3、inciple葉片浸沒(méi)在水表面下通過(guò)以下三個(gè)作用,對(duì)污水污泥進(jìn)行充氧和混合。1、液面更新:由于葉輪的噴水及吸水作用,污水快速上下循環(huán),不斷地進(jìn)行液面更新, 缺氧的污水大面積與空氣接觸,從而高效高速地吸氧。2、水躍:在葉輪葉片的強(qiáng)力推進(jìn)作用下,水呈水幕狀自輪緣噴出,形成水躍,裹進(jìn)大 量空氣,空氣中的氧氣迅速溶于水中。3、負(fù)壓區(qū)吸氧:污水快速流經(jīng)葉輪內(nèi)部的導(dǎo)流錐頂時(shí),產(chǎn)生負(fù)壓區(qū),從引氣孔中吸入 空氣,進(jìn)一步提高了充氧量,并降低了能耗。4、由于葉輪的噴水、吸水及旋轉(zhuǎn)作用,水呈螺旋線狀上下循環(huán)運(yùn)動(dòng),對(duì)污水污泥進(jìn)行 充分混合,好氧菌及時(shí)獲得了大量氧氣,加速污水進(jìn)行生化作用,從而達(dá)到了快速高效凈化 污水的
4、效果。The submerged aerator uses the following method to oxygenate and mix the wastewater and sludge quickly and efficiently.Renewal of water surface: As the water is sucked into and ejected from the aerator, an efficient vertical circulation is created. This circulation brings oxygen-lacking wastewate
5、r from the bottom to the top, continuously renewing the water surface. The large surface area results in fast and efficient oxygenation of the wastewater.Water jump: Under the powerful pushing force of the impeller, water sprays from the flange in the form of water curtain and forms water jump which
6、 absorbs large amounts of oxygen from the air.Low pressure area: A negative pressure area is produced when the wastewater is flowing through the cone-shaped guide duct inside the impeller. Air is absorbed from the air intake. So the aeration efficiency is further enhanced, while the power consumptio
7、n is reduced.The suction, spraying and spinning action of the aerator creates a helical circulation within the tank. Water at the bottom is constantly brought up to the surface and exposed to the air. Wastewater and sludge are mixed thoroughly. Aerobic bacteria have a plentiful supply of oxygen, thu
8、s speeding up the bio-chemical reaction and the purification of the wastewater.三、結(jié)構(gòu)及特點(diǎn) Construction and CharacteristicsPE泵型高強(qiáng)度表面曝氣機(jī)由電動(dòng)機(jī)、聯(lián)軸器、減速箱、葉輪升降裝置、泵型葉輪等部 分組成(見(jiàn)圖1、圖2)。1、泵型葉輪:具有動(dòng)力效率高、充氧量大、提升力強(qiáng)、調(diào)動(dòng)水量大、結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、處理 效果顯著等特點(diǎn)。2、減速箱:臥式采用螺旋錐齒輪、圓柱斜齒輪二級(jí)傳動(dòng),立式采用圓柱斜齒輪三級(jí)傳 動(dòng),齒輪為硬齒面,精度高,具有傳動(dòng)平穩(wěn)、噪音低、機(jī)械效率高、運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)可靠等特點(diǎn)。設(shè)計(jì) 使用壽
9、命超過(guò)10年。3、葉輪升降裝置:臥式裝于減速箱側(cè)面,可在額定范圍內(nèi),隨意調(diào)節(jié)葉輪浸沒(méi)深度,從 而調(diào)節(jié)充氧量。立式為平板式,通過(guò)螺桿調(diào)節(jié)升降平臺(tái),調(diào)節(jié)葉輪浸沒(méi)深度。4、電動(dòng)機(jī):采用Y戶外型全封閉三相異步電動(dòng)機(jī),效率高,運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)可靠。5、調(diào)速裝置:變頻調(diào)速裝置,對(duì)電機(jī)進(jìn)行無(wú)級(jí)調(diào)速,從而節(jié)約能耗。6、更詳細(xì)的說(shuō)明請(qǐng)閱讀設(shè)備的隨機(jī)技術(shù)資料。Main components of the PE pump type high intensity surface aerator include: electric motor, shaft coupling, gearbox, impeller lifting m
10、echanism, pump type impeller, etc. (See Figure 1 and Figure 2)Pump type impeller: Has the characteristics of high motivity, and oxygenation rate.Gearbox: Two-stage transmission made up of spiral cone-shaped gear and columned bevel gear is used for the horizontal gearbox. Three-stage transmission mad
