、彈簧及進口噴嘴 等組成。 1#噴嘴、2#噴嘴體積流量之比約為 2：1，也可根據(jù)實際需要改裝成等 流量

44、的兩個噴嘴， 但不宜使 1#噴嘴流量小于 2#噴嘴流量。活塞組件安裝在油槍 閥體內(nèi)，其開啟壓力不低于1.1MPa其關閉壓力不小于0.8MP&在停燃循環(huán) 狀態(tài)下，活塞組件可有效防止燃油從噴嘴中泄出。Oil GunAssembly is comprised by oil gun valve body, piston assembly ，nozzle nipple assembly, spring and oil inlet nozzle. The ratioof oil flow between nozzle 1and nozzle 2 is about 2:1. And the two

45、nozzle can be modified into two nozzle with the sameflow according to actual requirement, however, the flow of nozzle 1 should not be small than nozzle 2. Piston assembly is mounted in oil gun valve body, with open pressure not lower than 1.1 MPa and close pressure not lower than 0.8MPa.During re-ci

46、rculation mode when firing stopped, the piston assembly can efficiently prevent oil spraying from any nozzle. ,油槍支架組件為油槍的定位固定支承件，并裝有點火電極。油槍支架組 件用螺釘安裝在通風機出口端。Oil gun bracket assembly act as fixing bearings, with ignition electrode assembled on it, which is fixed at the outlet of the draft fan by scre

47、ws.燃燒頭 Combustion head燃燒頭由火焰罩和擴散盤組成， 燃燒頭的作用是強化空氣與油霧的混合 燃燒效果，并對火焰形狀和火焰穩(wěn)定性起控制作用，助燃空氣進入火焰罩后 分成兩局部，一局部經(jīng)擴散盤形成旋流一次風，在噴嘴前形成負壓，使高溫 煙氣回流以保證油霧能從根部連續(xù)著火燃燒；一局部經(jīng)擴散盤與火焰罩內(nèi)壁 間隙形成平流二次風，以保證油霧后期能實現(xiàn)充分燃燒。擴散盤通過螺釘與火焰罩安裝在一起。調(diào)節(jié)螺釘在火焰罩腰子形孔中的固定位臵， 可在5m左右的軸向距離上調(diào)節(jié)二者之間的平流風通道，以在一定程度上調(diào)節(jié)二次風的風 量和大小火狀態(tài)。Combustion head is comprised by f

The action of the combustion head is to reinforce the mixed firing efficiency of the air and oil fog, and to keep the flame in desired shape and establishing reliable flame.Combustion flowed into flame mask is divided into two parts, one art flow through spread disc is swi

49、rled into primary air and becomes negative pressure in front of nozzle to make high temperature smokeflow back ensure that oil fog can be fired continuously at the root; the other part flowing through the gap between spread disc and the inside of flame maskbecomesinto secondary air which is used to

50、ensure the full firing of the oil fog at later stage. Spread disc is assemble togetherwith the flame mask by screws. Adjusting screws is mounted in the Otype holes, which makes that there exist a 5 mm axial distance to adjust the smooth flowing secondary air passage therefore, regulating the air flo

51、w of secondary air and the condition of high/low fire position.燃燒頭安裝在安裝座上。Combustion head is mounted on the mounting seat.安裝座 Mounting Seat 安裝座是燃燒機與鍋爐安裝的緊固件。其出口端安裝燃燒頭，并通過 螺 釘與爐體法蘭相連；其入口端通過兩根軸銷與通風機機殼相連，拔出一根軸 銷，可使機殼繞另一根軸銷旋出，以便于安裝、調(diào)整和檢修燃燒頭和油槍組 件等。Mounting seat is the fixing part of the burner machine a

52、nd boiler. Combustion head is mounted at the outlet terminal of the mounting seat and connected with boiler body flange by bolt. The inlet terminal of the seat is connected with the draft fan closure by two axle pins. When one in is remove, burner machine closure can sway out around the other pin, w

53、hich makes the installation, adjusting and check/repair to the burner machine and oil gun assembly very ease.安裝座與機殼的閉合位臵，由安裝在機殼上的鉸鏈開關予以驗證。The close position of between mounting seat and closure is to be approved by the hinge switch mounted on burner closure .2. 燃油輸送泵組 Oil transfering pump unit 燃油輸送泵

54、組的結構簡圖如圖 4所示。燃油輸送泵組主要由兩個齒輪泵或 兩個螺桿泵 、管閥、溫度表、壓力表、壓力控制器、濾器、回油背壓閥和接線盒 等組成。油泵的入口油壓一般為微正壓；其出口工作壓力一般為0.4MPa主油泵與備用泵的切換壓力整定為0.2MPa左右，為了調(diào)節(jié)燃油輸送泵組出口和燃 燒機高壓齒輪泵入口的油壓，在回油總管上設臵了一個背壓閥，背壓閥的開 啟壓力一般設定在0.4MPa以下。The structure of oil transfering pump unit can refer to simplified drawing of drawing 4, which is mainly compr