11、e up of columned bevel gear is used for the vertical gearbox. All gears have hard gear face and high precision. The gearbox has the characteristics of stable transmission, low noise, high mechanical efficiency and reliable operation with designed service life of more than ten years.Impeller Lifting
12、Mechanism: It is installed on the side faces of the gearbox for the horizontal type. Immersion depth of the impeller can be changed in order to adjust the oxygenation rate within a rated range. For the vertical type, flat style lifting mechanism is used. The immersion depth of the impeller can be ch
13、anged by adjusting the lifting platform with a screw rod.Electric Motor: Y series outdoor sealed 3-phase AC motor. Energy efficient and reliable.Speed regulating device: Frequency conversion device is used for the stepless adjustment of the motor speed. This method is very energy efficient.For more

20、3、本機(jī)適用于合建式、分建式加速曝氣池。曝氣區(qū)內(nèi)無(wú)立柱、無(wú)擋流板等阻流物。4、曝氣池(曝氣區(qū))內(nèi)徑以5. 38倍葉輪直徑為宜,水深不超過(guò)3. 5倍葉輪直徑為宜。 葉輪線速度為35m/s。若葉輪下置導(dǎo)流筒(上口位置應(yīng)在葉輪進(jìn)水口高度之間),池深可至 5m以上,最多深至7%曝氣池(曝氣區(qū))內(nèi)設(shè)置導(dǎo)流筒可使混合更完全,從而降低葉輪線速 以提高處理效果。5、葉輪浸沒(méi)度以葉輪上平板埋入水平面下2060mm為宜,過(guò)深會(huì)降低充氧量,過(guò)淺則 易脫水。在培菌階段可加深浸沒(méi)度(100mm以上),加快轉(zhuǎn)速以保證完全混合能力及降低充氧 量。6、污水進(jìn)水管不宜設(shè)置在池底中央,以設(shè)置在池壁水表面下為好,防止污水短路。Th
21、ere should be no poles inside aeration tank, sidewalls ideally should be flat and smooth. Flow baffle should be installed on the inside wall of separated-built round aeration tank to prevent the impeller from losing contact with water due to the water rotating too quickly.The distance between the fo
22、undation girder and the water surface should be greater than 0.7 m.The aerator is suitable for incorporate-built and separately-built accelerated aeration tank. No poles or water baffles should be within the aeration area.The diameter of the aeration tank should be 5.3-8 times the impeller diameter.
23、 Water depth should be no more than 3.5 times the impeller diameter Impeller linear velocity should be between 35 m/s. If flow guide tubes are installed (top opening should be at the same height as the water intake of the aerator), aeration tank can be 5 m deep, but no more than 7 m. The use of flow
24、 guide tubes can improve the mixing of the wastewater thereby lowing the required impeller linear velocity and improving the effectiveness of the aerator.The impeller normally should be submerged 2060mm under the water surface, too deep and the oxygenation rate will decrease, too shallow and there w
25、ill be too little contact with the water. During the bacteria culture period, the submerged depth can be increased (above 100 mm) and the rotation increased to ensure the thorough mixing of the wastewater and lowering the oxygenation rate.Water inlet of the aeration tank should not be in the center
26、of the tank, because of the possibility of sewage short-circuit.
